fa آگاهی از حقوق بیمار و رعایت آن از دیدگاه بیمار: مطالعه ای در بیمارستان های دانشگاهی شهر تهران  عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بیماری که در اثر آسیب های جسمی و روحی به یک مرکز درمانی مراجعه می کند ،دارای حقوقی قانونی است. رعایت حقوق بیماران باعث رضایت بیماران از خدمات بیمارستانی می شود که به ارتقا کیفیت خدمات کمک خواهد کرد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین آگاهی بیماران از حقوق خود و رعایت آن در بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی در شهر تهران است.<p></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه­­های علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1388 انجام شد. نمونه های مطالعه 601 بیمار بودند که از 11 بیمارستان وابسته به 3 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در شهر تهران و به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسش نامه 50 سوالی بود که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های مجذور کای و کروسکال والیس در نرم افزار SPSS.17 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتایج: </strong>59% بیماران زن و 41% مرد بودند. میانگین سن بیماران3/43 ( با انحراف معیار 5/18) سال  و میانگین اقامت 1/7( با انحراف معیار 4/7) روز بود. 5/71% بیماران اگاهی ضعیف، 6/22% متوسط و 8/5% اگاهی خوبی از حقوق بیمار داشتند. میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار در 8/13%  بیماران خوب، 9/82% متوسط و 3/3% ضعیف بود. بین میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار با بخش بستری و طول اقامت در بیمارستان رابطه ی آماری معنی داری وجود داشت(007/0 <em>p=</em>). همچنین از میان7 حیطه، بالاترین میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار مربوط به حیطه حق آگاهی بیمار و کمترین میزان رعایت مربوط به حیطه حق اعتراض و شکایت بود.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong>  نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بیماران اگاهی خوبی از حقوق بیمار ندارند و حقوق بیماران نیز بصورت مطلوب رعایت نمی شود. جهت ارتقای رعایت حقوق بیماران، ارایه برنامه های آموزشی به جامعه در مورد حقوق بیمار، پیگیری موارد نقض حقوق بیمار، تصویب قانون جامع برای تضمین رعایت حقوق بیماران و طراحی برنامه مشخص برای پایش و نظارت بر اجرای آن  پیشنهاد می شود.</p> <p><b>Background and Aim: </b>Patients who consult hospital due to physical or mental damages have legal rights. Observation of patients' rights will result in patient satisfaction, which will help to improve hospital services. The aim of this study was to determine awareness and observation of patient's right in hospitals affiliated with medical universities in Tehran. <br></p><p><b>Materials and Methods: </b>This was a cross-sectional study conducted in 2009 in hospitals affiliated with medical universities in Tehran. A total of 601 patients were randomly selected from 11 hospitals affiliated with three medical universities in Tehran. Data were collected using a 50-item questionnaire the validity and reliability of which had been confirmed. Chi-square and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for statistical analysis. The software used was SPSS.17.<br></p><p><b>Results: </b>The mean age of the patients (59% females and 41% males) was 43.3 (SD=18.5) years and the average length of hospitalization 7.1 (SD=7.4) days. Data analysis showed that the proportions of the patients with a poor, intermediate and desirable patients' rights awareness were 71.5%, 22.0% and 5.8%, respectively. Observation of patients' rights was good in 13.8% of the cases, medium in 82.9% of the cases and poor in 3.3% of the cases. There was a significant statistical relationship between observation of patients' rights on the one hand and the hospital ward and length of stay on the other hand (p=0/007). Further analysis of the data showed that the strongest and the weakest observed rights were patient awareness right and the right of making objections and lodging complaints, respectively. <br><b>Conclusion:</b> The results of this study showed that patients are not well aware of patients' rights and that observation of patient's rights is not at a desirable level.
