fa به کارگیری سامانه تبدیل گفتار به متن در حوزه مراقبت سلامت: مزایا، محدودیت‌ها، راهکارها Advantages And Limitations Of Using Speech Recognition Systems In Health Care And Practical Means To Solve Their Application مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research زمینه و هدف: کاربردی بودن هر فناوری جهت ورود به یک حوزه‌ی خاص با بررسی میزان مزایا و معایب سیستم در آن حوزه، بیان می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بیان مزایا و محدودیت‌های به کارگیری سیستم تبدیل گفتار به متن در حوزه مراقبت سلامت و ارایه‌ی راهکارهای عملی جهت افزایش قابلیت پذیرش سیستم در این حوزه است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به روش مروری و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Proquest, Pub med, Science Direct, Ovid و پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی با استفـاده از کلید واژه‌های نرم‌افزار تبدیل گفتار به متن، مراقبت سلامت، مزایا، محدودیت و راهکار انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: سامانه تبدیل گفتار به متن دارای مزایایی از قبیل افزایش دقت مستندات پزشکی، کاهش زمان ایجاد مستندات، ابزاری برای ورود داده داخل پرونده الکترونیک سلامت می‌باشد. البته چندین محدودیت در به کارگیری سیستم در کشور، مانند عدم تعریف دادگان سیستم در حوزه‌ی پزشکی و هزینه‌ی بالای سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار آن وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش در ارتباط با مزایا و محدودیت‌های سیستم در حوزه‌ی سلامت، راهکارهایی مانند تولید دادگان یکپارچه کشوری برای تبادل اطلاعات سلامت، بهبود دادگان برای افزایش دقت تشخیص کلمات و آموزش به کاربران سیستم می‌توان تا حدودی محدودیت‌های سیستم را کاهش داد. همچنین در حرکت کشور به سوی پیاده‌سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت و نیاز کاربران به ورود داده‌ی کامپیوتری، این نرمافزار جایگزین مناسبی با صفحه کلید و موس برای ورود داده در این بخش خواهد بود. Background and Aim: The applicability of any technology to enter a certain field is determined by defining the advantages and disadvantages of the system in that field. The aim of this study is to show the advantages and limitations of using speech recognition systems in health care and providing practical solutions to improve the acceptability of the system in that field. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive research with a review method that employs library resources and online databases such as Proquest, Pubmed, Science Direct, Ovid and Scientific Information databases using key words like speech recognition software, health care, benefits, barriers, and solutions. Results: Speech recognition system has many advantages like increased accuracy of medical documentation, and reduced documentation time. It is a tool for data entry into electronic health records. However, there are several limitations in applying the system in Iran, such as the lack of definition of database system and the high cost of hardware and software. Conclusion: Considering the study results in relation to the benefits and limitations of systems in healthcare area, solutions such as production of a national integrated database for the exchange of health information, improving database to increase the accuracy of word recognition, and training the users of the system can reduce the limitations of the system to some extent.
