fa تبیین فرایند پوسیدگی دندان در زنان: مطالعه ای با رویکرد نظریه ی زمینه ای بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <p>  <strong>زم </strong><strong>ی نه و هدف: </strong>موانع موجود و اعتقادات زنان درخانواده در زم ی نه مراقبت و <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</del> <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </del><ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </ins>ی دهان و دندان مهم <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:52">بوده</del> <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:52" ><ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:52">م</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:52">ی باشد </ins>و بر اهداف، ارزش و رفتار بهداشت ی خانواده اثر گذار است. با توجه به نقش زنان در شکل گ ی ر ی رفتارها ی بهداشت ی در خانواده و تب یی ن تجارب آنان در زم ی نه <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</del> <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </del><ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </ins>ی دهان و دندان مطالعه حاضر با هدف تب یی ن عوامل مؤثر در ا ی جاد پوس ی دگ ی دندان از نگاه زنان انجام شد. <strong></strong></p><p>  <strong>روش </strong><strong>کار: </strong>ا ی ن بررس ی مطالعه ا ی ک ی ف ی با رو ی کرد <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:42">گراندد</del> <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:42">تئور</del> <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:42">ی</del> <ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:42">نظر</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:42">ی ه ی زم ی نه ا ی</ins> بر رو ی 23 شرکت کننده شامل 18 زن، 3 دندانپزشک و 2 همسر با انتخاب نمونه ها به صورت هدفمند و نظر ی انجام شد. پس از کسب رضا ی ت آگاهانه، داده ها از طر ی ق مصاحبه ها ی عم ی ق ن ی مه ساختار ی افته (گروه ی و فرد ی ) جمع آور ی ، ضبط، دست نو ی س و با استفاده از روش اشتراوس و کورب ی ن و روش تحل ی ل مقا ی سه ا ی مداوم تجز ی ه و تحل ی ل گرد ی د. جهت حما ی ت از صحت و استحکام دادها، مع ی ار مقبول ی ت، تأ یی د پذ ی ر ی و انتقال پذ ی ر ی لحاظ شد. <strong></strong><strong></strong></p><p>  <strong>نتا </strong><strong>ی ج: </strong>از تجز ی ه و تحل ی ل مصاحبه ها 5 طبقه اصل ی "عوامل تخر ی ب کننده دندان"، " محافظت از دندان"، " عوامل مح ی ط ی و اجتماع ی "، "باورها ی مؤثر در سلامت دندان" و " تلاش برا ی باز ساز ی دندان" استخراج گرد ی د. مقوله و مفهوم مرکز ی "ارتقا ی آگاه ی در جهت حفظ دندان" دغدغه اصل ی مشارکت کنندگان در مطالعه بود. </p><p>  <strong>نت </strong><strong>ی جه گ ی ر ی : </strong>ارتقا ی آگاه ی زنان در جهت پ ی شگ ی ر ی از <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</del> <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </del><ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ب</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:49">ی مار ی ها </ins>ی دهان نه تنها امر ی فرد ی بلکه اجتماع ی بوده و در ا ی ن مس ی ر نقش خانواده، دندانپزشک، باورها ی اجتماع ی و مذهب ی ، <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:46">س</del> <del cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:46">ی استها </del><ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:46">س</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hamed" datetime="2014-01-27T17:46">ی است ها </ins>و نظام اجرا یی پررنگ <ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:53" >تر است. نتا ی ج ا ی ن مطالعه م ی تواند زم ی نه ساز طراح ی مدلها ی آموزش ی مناسب در ح ی طه سلامت دهان و دندان در زنان، چار چوب آموزش ی مناسب برا ی دندانپزشکان و <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:53">س</del> <del cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:53">ی استگزاران </del><ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:53">س</ins> <ins cite="mailto:Hooman" datetime="2014-01-26T01:53">ی است گذاران </ins>باشد. </p> Background and Aim: women’s barriers and beliefs are important in the care of teeth and oral health in family and it influence on family’s goals, values and health behavior. Depend on the role of women in shaping health behaviors in family and explain their experiences in the field of oral and dental diseases, the aim of this study was to apply grounded theory approach to develop a process about dental caries in women. Materials and Methods: A grounded theory design was used for data gathering and analysis. 23 participants including 18 women, 3 dentists and 2 spouses were chosen through purposive and theoretical sampling methods. Face to face and semi-structured interviews and two focus groups were held to gather data. Interviews were recorded, taped and analyzed via the grounded theory method developed by Strauss and Corbin. In order to support the validity and rigor of the data, different criteria such as acceptability, confirmability and transferability were utilized. Results: During the data analysis, the core category of “Promoting acknowledge for preservation of teeth” and five main themes of “destructive factors of teeth”, “maintaining dental”, “social and environmental factors”, “Effective believes in dental health”and“Trying to rebuild teeth” were developed. Conclusion: To prevent of oral and dental disease, promoting women’s awareness is not only individual factor but also family, dentist, social and religious believers and policies and executive systems are important.
