fa بررسی گرایش به تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>در علوم پزشکی، آینده ی شغلی دانشجویان، نیازمند توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری در مورد مشکلات بیمار برای ارائه ی یک مراقبت مناسب می‌باشد. مطالعه ی حاضر در راستای تعیین وضعیت گرایش به تفکر نقاد در دانشجویان ترم اول و آخر دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال تحصیلی ۹۲-۹۱ انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی پیمایشی، ۲۵۰ تن از دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته‌اند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه &quot;مقیاس گرایش به تفکر نقاد ریکتس(۲۰۰۳)&quot;، حاوی ۳۳ سوال ۵ گزینه‌ای بود. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار spss و با استفاده از آزمون های t-test و ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>میانگین سطح گرایش به تفکر نقاد دانشجویان ۳/۵۴ است و نیز نتایج نشان از وضعیت متوسط میزان تفکر نقاد در دانشجویان دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که بین دانشجویان ترم اول و آخر در زمینه گرایش به تفکر نقاد تفاوت وجود دارد. بر این اساس، میزان گرایش به تفکر نقاد در دانشجویان ترم آخر بیشتر از دانشجویان ترم اول می‌باشد. در زمینه ی&nbsp;مقایسه ی گرایش به تفکر نقاد در بین رشته‌های مختلف، تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه&lrm;‌گیری:</strong> علی رغم بالا بودن سطح گرایش به تفکر نقاد در دانشجویان ترم آخر و هدایت یکسان در زمینه افزایش سطح گرایش به تفکر نقاد برای کلیه رشته‌ها، اما میزان این متغیر در حد ایده‌آل و مطلوبی قرار ندارد. بنابراین ضروری است میزان این متغیر با استفاده از تمهیداتی در برنامه‌های آموزشی بالاتر رود تا بتوان به حد مطلوب نزدیک شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> In medical sciences, students need problem-solving and decision-making abilities to cure diseases. The present study aims to survey the critical thinking disposition between freshman and senior students in School of Allied Medical Sciences in 2012- 2013 academic year.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 250 students were selected randomly and their critical thinking disposition was assessed. &quot;The Ricketts critical thinking disposition scale (2003)&quot; consists of 33 multiple choice questions; the scale was used by the researcher to assess the critical thinking&nbsp;disposition. Finally, the data was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA using SPSS&nbsp;software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean of students&rsquo; critical thinking disposition was 3.54 which shows that this ability was on the average among students. Also, the t-test results showed that there was a difference between freshmen and seniors. The critical thinking&nbsp;disposition was compared between students in various fields; the results did not reveal a significant difference. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In spite of the high critical thinking disposition achieved by senior students and the similar guidance in different fields of study for enhancing the&nbsp;disposition, the variable is not at the ideal and expected level.
