fa هزینه‌‌یابی بر مبنای فعالیت در مرکز ‌بهداشتی درمانی ابوذر: یک مطالعه موردی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به محدودیت منابع و هزینه‌های روزافزون بخش سلامت، شناخت دقیق و کنترل هزینه‌ها امری&nbsp;اجتناب ناپذیر می‌نماید. بدین منظور، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین قیمت تمام شده ی واحد خدمات ارائه شده در مرکز بهداشتی درمانی ابوذر انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش اجرا:</strong> این مطالعه پیمایشی - تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی بر اساس اطلاعات سال مالی ۱۳۹۱ و با استفاده از ۸ گام روش هزینه‌یابی برمبنای فعالیت انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری با نرم افزار EXCEL تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بخش عمده ی هزینه کل مرکز مربوط به هزینه ی نیروی انسانی به میزان ۵۹/۱۸ درصد و هزینه ی انرژی با ۱/۲۸ درصد، کمترین سهم از هزینه کل را به خود اختصاص داده بود، همچنین قیمت تمام شده ی ۵۱ خدمت در مرکز بهداشتی درمانی منتخب نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین هزینه‌ها مربوط به بازدید از اماکن تهیه و توزیع، واحد بهداشت محیط با ۲۹۸۴۷۵ ریال و تزریق واکسن MMR، واحد واکسیناسیون با ۳۱۹۱۹ ریال بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به سهم بالای نیروی انسانی(۵۹/۱۸%) از کل هزینه‌ها می‌توان با افزایش بهره‌وری نیروی‌کار و بهبود دسترسی مردم و همچنین ادغام واحدهای با فعالیت‌های مشابه با توجه به ظرفیت پذیرش آنها، در کاهش هزینه‌ها موثر بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong>Due to resource constraints and rising costs of health care, recognizing the costs exactly and controlling them are inevitable. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the cost of services rendered in Aboozar health center.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This is a descriptive retrospective study and is based on the 2012 financial data. Data entry was done through EXCEL software and analyzed based on activity-based costing system in eight steps.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study are presented as a &ldquo;unit cost&rdquo; of 51 types of services offered in the final activity units of the health center studied.
