other دانش، نگرش و عملکرد تکنولوژیست‌های اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول تکنیک‌های استریل جراحی در بیمارستان‌های تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1398 اتاق عمل Surgery Room پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تکنیک استریل، پایه و اساس جراحی مدرن محسوب می‌شود. بنابراین رعایت دقیق تکنیک‌های استریل توسط تیم جراحی، جهت حفظ ایمنی بیمار و جلوگیری از عفونت محل عمل ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دانش، نگرش و عملکرد تکنولوژیست‌های اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول تکنیک‌های استریل جراحی انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه‌ی حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود که در سال ۱۳۹۸ بر روی ۱۹۸ نفر از تکنولوژیست‌های جراحی شاغل در بخش‌های اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ی‌ سنجش دانش، نگرش و عملکرد در خصوص تکنیک‌های استریل جراحی استفاده شد. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری در نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی مستقل و کای اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین&plusmn;انحراف معیار نمره‌ی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد تکنولوژیست‌های جراحی در خصوص رعایت تکنیک‌های استریل جراحی به‌ترتیب برابر با ۵/۸&plusmn;۳۵/۷، ۳/۷&plusmn;۲۸/۳ و ۶/۵&plusmn;۳۸/۷ بود که نمره‌ی دانش و عملکرد در سطح متوسط و نمره‌ی نگرش در سطح مطلوب بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین نمره‌ی دانش و عملکرد با سطح تحصیلات تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت و میانگین نمره‌ی دانش و عملکرد کارشناسان اتاق عمل به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از کاردان‌ها بود(۰/۰۵>p).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزش مداوم، تشویق کارکنان به ارتقای سطح تحصیلات و استمرار در ارزیابی دانش و عملکرد اعضای تیم جراحی، جهت تقویت و ارتقای دانش و عملکرد آن‌ها در زمینه‌ی رعایت اصول تکنیک‌های استریل ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The sterile technique is the basis of modern surgery. Therefore, sterile technique observance is required by the surgical team to preserve patient safety and prevent surgical site infection. This study was conducted to determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of Surgical Technologists Regarding the Sterile Techniques principles observance in the operating room.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 198 surgical technologists working in hospitals affiliated to Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2019. Surgical technologists were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection was performed using the researcher-made questionnaire for the measurement of knowledge, attitude and practice of surgical technologists regarding the Sterile Techniques. The data was analyzed using SPSS software and applying descriptive statistics, Chi-square and t-test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean scores of knowledge, attitude and practice of surgical technologists regarding the sterile techniques, were 35.7&plusmn;5.8, 28.3&plusmn;3.7 and 38.7&plusmn;6.5 respectively. The score of knowledge and practice was moderate and the score of attitude was good.
