fa تعیین میزان فراوانی یرسینیا انتروکلی تیکا در آب میوه‌های سنتی آب میوه فروشی‌های جنوب شهر تهران علوم آزمایشگاهی Laboratory Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> آب‌میوه‌ها بخش مهمی از رژیم‌های غذایی مدرن است، که در صورت آلوده بودن به باکتری‌های پاتوژن می‌توانند باعث عفونـت‌هـای مختلـف دسـتگاه گوارشی گردند. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان فراوانی یرسینیا انتروکلی تیکا در آب‌میوه‌های سنتی آب‌میوه فروشی‌های جنوب شهر تهران انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی مقطعی، ۱۰۰ نمونه‌ آب‌میوه شامل آب انبه، هویج، سیب و کرفس(از هرکدام ۵ نمونه در هر آب‌میوه‌فروشی‌) از جنوب شهر تهران جمع‌آوری و طبق استاندارد ملی ایران ۲۹۴۶ و ۹۲۳۶ از نظر وجود اشریشیاکلی، سالمونلا، شیگلا و یرسینیا انتروکلی تیکا بررسی گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از آمار توصیفی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS&lrm;&rlm; انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میزان آلودگی به باکتری یرسینیا انتروکلی تیکا ۲ درصد، &nbsp;اشریشیاکلی ۲۵ درصد، شیگلا ۱۴ درصد و سالمونلا ۱ درصد بود. در بررسی آب‌میوه‌های مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق اشریشیاکلی در تمام آب‌میوه‌ها؛ شیگلا در آب هویج و کرفس و سیب؛ یرسینیا انتروکلی تیکا در آب کرفس و آب انبه؛ و سالمونلا فقط در آب هویج مشاهده شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه می‌توان بیان نمود که شمارش باکتری‌های مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق در آب‌میوه فروشی‌های سطح تهران، لزوم پیگیری‌های لازم جهت کاهش میزان بیماری‌های حاصل از این باکتری‌ها را بیش از پیش نمایان می‌کند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Fruit juices are an important part of modern diets that can infect various gastrointestinal tract infections if infected with pathogenic bacteria. The aim of this study was to determine the Frequency of Yersinia enterocolitica in traditional fruit juices shop in southern part of Tehran.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This was a descriptive cross-sectional study, 100 samples of fruit juice including orange juice, mango, carrot, apple and celery (5 samples from each fruit juice shop) were collected from south of Tehran and examined according to the national standard of Iran number 2946 and 9236 for Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella and Yersinia enterocolitica. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS19 software.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The rate of contamination by Yersinia enterocolitica was 2% followed by Escherichia coli 25%, Shigella 14% and Salmonella 1% respectively.
