other تحلیلی بر رابطه مهارت حل مسئله و ترک موفق اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر و روان گردان‌ها در شهر اصفهان Relationship Between Problem-Solving Skill and Successful Quitting of Substance Use Disorder and Psychoactive Drugs in Isfahan, Iran بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر یک بیماری است که در ترک موفق آن عمدتاً بر رویکرد زیستی و پزشکی تأکید میشود اما عوامل اجتماعی روانی نیز نقش مؤثری دارند. پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است رابطه مهارت حل مسئله وترک موفق اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسهای است که طی آن دو گروه 1) معتادان با ترک موفق و 2) معتادان با ترک ناموفق، مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در مجموع 444 نفر شامل 222 نفر با ترک موفق و 222 نفر با ترک ناموفق، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق جهت سنجش مهارت حل مسئله، مقیاس حل مسئله اجتماعی دزوریلا و همکاران (2002) بوده است. نتایج کار: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد، میانگین مهارت حل مسئله و ابعاد پنج گانه آن، در گروه ترک موفق به طور معناداری بیشتر از ترک ناموفق است. براساس نتایج رگرسیون لجستیک، مهارت حل مسئله با مقادیر (271/0=B، 90/110=Wald، 000/0=Sig، 76/1=EXP(B)، 457/0=Cox & Snell)، بخت عضویت در گروه ترک موفق را 76/1 برابر میکند و قادر است 457/0 تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین کند. نتیجهگیری: با این تفاصیل، نتیجه گیری پژوهش حاضر این است که عوامل اجتماعی روانی نیز در درمان اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر مؤثرند و با توجه جدّیتر به آنها میتوان به کاهش یکی از آسیبهای اجتماعی بهداشتی مهم جامعه، کمک کرد.   <pre style="text-align:justify"> Background and Aim: Substance use disorder (SUD) is a disease in the treatment of which the biological and medical methods are emphasized, but social factors also play an effective role. This research has tried to investigate the relationship between problem-solving skill and successful quitting of SUD. </pre> <pre style="text-align:justify"> Materials and Methods: This was a causal-comparative research in which two groups, namely, drug addicts with successful quitting (n = 222) and those with unsuccessful quitting (n = 222) selected by multi-stage random sampling were compared. The research tool for measuring the problem solving skill was the Social Problem Solving Scale of D'Zurilla et al. (2002).</pre> <pre style="text-align:justify"> Results: The findings showed that the mean problem-solving skill score and its five components were significantly higher in the successful quitting group than in the unsuccessful group. Based on the logistic regression results, the problem-solving skill (B=0.271, Wald=110.490 Sig=0.000, EXP (B) =1.76, Cox & Snell=0.457) will increase the chance of successful quitting 1.76 times and can explain 0.457 of the changes in the dependent variable. </pre> <pre style="text-align:justify"> Conclusion: It can be concluded that psychosocial factors are also effective in the treatment of the substance use disorder.
