fa شیوع عفونت‌های ویروسی در دریافت‌کنند‌گان پیوندکلیه در ایران: مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک Prevalence of Viral Infections among Kidney Transplant Recipients in Iran: A Systematic Review Study بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: عفونت های ویروسی مختلف یکی از عوامل خطر رد پیوند کلیه در بیماران دریافت کنندهی این عضو می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی فراوانی عفونت های ویروسی در دریافت کنندگان پیوند کلیه در ایران انجام شد. روش  کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مرور سیستماتیک انجام شد. کلمات کلیدی در عنوان یا چکیده مقالات منتشر شده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی پایش شد. جستجو در پایگاه های داده طی سالهای 1402-1392 انجام شد. نتایج:  در مجموع 2822 نمونه مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. بیشترین و کمترین حجم نمونه در مقالات مورد بررسی به ترتیب 1615 و 50 بیمار بود. بیشترین فراوانی عفونت ویروسی مربوط به استان های گیلان، مشهد، رشت و اهواز با فراوانی مطلق و (نسبی) 54 (9/52 %)، 54 (9/21%)، 54 (49%) و 51 (8/41%) بود. فراوانی پلیوماویروس BK، سیتومگالوویروس (CMV) و ویروس هپاتیتC بهترتیب شایعترین عفونتهای ویروسی در دریافتکنندگان پیوند کلیه بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده و شیوع بالاتر عفونت پلیوماویروس BK و CMV در دریافتکنندگان پیوندکلیه، غربالگری اهداکنندگان عضو از نظر این ویروسها در کشور حائز اهمیت است.   Background and Aim: Various viral infections are one of the risk factors of kidney transplant rejection in patients receiving this organ. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the frequency of viral infections in kidney transplant recipients in Iran. Materials and Methods: This study was a systematic review. Keywords in the titles or abstracts of the articles published in Persian and English were searched in various databases during the period 2013-2023. Results: A total of 2822 samples were examined, the largest and smallest sample sizes being 1615 and 50 patients, respectively. The highest viral infection frequencies were found in Gilan, Mashhad, Rasht and Ahvaz provinces with frequencies of 54 (52.9%), 54 (21.9%), 54 (49%) and 51 (41.8%), respectively. The frequencies of BK virus, cytomegalovirus and hepatitis C virus were the most common viral infections among the kidney transplant recipients.
