fa نگرش دانشجویان رشته بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">مطالعه نگرش به عنوان ممتازترین مفهوم روانشناسی اجتماعی جایگاه ویژه ای در پژوهش ها دارد و</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> بدون شک داشتن نگرش مثبت لازمه موفقیت در هر رشته تحصیلی است. هدف از این مطالعه شناخت عوامل مختلف مرتبط با نگرش دانشجویان رشته بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی شان است که در صورت نیاز اقداماتی را در جهت اصلاح این رشته بکار گرفت.&nbsp; </span></span><br> <span style="font-family: times new roman;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">روش کار</span></span></strong></span>: <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">این پژوهش از دسته مطالعات کاربردی به صورت توصیفی-مقطعی در سال 1395 انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه را 77 نفر از دانشجویان رشته بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی در 7 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کشور تشکیل دادند. نمونه گیری از طریق سرشماری صورت گرفت و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر24 سوال بود. داده ها پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری </span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نسخه 24 و آزمون های توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار </span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">با توجه به اطلاعات بدست آمده میانگین و انحراف معیار نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی به ترتیب 0/35 و 4/12بدست آمد که نشان دهنده نگرش مثبت می باشد. میانگین و انحراف معیار نگرش نسبت به آینده شغلی نیز05/23 و 86/10حساب شد که کمتر ازامتیاز قابل قبول بود. در این مطالعه بین نگرش دانشجویان و وضعیت اشتغال ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">) </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">036/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">(p=</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد که بیشتر دانشجویان رشته بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی مورد مطالعه نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود نگرش مثبتی داشتند در حالی که نگرش آن ها نسبت به آینده شغلی پایین تر از حد قابل قبول بود که نشانگر فقدان نگرش مطلوب دانشجویان می باشد. بنابراین تقویت برنامه های آموزشی،ارائه مشاوره و حمایت از دانشجویان می تواند نقش مفید و&nbsp; موثری در بهبود و تقویت نگرش آن ها داشته باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Attitude, as the most important social psychology concept, has a special place in research; undoubtedly, in university life having a positive attitude is essential for success in any field of study. The aim of this study was to determine tha attitude of food safety and hygiene students toward their field of study and future career in the Iranian universities of medical sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted in 2016, &nbsp;including 77 food safety and hygiene students in the Iranian universities of medical sciences, selected by census. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing 24 questions and analyzed by SPSS-24 software, the statistical tests being descriptive statistical tests.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The attitude score (Mean &plusmn; SD) of the students toward their field of study was<br> &nbsp;35.0 &plusmn; 12.4, indicating that they had a positive attitude, while the score of their attitude toward future career was 23.05 &plusmn; 10.86, which was less than acceptable. Further analysis of the data showed a significant association between the students&rsquo; attitude toward their field of study and employment status (p = 0.036).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Based on the results of this study, the food safety and hygiene students have a positive attitude towards their field of study, while their attitude toward future career is lower than acceptable, which demonstrates lack of a desirable attitude.
