fa بررسی سامانه‌های تحت وب عرضه و داوری مقالات از نظر قابلیت‌های نقش نویسنده در نشریات مصوب وزارت بهداشت مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p>زمینه و هدف: سامانه های تحت وب عرضه و داوری مقالات، مجاری رسمی ارتباط داوران، نویسندگان و اعضای هیئت تحریریه نشریات با یکدیگر هستند. پدیدآورندگان با ارسال دست نوشته های خود، آغاز کننده ی فرایند داوری در این سامانه ها هستند. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی و تعیین قابلی تهای سامانه های تحت وب عرضه و داوری مقالات از نظر نقش نویسنده در مجلات وزارت بهداشت است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی - توصیفی است و در آن 199 مجله مصوب وزارت بهداشت به منظور بررسی ویژگیهای سامانههای تحت وب عرضه و داوری مقالات بررسی شده اند. تعداد سامانه های مورد استفاده در این نشریات در زمان انجام این پژوهش 18 مورد بود. به منظور بررسی قابلی تهای سامانه ها در نقش نویسنده، از سیاهه وارسی تحلیل Microsoft Excel و نرم افزار 2007 SPSS محقق ساخته استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری 18 گردیدند. یافته ها: سامانه های مطالعه شده دارای اکثریت( 84 %) قابلیت های مورد نیاز در نقش نویسنده بودند. سامانه کوثر در میان سامانه های بررسی شده، دارای بیشترین قابلی تها بود. نتیجه گیری: برخی قابلیت های نقش نویسنده در سامانه های مطالعه شده وجود دارد. به منظور رفع حداکثری نیازهای موجود در نقش نویسنده، توجه به مجموعه معیارهای استاندارد پژوهش ضروری به نظر می رسد.</p> <p>Background and Aim: Online submission and peer review systems are formal channels of communication among authors, journal editorial boards, and reviewers. The review process starts after authors submit their manuscripts. The aim of this study is to examine the online article submission and peer review systems in terms of the capability in medical journals of Iranian Ministry of Health, and Medical Education. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive survey study, 199 approved Iranian medical journals were examined so that the characteristics of online submission and peer review systems could be investigated. To study author role features, a checklist was developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18 and Microsoft Excel 2007. Results: The online submission and peer review systems considered in this study had most (84%) of the features of the author role. Among the systems reviewed, Kowsar system had the highest number of features. Conclusion: The results show that the studied systems consider some, but not all, of the required features.
