fa تاثیر  برنامه ی جامعه ی ایمن کاشمر بر کاهش آسیب ها و مقایسه آن با شهرهای دیگر ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> این مطالعه برای تعیین اثربخشی برنامه ی جامعه ی ایمن، به عنوان یک برنامه بین المللی جامعه محور با هدف پیشگیری از آسیب و ارتقای ایمنی در شهرستان کاشمر و ارزیابی نتایج آن در مقایسه با گروهی از شهرستان های فاقد این برنامه، طراحی و اجرا شده  است.<p></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در این مطالعه گذشته نگر، اطلاعات مربوط به آسیب های مختلف در مراجعه کنندگان به اورژانس بیمارستان ها، در کاشمر و 44 شهرستان گروه شاهد و برای سه سال 1384 تا 1386 استخراج و با هم مقایسه شد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتایج:</strong> میزان<strong> </strong>آسیب ها<strong> </strong>در کاشمر<strong> </strong>در سه سال 1384، 1385 و 1386 به ترتیب 6/4654، 9/4570 و 2/4949 و در 44 شهرستان گروه شاهد به ترتیب  7/822 ، 0/1130 و 5/1245 مورد به ازای هر 100.000 نفر جمعیت بود. میزان مرگ ناشی از آسیب ها در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان ها در کاشمر در این سه سال به ترتیب  6/57، 9/52 و 2/44 و در گروه شاهد به ترتیب 2/12، 13 و 9/11 مورد به ازای هر 100.000 نفر جمعیت بود. مقایسه سال اول و سوم نشان از افزایش میزان آسیب ها و کاهش در میزان مرگ ناشی از آسیب ها در هر دو گروه داشت، ولی فقط تفاوت بین کاهش میزان مرگ ناشی از آسیب ها در کاشمر با گروه شاهد معنی دار بود <em>(0001/0></em><em> p</em><em>).</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> اجرای<strong> </strong>برنامه ی جامعه ی ایمن در کاشمر تفاوت معنی داری در روند زمانی بروز آسیب ها ایجاد نکرد ولی میزان مرگ ناشی از آسیب ها  را به میزان معنی داری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش داد. ارزیابی طولانی مدتی برای تایید این یافته ها ضروری است.</p> <p><b>Background and Aim: </b>This study was undertaken to determine the effectiveness of a safe community program, as an international community-based program, for injury prevention and safety promotion, in Kashmar <br></p><p><b>Materials and Methods:</b> In this retrospective study, the data on injured patients consulting hospital emergency wards in Kashmar and 44 other districts (as control) for a period of 3 years (March 20 2005 to March 19, 2008) were analyzed and compared. <br></p><p><b>Results: </b>The number of injuries/100,000 population in Kashmar was 4654.6, 4570.9, and 4949.2 in March 2005-2006, 2006-2007, and 2007-2008, respectively. The corresponding figures (means) for the control districts were 822.7, 1130.0 and 1245.5. The injury- related fatality rate in the emergency ward for the 3 periods was 57.6, 52.9, and 44.2 per 100,000 in Kashmar and 12.2, 13, and 11.9 per 100,000 in the control districts. The injury rate showed an increase and the injury- related fatality rate showed a decrease in both Kashmar and the control districts over the 3 year period, but there was a statistically significant difference between the decreased injury-related fatality rate in Kashmar (p<0.0001).<br></p><p><b>Conclusion: </b>The Kashmar International Safe Community Program resulted in no significant decrease in the rate of injuries in Kashmar. However, as compared to the control distrcts, it caused a decrease in the injury-related fatality rate over the 3-year period.
