fa بررسی آگاهی پزشکان در زمینه رادیوبیولوژی و دوز دریافتی بیماران در آزمون‌های پرتونگاری تشخیصی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>هدف</strong><strong>:</strong> &nbsp;اولین قدم جهت کاهش دوز دریافتی بیماران می‌تواند در مرحله تجویز آزمون‌های پرتونگاری برداشته شود. از آنجایی‌که آزمون‌های رادیولوژیک توسط پزشکان درخواست می‌گردد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی پزشکان از خطر آزمون‌های پرتونگاری انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش</strong> <strong>بررسی</strong>: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی - تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی بر روی 160 نفر از پزشکان عمومی و متخصص در بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که در آن براساس تخمین دوز دریافتی در آزمون رادیوگرافی ساده کف دست و قرار دادن آن به عنوان یک واحد پرتودهی، آگاهی پزشکان در مورد دوز دریافتی بیماران در آزمون‌های پرتونگاری تشخیصی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روایی پرسش‌نامه به تایید 5 نفر از متخصصان گروه رادیولوژی و 2 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی فیزیک پزشکی دانشگاه قرار گرفت و برطبق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسش‌نامه برابر 0/8 به دست آمد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: بیشتر پزشکان عمومی و متخصص تخمین درستی از دوز دریافتی بیماران در آزمون رادیوگرافی کف دست نداشتند و بیشتر آنها دوز دریافتی بیماران در آزمون‌های پرتونگاری را کمتر از حد معمول تخمین زدند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب 48 و 53/5 درصد از پزشکان عمومی و متخصص با واحدهای دوز جذبی آشنایی داشتند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری</strong>: آموزش به پزشکان در زمینه دوزهای رسیده به بیماران در آزمون‌های رادیولوژیک می‌تواند اقدام مؤثری در جهت کاهش دوز رسیده به بیماران باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The first step in reducing patient dose can be administered at the radiological examinations are taken. Since physicians request radiological tests, this study examined physicians&#39; knowledge of the risks of radiological examinations.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional study was conducted in 160 general practitioners and specialists&#39; physicians. Based on the estimated dose posterior-anterior hand X-ray, and put it as a single exposure, medical information of physicians about the patient dose in diagnostic radiology tests were examined. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert panel, and its reliability was 0.80 by Alpha-Cronbach technique.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Most of the general practitioners and specialists did not estimate correctly the radiation dose received by patients in the posterior-anterior hand X-ray, and majority of them underestimated the radiation dose of other radiological examination.
