other مدیریت اعمال جراحی زیبایی در ایران: چالش‌‌ها و راهکارها غدد درون ریز و متابولیسم Endocrinology مقاله اصیل Original Article <span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></i></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"> امروزه، اعمال زیبایی به‌دنبال تغییر سبک زندگی و ارزش‌های اجتماعی موردتوجه مردم قرار گرفته‌اند. از ‌این ‌رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نظر خبرگان درخصوص چالش‌‌ها و راهکارهای مدیریت اعمال یادشده در ایران انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%">روش بررسی:</span></span></i></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%">این مطالعه کیفی از طریق مصاحبه با 26 نفر از سیاست‌گذاران و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات جراحی زیبایی در شهر تهران از فروردین تا شهریور 1400 انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری از نوع هدفمند و گلوله ‌برفی بود. معیار ورود مصاحبه‌شوندگان به پژوهش، دانش و تجربه در موضوع و تمایل به مشارکت بود. مصاحبه‌ها به‌صورت نیمه‌ساختاریافته بوده و به‌صورت چهره‌ به‌ چهره یا تلفنی انجام گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از تحلیل موضوعی انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%">یافته‌ها:</span></span></i></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"> چالش‌ها در چهار طبقه ارائه‌دهند‌گان خدمات (آموزش و پرورش نامناسب، ارائه‌دهندگان غیرمتخصص، مخاطرات اخلاقی، کاستی در نحوه نگارش قوانین و موثرنبودن فرآیند رسیدگی به شکایات)، گیرندگان خدمات (تحت‌تاثیر تبلیغات فریبنده قرارگرفتن، پایین‌بودن سطح سواد سلامت مردم و عدم‌سلامت روان)، محل ارائه خدمات (انجام اعمال جراحی در مکان‌های غیراستاندارد و یکپارچه نبودن نظام اطلاعات) و داروها، فرآورده‌‌ها و تجهیزات پزشکی (نظارت ناکافی بر تامین، توزیع و به‌کارگیری و نوسانات قیمت) دسته‌بندی شدند.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></i></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"> اقدام اصلی موثر جهت رفع چالش‌ها، شامل تقویت نظارت متولی نظام سلامت با هماهنگی و همکاری درون و برون‌بخشی است. در این راستا، تدوین چارچوب‌های آموزشی، اخلاقی و حقوقی، تنظیم قوانین نظارتی، آگاه‌سازی جامعه، مصاحبه‌های بالینی و مشاوره‌های روانشناختی به‌ویژه پیش از جراحی زیبایی و استقرار سامانه یکپارچه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت توصیه می‌شود.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <div><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:130%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%">Background:</span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%"> Nowadays, beauty practices have attracted the attention of people following the change in lifestyle and social values. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of examining the opinion of experts regarding the challenges and management solutions of the aforementioned practices in Iran. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:130%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%">Methods:</span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%"> This qualitative study was conducted through interviews with 26 policymakers and cosmetic surgery service providers in Tehran from April to September 2022. Sampling was purposeful and snowball. The interviews were semi-structured and thematic analysis was used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews. The inclusion criteria for the interviewees&#39; entry were knowledge and experience in the subject and willingness to participate.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left" style="padding-top:0in; padding-right:12px; padding-bottom:0in; padding-left:12px" valign="top"> <div><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:130%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%">Results:</span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%"> Challenges under the four categories of service providers (improper education, non-specialist providers, moral hazards, deficiencies in the way laws are written, and the ineffectiveness of the complaint handling process), service receivers (being influenced by deceptive advertisements, low level of public health literacy and lack of mental health), the place of providing services (performing surgeries in non-standard places and non-integrated information system) and medicines, products and medical equipment (insufficient control over supply, distribution and use and price fluctuations) were categorized. Experts considered the major part of the challenges to be related to the service providers. In the category of service recipients, &quot;being influenced by deceptive advertisements&quot; was the main problem mentioned by the experts. Performing surgeries in non-standard places, including limited surgery centers, non-sterile places, and unauthorized places, is among the unsolved problems regarding the place of providing services. In relation to medicines, products, and medical equipment, the main problem was insufficient supply, distribution, and use supervision.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:130%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%">Conclusion:</span></span></i></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:130%">The main effective measure to solve the challenges is to strengthen the supervision of the health system administrator with internal and external coordination and cooperation.
