other پیش‌بینی گرایش به اعتیاد دانشجویان: نقش طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و تنظیم شناختی هیجان Predicting the Tendency of the University Students to Addiction: The Role of Initial Maladaptive Schemas and Emotion Cognitive Regulation بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: با توجه به مضرات و خطرات اعتیاد و اینکه هر روزه افراد زیادی به دام آن گرفتار میشوند، شناسایی متغیرهای اثرگذار بر آن اهمیت دارد. هدف این تحقیق پیش‌بینی گرایش به اعتیاد بر اساس طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی دانشجویان بود. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی و روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور گنبد کاووس در سال تحصیلی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ به تعداد 3548 نفر تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه ای تک مرحله ای تعداد 384 دانشجو به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامههای طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه ‌(13)، نظم جویی شناختی هیجان (14) و گرایش به اعتیاد (16) بود. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار22 SPSS در سطح معناداری 05/0استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج همبستگی بین گوش به زنگی بیش از حد (001/0>, p 491/0 r= )، هدایت شدن توسط دیگران (001/0>,p  523/0 r= )، محدودیتهای مختل (001/0>, p 426/ 0r= )، عملکرد مختل (001/0>, p 389/ 0r= )، انفصال (001/0>,p 406/0r= ) و تنظیم شناختی هیجان (001/0>, p 475/0r= ) با گرایش به اعتیاد بود. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه در گوش به زنگی بیش از حد (001/0>, p 203/0β= )، هدایت شدن توسط دیگران (001/0>, p 274/0β= )، محدودیتهای مختل (001/0>, p 261/0β= )، عملکرد مختل (001/0>, p 229/0β= )،  انفصال (001/0>, p 193/0β= ) و تنظیم شناختی هیجان (001/0>, p 315/ 0β= ) به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، با تغییر طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و بهبود تنظیم شناختی هیجانی می‌توان میانگین گرایش به اعتیاد را پیش بینی کرد.   Background and Aim: Considering the harms and dangers of addiction and the fact that many people are trapped in it every day, it is important to identify the variables that affect it. The aim of this study was to predict the tendency to addiction among university students based on initial maladaptive schemas and cognitive emotion regulation. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population consisted of all the 3548 students of Gonbad Kavous Payame-Noor University in the academic year 2019-20, from among whom a sample of 384 students was selected using the one-stage cluster random sampling method. The data collection tools were the following 3 questionnaires: early maladaptive schema (Young, 2005), cognitive emotion regulation (Garnefski & Kraaij, 2001) and addiction tendency (Wade and Butcher, 1992). Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data using the SPSS software version 22 at a statistical significance level of 0.05. Results: Data analysis showed correlations between addiction and the following variables: excessive ringing in the ears (r = 0.491, p = 0.001), being guided by others (r = 0.523, p = 0.001), disturbed constraints (0.001 >, r = 0.426 p), impaired function (r = 0.389, p = 0.001), discontinuation (r = 0.406, p <0.001) and cognitive emotion regulation (p> 475, <0.001). 0r =).
