fa تحلیل هزینه-اثربخشی هورمون رشد(سوماتروپین) برای درمان کودکان کوتاه قد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>یکی از مشکلات شایع کودکان در سطح جهان، کوتاهی قد می‌باشد. باتوجه به هزینه‌های بالای درمان، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف هزینه اثربخشی درمان افراد کوتاه قد با هورمون رشد(سوماتروپین) در استان کرمان انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع ارزشیابی اقتصادی است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل تمامی افرادی است که دارای پرونده پزشکی در اداره بیمه سلامت شهرستان کرمان بودند که 49 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. محاسبه‌ی هزینه ها از دو دیدگاه بیمار و بیمه گر بود که این اطلاعات از طریق فرم پژوهشگر ساخته با مصاحبه با بیماران و با بررسی پرونده های موجود در اداره بیمه سلامت جمع آوری شد. برای محاسبه‌ی پیامدها از دو پیامد کالی و میزان افزایش قد استفاده شد. برای تحلیل هزینه اثربخشی از فرمول ICER و نرم افزار TreeAge استفاده شد و با آستانه 3 برابر سرانه تولید ناخالص داخلی مقایسه شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>یافته ها نشان داد که سهم هزینه های درمان بیمار 5,092,964,520 &nbsp;ریال و سهم هزینه های سازمان بیمه سلامت استان کرمان 71,175,443,448 ریال بوده است. نسبت هزینه اثربخشی افزایشی بر اساس معیار کالی و از دیدگاه بیمار و سازمان بیمه سلامت به ترتیب برابر با 743,133 ریال و 9,846,567 ریال بوده است. تحلیل حساسیت پارامترهای غیرقطعی مدل نشان داد که تاثیری روی هزینه اثربخشی درمان با هورمون رشد ندارند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، درمان کودکان کوتاه قد با هورمون رشد هزینه اثربخش است و این نتیجه می تواند مورد توجه سیاستگذاران نظام سلامت قرار گیرد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong>One of the common problems of children all over the world is short stature. Due to the high costs of treatment, the present research studied the cost-effectiveness of growth hormone (Somatropin) for the treatment of children with short stature in Kerman Province.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This research is an economic evaluation. The population of the study consisted of all persons who had medical records in the health insurance office of Kerman province, of whom 49 were selected as samples. The cost was calculated from the perspectives of patients and insurers. This information was collected through a researcher-made form by interviewing the patients and reviewing the records of health insurance office. To calculate the outcomes, QALY and Increase in Height were used. For cost effectiveness analysis, the ICER formula and TreeAge software were employed and compared with a threshold of 3 times GDP per capita.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that the share of patients&#39; treatment costs was 5,092,964,520 and the expenses of Health Insurance Organization of Kerman province was 71,175,443,448 rials. Based on Qaly criterion, incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 743,133 and 9,846,567 rials from the perspective of the patient and of the health insurance organization, respectively.
