fa هوش استراتژیک و مدیریت سایبرنتیک مبتنی بر آموزش فناورانه از دیدگاه مدیران آموزشی مراکز آموزش عالی استان کرمانشاه Strategic Intelligence and Cybernetic Management Based on Technological Education from the Point of View of Educational Managers of Higher Education Centers in Kermanshah Province بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: آموزش فناورانه بعنوان مدلی جدید در توسعه آموزش به ویژه آموزش عالی جهت ارتقاء و پیشران حوزه مدیریت سایبرنتیک و هوش استراتژیک مدیران آموزشی مدنظر بوده و می تواند سازمان را در اجرای صحیح برنامه ها یاری رساند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ساختاری آموزش فناورانه جهت توسعه هوش استراتژیک و مدیریت سایبرنتیک مدیران مراکز آموزش عالی استان کرمانشاه است. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کمی- کیفی است. در بخش کیفی با 15 مصاحبه، اشباع حاصل شد. در بخش کمی، 281 پرسشنامه تکمیل و به محقق برگردانده شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در بخش کیفی، پرسشنامه های نیمه ساختار یافته بود، که دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از آن استخراج گردید. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه هوش استراتژیک مک‌کوبی (2007) و پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته آموزش فناورانه و مدیریت سایبرنتیک استفاده گردید. تحلیلها با نرم‌افزارهای <st1:stockticker w:st="on">SPSS</st1:stockticker>24 و  Amos انجام شده است. نتایج: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی حاکی از مناسب بودن مدل های اندازه گیری حاصل از پرسشنامه های ساخته شده است. مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که آموزش فناورانه تاثیر مثبت معنی داری روی مدیریت سایبرنتیک و هوش استراتژیک دارد. نتیجه گیری: توسعه هوش استراتژیک در مراکز آموزش عالی موجب تعاملات بیشتر مدیران با اساتید و کارکنان و روابط سازنده اساتید با دانشجویان می‌شود. همچنین هوش استراتژیک یک رویکرد فعالانه است که در همۀ بخش‌های مراکز آموزش عالی می‌تواند سودمند باشد. با توجه به وجود ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش، پیشنهاد میشود نتایج مذکور در راستای کاهش چالشهای موجود در برنامهها و فعالیتهای مدیران آموزشی مراکز آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.   Background and Aim: Technological education is considered a new model in the development of education, especially higher education, to promote cybernetic management and strategic intelligence of training managers, and can help the organizations to implement programs well. The purpose of this research was to develop a structural model of technological education for development of strategic intelligence and cybernetic management in managers of higher education centers in Kermanshah Province, Iran. Materials and Methods: This study was a quantitative-qualitative research. In the qualitative section, saturation was achieved by 15 interviews, and in quantitative section 281 questionnaires were completed and returned to the researcher. The measurement tools used in the qualitative part were semi-structured questionnaires, based on which two researcher-made questionnaires were extracted, while in the quantitative part, theMcCobe's strategic intelligence questionnaire (2007) and researcher-made technological education and cybernetic management questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by SPSS24 and Amos software. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated appropriateness of the measurement models obtained from constructed questionnaires. The structural equational model showed that technological education has a significant positive effect on cybernetic management and strategic intelligence. Conclusion: Development of strategic intelligence in higher education centers leads to more interactions between managers and the faculty members and personnel, as well as constructive relationships between faculty members and students. Furthermore, strategic intelligence is a proactive approach that can be beneficial in all sections of higher education centers.
