fa مقایسه ی سطح سواد سلامت در بین زنان عضو و غیرعضو خانه‌های سلامت مستقر در منطقه 4 شهرداری تهران کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Library & Information Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> خانه‌های سلامت وابسته به شهرداری تهران چندین سال است که مشغول ارایه خدمات آموزشی در حوزه&shy;ی سلامت به شهروندان در سرای محلات می‌باشند. این مطالعه بر آن است تا با مقایسه سطح سواد سلامت زنان عضو وغیرعضو خانه سلامت به اثربخشی برنامه‌های ارایه شده در این مراکز بپردازد.<br> <strong>روش&nbsp; بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه &shy;ی مشاهده ای-مقطعی بود که بر روی 202 نفر از زنان عضو&nbsp; و غیرعضو خانه سلامت منطقه چهار تهران و با استفاده از&nbsp; نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسش&shy; نامه سنجش سواد سلامت بزرگسالان 65-18 سال بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون یومن&ndash;ویتنی جهت مقایسه&shy;ی سطح سواد سلامت زنان عضو و غیرعضو استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> سطح سواد سلامت در زنان عضو و غیرعضو به ترتیب بر اساس حیطه&shy; ی&quot;دسترسی&quot; با میانگین 3/68 و 3/71، بر اساس حیطه&shy; ی&quot;خواندن&quot; با میانگین 3/75 و 3/61، بر اساس حیطه&shy; ی&quot;فهم&quot; با میانگین 3/93 و 3/79، بر اساس حیطه&shy; ی&quot;ارزیابی&quot; با میانگین 3/54 و 3/59 و بر اساس حیطه&shy; ی&quot;به&shy;کارگیری&quot; با میانگین 3/86 و 3/68 بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین سطح سواد سلامت زنان عضو و غیرعضو خانه سلامت در تمامی حیطه‌ها تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مداخلات آموزشی و برگزاری کارگاه‌ها در خانه های سلامت تاثیر معناداری در سطح سواد سلامت زنان عضو نداشته است. برگزاری کارگاه‌های متناسب با نیاز و ویژگی‌های سنی، شغلی و تحصیلات مراجعه‌کنندگان می‌تواند اثربخشی کارگاه‌های برگزار شده را افزایش داده و منجر به بهبود سطح سواد سلامت شهروندان شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Health Homes affiliated to the Tehran municipality have been providing health education services to citizens in neighborhoods for several years. This study seeks to examine the effectiveness of the programs presented at these centers by comparing the health literacy level of women who were members and those who were non-members of the health Homes.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>The present study was an observational study that was performed on 202 women from the members and non-members of the Health House by stratified sampling. The adult health literacy questionnaire was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics and Mann&ndash;Whitney U test were used to analyze the data and to compare the health literacy level of members and non-members of the health Homes.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The health literacy level of members and non-members of Health Homes in the &quot;access&quot; dimension was 3.68 and 3.71, respectively; in the &quot;reading&quot; dimension 3.75 and 3.61; in the &quot;understanding&quot; dimension 3.93 and 3.79; in the &quot;assessment&quot; dimension 3.45 and 3.9; and in the &quot;use&quot; dimension 3.86 and 3.68, respectively. Also, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the level of health literacy among members and non-members of the Health Homes in all dimensions.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Educational programs and workshops hold by Health Homes did not have significant influences on the level of women&rsquo;s health literacy.
