fa ارتباط بین رفتار آموزشی رابطان بهداشتی با رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده ابتلاء به لیشمانیوز پوستی (سالک) در خانواده های تحت پوشش آنها بر اساس مدل بزنف در شهر یزد عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین رفتار آموزشی رابطان و رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده خانواده ها بر اساس مدل بزنف اجرا شد.<p></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در این پژوهش توصیفی کلیه رابطان (60 نفر) مناطق آندمیک شهر یزد که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته را طی مصاحبه تکمیل نمودند. از خانواده های تحت پوشش هر رابط نیز دو خانواده به طور تصادفی انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه توسط سرپرست خانواده (120 نفر) طی مصاحبه تکمیل شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد تأیید بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتایج: </strong>آگاهی رابطان و نگرش آنها با نمره آگاهی خانواده ها ارتباط مستقیم داشت. قصد رفتار رابطان با رفتار خانواده ها همبستگی مستقیم داشت. همچنین بین عوامل قادر کننده رابطان با آگاهی، قصد، عوامل قادرکننده و رفتار خانواده ها و رفتار آموزشی رابطان با آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار خانواده ها همبستگی مستقیم مشاهده شد.</p> <p dir="rtl"> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به نقش رابطان در  پیشگیری و بیماریابی و درمان بموقع لیشمانیوزها و از آنجا که دادن آگاهی به تنهایی نمی تواند رفتار آموزشی در رابطان ایجاد کند،  فراهم کردن آموزش مؤثر، نگرش و عوامل قادرکننده برای رابطان، تأثیر قابل ملاحظه ای بر رفتار خانواده ها و کنترل لیشمانیوزها خواهد داشت.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong><strong>:</strong> The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between educational practice of volunteer health workers (VHWs) and preventive behavior of households (HH) under their coverage regarding cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) based on the BASNEF model in Yazd City, Iran</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, all the 60 VHWs in the CL-endemic regions in Yazd City were interviewed and completed a valid and reliable questionnaire designed by the investigator. In addition, from among the households under coverage of each one of the VHWs, 2 HHs were selected randomly and their heads were interviewed and completed the relevant questionnaire (total n=120). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> There was a positive correlation between the knowledge and attitude of VHWs and knowledge of the households, as well as between the VHWs' behavioral intention and households' behavior. Further analysis of the data also revealed a positive correlation between the enabling factors of VHWs and the knowledge, behavioral intention, enabling factors and behaviors of families, as well as between educational behavior of VHWs and knowledge, attitude and behavior of the families.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Volunteer health workers can potentially play an important role in case-finding, prevention and timely treatment of cutaneous leishmaniasis. However, merely promoting their awareness of the disease will not lead to improvements in their educational behavior in the community.
