fa شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی سیستم- اولین گام در راستای طراحی سیستم ثبت بیماران آرتریت روماتویید فناوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: آرتریت روماتویید (<span dir="LTR">Arthritis Rheumatoid</span>) یک بیماری مزمن پیش&shy;رونده است که نیازمند مراقبت دایم است و مراجعه&shy; ی مداوم به پزشک برای تغییر درمان، مشاهده&shy; ی پیشرفت درمان و کنترل عوارض دارویی در آن اهمیت دارد و لازم است. <span style="color:black;">یکی از سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی که برای ثبت اطلاعات بیماری‌ها استفاده می‌شود، سیستم ثبت یا رجیستری بیماری است که در واقع&nbsp;یک پایگا</span><span style="color:black;">ه داده</span> <span style="color:black;">است</span> <span style="color:black;">که</span> <span style="color:black;">شامل</span> <span style="color:black;">اطلاعاتی</span> <span style="color:black;">خاص</span> <span style="color:black;">از</span> <span style="color:black;">افرادی</span> <span style="color:black;">است</span> <span style="color:black;">که</span> <span style="color:black;">از</span> <span style="color:black;">یک</span> <span style="color:black;">بیماری</span> <span style="color:black;">خاص</span> <span style="color:black;">رنج</span> <span style="color:black;">می</span> <span style="color:black;">برند</span><span style="color:black;"> و </span><span style="color:black;">یک</span> <span style="color:black;">ابزار</span> <span style="color:black;">ایده آل برای مطالعه</span><span style="color:black;">ی </span><span style="color:black;">بالینی</span> <span style="color:black;">است. </span><span style="color:black;">اولین گام برای طراحی یک رجیستری، شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی سیستم می باشد. </span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این پژوهش مقطعی، 40 پزشک متخصص روماتولوژی که به<span dir="LTR">‌</span> طور تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، داخل شدند. ابزار جمع<span dir="LTR">‌</span>آوری اطلاعات، پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی محقق<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ساخته شامل اطلاعات کلی، درگیری های بالینی، اطلاعات درمانی، آزمایشگاهی، تصویربرداری، بستری شدن و فوت بود که روایی آن توسط گروهی از متخصصان و پایایی پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span> از طریق روش بازآزمون به تأیید رسید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:&nbsp;</strong>پس از بررسی میانگین امتیازهای پزشکان، اهمیت اطلاعات کلی 92/9%، درگیری های بالینی 84/8%&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; line-height: 1.6em;">اطلاعات درمانی 86/2%، آزمایشگاهی 81/2%، تصویربرداری و رادیولوژی 97/04%، بستری شدن 87/2% و فوت 81/2% به دست آمد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong><span style="color:black;">رجیستری</span><span style="color:black;">‌ها</span><span style="color:black;"> با توجه به اهدافی که دنبال می‌کنند، داده‌های متفاوتی را ثبت می‌کنند. شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی از طریق </span><span style="color:black;">دخیل نمودن دیدگاه پزشکان به عنوان متخصصان این حوزه در اثر بخش و کارامد نمودن این سیستم تأثیر دارد.</span> حاصل این پژوهش شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی برای طراحی سیستم ثبت بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتویید بود. این اطلاعات در 7 دسته&shy; ی اطلاعاتی ارایه شده است.&nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Arthritis Rheumatoid is a progressive Chronic disease requiring constant care, and it is important to consult a physician for change in treatment, to see the progress of treatment, and to control the side effects of the drug. One of the information systems used to record information of diseases is the registry or registry system of the disease, which is a database that contains specific information about those who are suffering from a specific illness. Also it is an ideal tool for clinical study. The first step to design a registry is to identify the information needs of the system.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this study, 40 randomly selected rheumatologists were entered. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire including general information, clinical involvement, clinical information, laboratory, imaging, hospitalization and death information; its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was estimated by test-retest.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> After reviewing the average scores, the importance of general information, clinical involvement, clinical information, laboratory, radiology, hospitalization and death information were obtained: 92.9%, 84.8%, 86.2%, 81.2%, 97.04%, 87.2% and 81.2%, respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Based on the goals that registries follow, they record different data. Identification of information needs through the involvement of physicians as the experts of this field affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. The result of this study is the identification of information needs for designing a registration system for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
