fa تبیین تجارب دانش آموزان در زمینه عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد پوسیدگی دندان: مطالعه‌ای با رویکرد کیفی Adolescent’s perspectives on the factors that influence caries development: A qualitative study عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: بیماری های دهان و دندان فعالیت های فرد را در مدرسه، محل کار و یا در منزل محدود کرده و موجب از دست رفتن میلیونها ساعت کاری و تحصیلی در سراسر جهان می گردند. با توجه به اهمیت دوره نوجوانی جهت شکل گیری رفتارهای بهداشتی و تبیین تجارب آنان در زمینه بیماریهای دهان و دندان مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد پوسیدگی دندان از نگاه دانش آموزان انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی در 18 دانش آموز مقطع راهنمایی شهر تهران از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته با استفاده از نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انجام گرفت. پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه، دادها جمع آوری، ضبط، دست نویس و به روش تحلیل محتوا مرسوم تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. جهت حمایت از صحت و استحکام دادها، معیار مقبولیت، تأیید پذیری و انتقال پذیری لحاظ شد. نتایج: از تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها طبقات تعاملات خانوادگی در سلامت دندان، جایگاه مدرسه در مراقبت دهان و دندان، نقش دندانپزشک در مراقبت از دندان و تأثیر آموزش در مراقبت از دندان به عنوان عوامل مؤثر در مراقبت استخراج و درون مایه عوامل تأثیر گذار در مراقبت دهان و دندان در داده های مطالعه از تأکید بیشتری برخودار شد. نتیجه گیری: استفاده از تجربیات دانش آموزان در این مطالعه می تواند در گسترش جو حمایت و اعتماد متقابل دانش آموزان و دندانپزشکان، ارایه خدمات بیشتر در مدارس از طریق سازمانهای ذی نفع، تدوین و اصلاح برنامه های آموزشی و توجه بیشتر به نقش حیاتی والدین کمک نموده و نهایتاً نتایج این مطالعه می تواند زمینه ساز مداخلات آموزشی ارزشمند در حیطه سلامت دهان و دندان باشد. Background and aim: Oral and dental diseases limit an individual&aposs activities at the school, work place and home, leading to a loss of millions of work and school hours all over the world. The period of adolescence is critical as regards shaping of healthy behaviors related to oral and dental diseases. The purpose of this study was to explore and describe school pupils&apos viewpoints on factors influencing development of dental caries. Materials and Methods: A qualitative study with a content analysis approach was conducted to collect the perspectives of 18 Iranian students in 8 guidance schools selected by purposive sampling. Structured and semi-structured interviews were held to collect data. An informed consent was obtained and the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The data was analyzed through an inductive approach of content analysis. In order to support the validity and rigor of the data, different criteria such as acceptability, confirmability and transferability were utilized. Results: Data analysis could identify four major factors influencing dental caries development: "family interactions in dental health", "role of school in caring for teeth", "role of dentists in caring for teeth" and "effect of education in caring for teeth". The factors influencing caring for teeth and mouth had a greater significance.
