fa بررسی اختلالات روانپزشکی شایع گروهی از آزادگان ایرانی <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">مطالعه حاضر، تحقیقی روی 91 نفر از آزادگانی است که در نیمه دوم سال 1369، یعنی 6 ماه پس از آزادی، به سه مرکز روانپزشکی تهران مراجعه نموده اند. 34 نفر از آنها (37/4%) که شدت اختلالشان زیادتر بوده، بصورت بستری و 57 نفر از آنها (62/6%) که شدت اختلال آنها ضعیف تر بوده، بصورت سرپایی مورد ارزیابی دقیق روانشناسی و روانپزشکی قرار گرفتند. در این تحقیق، اختلالات شایع، اختلال سازشی (48/3%)، اختلال خلقی (22%)، اسکیزوفرنی (11%)، اختلالات اضطرابی (9/9%) بوده و اختلالات روانی با منشا عضوی (7/7%) بودند. ضمنا با بررسی های آماری، نگرش منفی افراد خانواده در مورد اعزام به جبهه، طول مدت جبهه قبل از اسارت، شکنجه شدن و شاهد شهادت همرزم بودن در حین اسارت با شدت بیماری از نظر سرپایی و بستری رابطه معنی دار وجود داشت و با مواردی از قبیل اعزام غیرداوطلبانه، مدت اسارت، نوع اسارت بصورت فردی یا گروهی، داشتن سابقه زندانی انفرادی و شاهد خیانت همرزم بودن در حین اسارت و شدت بیماری از نظر سرپایی و بستری وابستگی معنی داری مشاهده نگردید.</font></p> The present survey covers a number of 91 Iranian repatriated war prisoners who, six months after their freedom, approached three psychiatric clinics in Tehran during 1989 and spring 1990. Of these, 34 persons (37.4%) who showed higher symptoms of disorders were hospitalized and 57 (62.6%) who showed milder signs of disorders were carefully diagnosed mentally and psychologically as outpatients. The prevalent disorders revealed by this study were adjustment disorders (48.3%), mood disorders (22%), schizophrenia (11%), anxiety disorder (9.9%) and organic mental disorders (7.7%). The survey showed statistically the existence of a meaningful relation between the disorder severity with such factors as negative opinion of the prisoner's family on his going to the war front, and observance of martyrdom of co-fighters by the patient.
