fa طراحی و بررسی سامانه‌ی مبتنی بر واقعیت مجازی جهت درمان مبتلایان به فوبیای ارتفاع و تاریکی Design and Review of Virtual Reality (VR) System for Treating Patients with Height and Darkness Phobia فناوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: بهکارگیری سیستمهای واقعیت مجازی در حوزهی مراقبت-بهداشت به تازگی پیشرفتهای چشمگیری داشته است؛ این مقاله به بررسی سامانه طراحی شدهی مبتنی بر واقعیت مجازی برای بیماران مبتلا به دو نوع فوبیای تاریکی و ارتفاع پرداخته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، حاصل مطالعهای است که از طریق جستجو در منابع علمی معتبر از جمله Springer، Pubmed ،Science Direct (Elsevier)   و مشاهده و بررسی سیستمهای واقعیت مجازی مشابه صورت گرفته است. با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته، بیماران بر اساس میزان فوبیا و نظر پزشک وارد محیط واقعیت مجازی م یشوند و برای بررسی تاثیر میزان فوبیا از یکسری پرسش نامههایی قبل و بعد از آزمایش استفاده شده و پزشکان میتوانند با استفاده از این پرسش نامه ها میزان بهبودی بیماران را ارزیابی نمایند. یافته ها: یکی از روشهای درمان فوبیا در معرض قراردادن بیمار در محیط واقعی می باشد که در خیلی از مواقع فراهم نمودن محیط از لحاظ هزینه و امکان پذیربودن برای پزشکان و بیماران مقدور نیست. ولی با استفاده از فناوری واقعیت مجازی و در سامانه طراحی شده در این پژوهش، روانپزشکان می توانند محیطهای واقعی را به صورت واقعیت مجازی جلوی چشم بیمار به اجرا درآورند. نتیجه گیری: وجود چندین محیط واقعیت مجازی متنوع و مناسب برای مراقبت و درمان بیماران مبتلا به فوبیای تاریکی و ارتفاع در سامانه ارایه شده در این پژوهش از نقاط متمایز آن محسوب میشود که در بسیاری از پژوهشهای صورت گرفته فقط از یک محیط ثابت برای بیماران استفاده شده بود. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Implementation of virtual reality systems in the field of health care has recently made significant progress. This article aims to examine a virtual reality-based system designed for patients with two types of phobia: darkness and height. Materials and Methods: The present paper is the result of a study conducted by searching valid scientific sources including Springer, PubMed and Science Direct(Elsevier), and observing and examining similar virtual reality systems. According to the performed studies, patients enter the virtual reality environment based on their phobia and physician opinion. To assess the effect of phobia, a series of questionnaires are used before and after the test; and using these questionnaires, physicians can evaluate the extent of their patients' recovery. Results: One of the ways to treat phobia is to put the patient in real environment; but in terms of cost and feasibility, it is not possible to provide the environment for physicians and patients in many cases. However, by using virtual reality technology and in the system designed in this paper, psychiatrists can implement real environments as virtual reality in front of the patient's eyes.
