fa بررسی عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن در بیمارستانهای تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1398 اتاق عمل Surgery Room پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در راستای بهبود ایمنی بیمار، کشورها بر آن هستند تا ایمنی سیستم‌ها را پایش کنند و ازآنجایی‌که ایمنی جراحی، بخش مهمی از ایمنی بیمار به حساب می‌آید، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و مقطعی بود که در سال ۱۳۹۸ و در بخش‌های اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل ۲۷۱ نفر از پرسنل اتاق عمل بودند که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ی دموگرافیک و چک‌لیست جراحی ایمن سازمان جهانی بهداشت بود. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری با نرم افزار SPSS آنالیز شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین&plusmn;انحراف معیار نمره‌ی عملکرد تکنولوژیست‌های اتاق عمل در نقش سیرکولر و اسکراب و تکنولوژیست بیهوشی در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن به‌ترتیب برابر با ۳/۱&plusmn;۲۳/۲، ۳&plusmn;۱۸/۴ و ۳/۵&plusmn;۲۸/۲ بود که سطح عملکرد هر سه مورد در حد متوسط بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین نمره عملکرد با سطح تحصیلات، تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت و میانگین نمره‌ی عملکرد کارکنان اتاق عمل با مدرک کارشناسی به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از کاردان‌ها بود(۰/۰۵>P).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به اینکه عملکرد واحدهای مورد پژوهش در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن، در سطح مطلوبی نبود، استمرار در نظارت مداوم عملکرد کارکنان و تشویق آنها به ارتقای سطح تحصیلات جهت تقویت عملکرد در زمینه‌ی رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> In order to improve patient safety, countries are seeking to monitor the safety of health systems and since surgical safety is an important part of patient safety, this study aimed to determine performance of Operating Room Personnel regarding the observance of surgical safety principles.<br> <strong>Materials and&nbsp;Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on operating rooms of hospitals of Mazandaran university of medical sciences in 2019. Research population included 271 personnel of operating room selected via stratified random sampling. Data were collected using demographic characteristics questionnaire and Surgical Safety Checklist of the World Health Organization. The data was analyzed using SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean scores of performance of surgical technologists in the circulating and scrub roles and anesthesia technologists regarding the observance of surgical safety principles, were 23.2&plusmn;3.1, 18.4&plusmn;3 and 28.2&plusmn;3.5 respectively. The performance level of all three specialties was moderate. Findings showed that there was a significant difference between performance score with educational level.
