other بررسی و مقایسه نتایج بازسازی پارگی رباط صلیبی قدامی به دو روش لوپ ثابت و لوپ قابل تنظیم مقاله اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">امروزه روش‌های جراحی در بیماران با پارگی</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> رباط صلیبی قدامی</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> کاربردهای فراوانی در درمان داشته است و به‌دنبال آن با نتایج موفقیت‌آمیز همراهی داشته است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش کنونی تعیین<span style="color:black;"> و مقایسه نتایج بازسازی </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رباط صلیبی قدامی</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> به دو روش </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">لوپ ثابت</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">لوپ قابل تنظیم</span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">است.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی ۶۰ بیمار </span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز درمانی و آموزشی کاشانی اصفهان (تحت نظارت و حمایت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان) از فروردین ۱۳۹۶ تا اسفند ۱۳۹۷ </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">انجام گرفت. ۳۰ بیمار با روش لوپ ثابت و ۳۰ بیمار با روش لوپ قابل تنظیم تحت عمل جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی قرار گرفتند. نتایج پس از عمل در دو گروه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میزان فراوانی استاتیک لاکسیتی زیر </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">mm</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ۸ در گروه </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">لوپ ثابت ۸۳/۳%<span style="color:black;"> و در گروه دیگر ۷۶/۷% بود که اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه از این نظر وجود نداشت. همچنین هیچ‌گونه عفونتی در دو گروه دیده نشد. اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه از نظر دامنه حرکت و نمره زانو پیش و پس از عمل وجود نداشت. پس از عمل ۹۶/۷% از گروه </span>لوپ ثابت<span data-select-like-a-boss="1" style="color:black;"> و ۸۶/۷% از گروه </span>لوپ قابل تنظیم<span style="color:black;"> به فعالیت عادی بازگشتند. بین دو گروه اختلاف معناداری از نظر بازگشت به فعالیت عادی و میزان رضایتمندی وجود نداشت.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استفاده از گرفت لوپ ثابت و لوپ قابل تنظیم</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش‌های موثر، مفید و کم عارضه‌ای برای درمان بیماران با <span style="color:black;">رباط صلیبی قدامی</span></span> بود.</span></span></div> <div data-select-like-a-boss="1" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Recently, the surgical methods are used in patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture and have been associated with successful results. There are different results in the term of using of the surgical methods for anterior cruciate ligament that often is associated with some complications such as infection, static laxity, remaining the pain, need to recurrence surgery, and limitation in the range of motion. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to compare outcomes of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with the fixed loop and the adjustable loop.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional study was done on 60 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction referred to Kashani Hospital of Isfahan, Iran, from March 2017 to February 2019. Also, this study was approved in the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran. 30 patients were assigned to a fixed loop and 30 patients under the adjustable loop method. Postoperative outcomes were compared with the fixed loop group and the adjustable loop group.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The frequency of static laxity below 8 mm in the fixed loop group was 83.3% and the frequency of static laxity below 8 mm in the adjustable loop was 76.7%. There was no significant difference between the fixed loop group and the adjustable loop group based on static laxity. Also, no infection was seen in the fixed loop group and the adjustable loop group. There was no significant difference between the fixed loop group and the adjustable loop group in terms of range of motion and knee score before and after surgery. After surgery, 96.7% of the fixed loop group and 86.7% of the adjustable loop group returned to normal activity.
