fa کاربرد تصمیم گیری چند معیاره‌ی خاکستری در خرید تجهیزات بیهوشی در بیمارستان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p align="justify"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>خرید تجهیزات بیمارستانی یکی از مهم ترین تصمیماتی است که توسط مدیران و متخصصان مراکز درمانی اتخاذ می‌شود. نظریه سیستم‌های خاکستری روشی برای مطالعه‌ی تصمیمات دارای عدم اطمینان است که داده‌های کم و در عین حال نامعلومی دارند. هدف این مقاله، تعیین و نحوه استفاده از نظریه خاکستری در فرآیند خرید ماشین بیهوشی است. </p><p align="justify"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه از نوع پیمایشی بود که با استفاده از تحلیل ریاضی انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌های تحقیق شامل اسناد، مدارک، مصاحبه و پرسش نامه بود. به منظور حل مسائل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره در شرایط عدم اطمینان، از یک مدل بر مبنای نظریه سیستم خاکستری استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم افزار Excel استفاده لازم به عمل آمد. </p><p align="justify"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>از میان گزینه‌های مختلف تجهیزات بیهوشی که در ایران توسط بیمارستان‌های دولتی و خصوصی خریداری می‌شوند، مارک A از سایر مارک‌ها برتر است. این در حالی است که درجه امکان خاکستری برای سایر مارک‌ها اختلاف قابل توجهی با مارک A دارد. </p><p align="justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong><strong></strong>این پژوهش علاوه بر اینکه نتایج مفیدی را به منظور تصمیم گیری برای خرید تجهیزات بیهوشی در اختیار مدیریت بیمارستان‌ها قرار می‌دهد، به شرکت‌های تولید کننده‌ی تجهیزات پزشکی نیز کمک می‌کند تا وضعیت خود را از نظر معیارهای مورد مطالعه بررسی کنند و اقدامات مقتضی را در جهت توسعه‌ی نقاط قوت و بهبود نقاط ضعف خود انجام دهند. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong>Purchasing hospital equipment is one of the most important decisions made by managers and health professionals. Gray systems theory is an approach to deal with issues under uncertainty conditions where decision makers are facing a small number of unspecified data. The purpose of this paper is to apply the gray theory for the purchase of anesthesia machine . </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This study was a survey in which mathematical analysis was used. Data collection devices included documents, interviews and questionnaires. In order to solve multiple criteria decision making in uncertain conditions, a model based on gray system theory was used. Data analysis was performed using Excel software. <strong></strong></p><p align="justify"><strong>Results: </strong>The findings show that among anesthetic equipment bought by public and private hospitals, brand A is superior to other brands.
