fa ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه‌ی هم‌تالیفی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی تراریخته با رویکرد تحلیل شبکه Mapping and Analyzing the Co-Authorship Network of Transgenic Researchers with a Network Analysis Approach کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Library & Information Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: گونه‌های تراریخته، گونه‌هایی هستند که ژنوم آنها از نظر ژنتیکی تغییر یافته باشند. حوزه‌ی تراریخته یکی از حوزه‌هایی است که از اهمیت و جایگاه بالایی در جهان برخوردار است، از این رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه هم تألیفی  پژوهشگران در حوزه موضوعی تراریخته است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های علم‌سنجی همچون شبکه همکاری علمی و شاخص‌های تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی انجام شد. در این مطالعه ۲۳۴۵۶ مقاله‌ی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی تراریخته که در پایگاه Web of Science در بازه‌ی زمانی ۲۰۱۹-۲۰۱۰ نمایه شده بودند، بررسی گردید. به‌منظور ترسیم و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار VOSviewer و UCINET استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: شبکه‌ی همکاری علمی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی تراریخته با استفاده از شاخص‌های کلان و خرد شبکه اجتماعی بررسی و تحلیل گردید. شبکه از نظر شاخص‌های کلان از انسجام پایینی برخوردار بود. به‌طوری‌که چگالی شبکه، عدد ۰/۰۲۷، ضریب خوشه‌بندی عدد ۰/۸۳۴، قطر۱۵ و میانگین فاصله ۴/۱۵۵ محاسبه شد. از نظر شاخص‌های خرد هم وضعیت پژوهشگران در شبکه مشخص شد. David Ayares بیشترین همکاری را با دیگر اعضا داشت و همچنین Nam-Hai Chua مهم‌ترین نقش را در ارتباط افراد خوشه‌های مختلف شبکه ایفا کرد و Yan Zhang کمترین فاصله را با دیگر اعضای شبکه داشت.  نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که شبکه‌ی هم‌تألیفی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی تراریخته از انسجام پایینی برخوردار است و اطلاعات در بین اعضا با سرعت پایینی انتقال می‌یابد. با توجه به اینکه وضعیت پژوهشگران مختلف در این پژوهش مشخص شد، از نتایج این مطالعه می‌توان برای هدایت همکاری‌های آینده، و تشویق دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات علمی برای توسعه‌ی تعاملات خود با یکدیگر و تقویت بیشتر همکاری‌ها استفاده کرد. همچنین با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه در این شبکه پژوهشگران ایرانی جزو افراد کلیدی نبودند که نیاز است پژوهشی در خصوص وضعیت و جایگاه پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه تراریخته انجام شود. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Transgenic species are the ones whose genomes are genetically modified. The transgenic field is one of the areas that has a high importance and position in the world. Therefore, the aim of the present research is to draw and analyze the co-authorship network of researchers in transgenic subject area. Materials and Methods: The type of this research is descriptive and was carried out using scientometric techniques such as co-authorship network and social network analysis indices. In this study, 23,456 articles by transgenic researchers indexed in the Web of Science database during the period 2010-2019 were retrieved. VOSviewer and UCINET software were used to draw the co-authorship map and analyze the network indicators. Results: The scientific cooperation network of transgenic researchers was studied and analyzed using macro and micro indicators of the social network. The status of macro indicators was not appropriate and the network was poorly cohesive. So that, the network density was 0.027, the clustering coefficient was 0.834, the diameter was 15 and the average distance was 4.155. In terms of micro-indicators, the status of researchers in the network was determined in such a way that David Ayares had the most cooperation with other members and also Nam-Hai Chua played the most important role in communicating with people from different clusters of the network, finally, Yan Zhang had the shortest distance with other members of the network. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the co-authorship network of transgenic researchers has low cohesion and information is transmitted among members at a low speed. With respect to this, status of different researchers in this study was determined, the results of this study can be used to guide future collaborations, and encourage universities and scientific institutes to develop their interactions with each other and further strengthen collaborations.
