fa بررسی روند اعتبارات تحقیقات بهداشتی در ایران و مقایسه آن با کشورهای توسعه یافته عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">این پژوهش تحقیقی است توصیفی که در آن به روند اعتبارات تحقیقاتی بودجه و اعتبارات تحقیقات بهداشتی سال های 77-1369 در ایران پرداخته و آنرا با اعتبارات تحقیقاتی کشورهای توسعه یافته مقایسه کرده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که روند اعتبارات بهداشتی در ایران سیری یکنواخت داشته است و هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه، میزان بودجه تحقیقات بهداشتی و سرانه اعتبارات تحقیقات بهداشتی از بودجه دولتی تحقیقات، بسیار کمتر از کشورهای پیشرفته می باشد. بخش خصوصی بیشترین میزان سرمایه گذاری هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه را در کشورهای توسعه یافته به عهده داشته است. افزایش اعتبارات تحقیقاتی از تولید ناخالص ملی، مشارکت بخش خصوصی، توجه به اولویت ها و نیازهای تحقیقاتی و تدوین برنامه های اصولی و جامع می تواند سبب ارتقاء تحقیقات بهداشتی را که هدفی جز بهداشت و سلامتی مردم ندارد، فراهم آورد. </font></p> <p>In this descriptive study, we compared the amount of public spending on health researchandtheprocessforallocationofresearchfundsbetweenIranandseveraldeveloped countries.<br>The study made it clear that the State&aposs total per capita spending on research and the percentage of the total government budget and the Gross Domestic Product spent on research were considerably lower than in most developed nations. The administrative process for obtaining funds was long and tedious, and private sector spending on health research was negligible (in contrast to Western countries, where the most research is funded by the private sector).
