fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد و توسعه ی یادگیری الکترونیک از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان فناوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>افزایش استفاده از تلفن‌های هوشمند، بهبود وضعیت شبکه اینترنت جهانی و همچنین نیاز به انعطاف‌پذیری در فرایند آموزش، پیاده‌سازی یادگیری الکترونیک را در جامعه بشری امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر نموده که محدودیت‌های زمانی و مکانی را از بین برده و آموزش برابر را فراهم نموده است. با وجود این، سرعت ایجاد و توسعه‌ی آن مخصوصاً در دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی در کشورهای در حال توسعه همچون ایران آهسته و بسیار کم است. از‌این‌رو در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد و توسعه‌ی یادگیری الکترونیک از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان پرداخته شده است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این پژوهش کاربردی و به‌صورت توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونه آماری شامل ۳۱۳ نفر از دانشجویان در حال تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۶-۱۳۹۵ می‌باشد که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته، جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری و نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده‌ی آن است که ۶ شاخص منتخب این پژوهش از نظر دانشجویان بر ایجاد و توسعه‌ی یادگیری الکترونیک در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان موثر بوده و عوامل به ترتیب از بیشترین به کمترین تاثیر عبارتند از: کیفیت اطلاعات و محتوا(۴/۲۵)، تمایل فراگیران(۴/۱۱)، کیفیت سیستم(۴/۱۰)، عوامل تسهیل‌کننده(۴/۰۵)، تعامل دانشجو و استاد(۳/۹۸) و کیفیت استاد(۳/۸۴).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه‌ی‌ حاضر، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران دانشگاه با توجه به اهمیت هرکدام از عوامل به سرمایه‌گذاری و توسعه‌ی یادگیری الکترونیک برای ارایه خدمات بهتر به دانشجویان و استادان دانشگاه بپردازند.</span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Increasing the use of smartphones, improving the state of World Wide Web, and also the need for flexibility in the education process have made the implementation of e-learning in human society inevitable, eliminated time and space limitations, and provided equal education. However, the pace of its creation and development, especially in universities and higher education centers in developing countries such as Iran, is very slow. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the factors affecting the creation and development of e-learning from the viewpoint of students of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This is an applied and descriptive-survey study. The sample includes 313 students studying at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences during 2016-2017, who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed using statistical tests and SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings show that the six selected factors of this study affect the creation and development of e-learning from the viewpoint of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences students.
