fa مدل اعتباربخشی درمانگاه‌های عمومی کشور بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">اعتباربخشی، یک مدل ارزشیابی خارج سازمانی، از مهم ترین برنامه های ارزشیابی خدمات سلامت در چند دهه اخیر بشمار می‌رود. نظام نوین اعتباربخشی خدمات سلامت در ایران فاقد استانداردهای لازم برای ارزشیابی خدمات سرپایی و درمانگاه‌های عمومی است. این مطالعه بنابراین، با استفاده از تجربیات سایر کشورها به طراحی مدلی برای اعتباربخشی درمانگاه‌های عمومی پرداخته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مروری - کیفی بود که در دو گام انجام پذیرفت. در گام اول مدل‌ها، روش ها و استاندارد‌های اعتباربخشی درمانگاه‌های عمومی کشور‌های منتخب با مرور تطبیقی شناسایی شد.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> در گام دوم به روش کیفی و با روش پانل خبرگان مدل مفهومی اعتباربخشی این درمانگاه‌ها طراحی شد.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتایج: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">مدل پیشنهادی برای اعتباربخشی درمانگاه‌ها</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">با ثبت درخواست در سامانه و به روز رسانی اطلاعات آغاز می‌شود. پس از خودارزیابی درمانگاه و ارزیابی خارجی، زمان برای انجام اصلاحات در نظر گرفته می‌شود. محورهای کلیدی پیشنهادی برای اعتباربخشی درمانگاه‌ها در این مدل شامل مدیریت و رهبری، مدیریت اطلاعات، مدیریت فرآیندها، مدیریت منابع انسانی، حقوق گیرندگان خدمت و نتایج عملکردی می باشد. رتبه بندی درمانگاه‌های کشور در پنج سطح (عالی، خوب، متوسط، ضعیف و زیر استاندارد) قابل انجام خواهد بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> با توجه به محورها و فرایند شناسایی شده و عدم وجود یک رویکرد نظام مند، مدل اعتباربخشی پیشنهادی می‌تواند</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">برای اولین بار یک شیوه علمی و کاربردی جهت گروه‌‌های ارزیاب داخل و خارج سازمان فراهم ساخته و</span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> ارزشیابی متناسب و معتبری از درمانگاه‌های سرپایی عمومی ایران ارائه کند.</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and Aim:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Accreditation as an external assessment model is considered a key program for evaluating health care organizations. The new health service accreditation system in Iran seems to lack the necessary standards for evaluating outpatient services and general clinics. The objective of this study was to design, based on the experiences of other countries, a model for accreditation of general clinics in Iran</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This research was a qualitative review study conducted in two phases First, the methods and standards of accreditation of general clinics of selected countries were identified through a comparative review. In the second phase, the conceptual framework of the accreditation of these clinics was developed by an expert panel.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The proposed framework for the accreditation of clinics starts with registering the application in the system and updating the information<span style="color:#0070c0">. </span>After the clinic&#39;s self-evaluation and external evaluation, amendments will be made.<span style="color:red"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The key areas proposed for the accreditation of clinics included management and leadership, information management, process management, human resource management, salaries,&nbsp; and operational results.
