Abstract
Background: In the event of damage to the skin, the epidermis of which goes to the disintegration of the body, is a wound that is common in diabetics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate microscopic effects of Aqueous extract of curcumin on wound healing in diabetic male rats.
Methods: In this study 48 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups (control, sham, experimental, empirical two) were tested. The extra pawn injured area of 3 cm to the left of the spine created. Wound healing was examined microscopic.
Results: The streptozocin diabetic wound healing compared to the control group later showed and wound healing in experimental groups treated with Aqueous extract of curcumin was faster than the control group.
Conclusion: The results showed that the Aqueous extract of curcumin skin accelerates wound healing in normal and diabetic samples.

Abstract
Background: Nesfetin-1 is known as the peptide which interfere in appetite and glucose hemostasis. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of two kinds of acute exercise to nesfatin-1 gene expression of diabetic rats.
Methods: In this study, has utilized the diabetic vistar staggy rats with STZ (12 week-age, 220-240 gr-weight). Animals were divided into four group: high DIABETIC MALE RATSintensity interval exercise (HIIE-0), control (C-0), (witch immediately has murdered after the exercise) and high intensity interval exercise (HIIE-2), and control (C-2), (which has murdered 2 hours after the exercise). HIIE group activated on the treadmill with 25 and 14 meter/minute in the 12 interval-one-minute period.
Results: After removing hypothalamus and extraction of RNA, has down RT.PCR. The Independent T test analyzed and level of significance has been considering at 0/01 The exercise activity caused the significant increase of gene expression in the HIIE-0 group (P=0/001). But there was not significant increase in the HIIE-2 group (P=0/234).
Conclusion: The results of this study displayed that one session of high intensity interval activity caused an increase immediately after the exercise in the hypothalamic nesfatin-1 gene expression of vistar staggy rats.

Abstract
Background: It is critical to understand how accurately physicians can estimate the importance of each clinical finding in estimating the probability of a specific diagnosis in the process of clinical decision making. This study aimed to investigate whether physicians’ estimates of the importance of various clinical findings of ascites correlated with the positive likelihood ratios of these findings in diagnosis of ascites.
Methods: One hundred and ten physicians were asked to respond to a questionnaire. In this questionnaire they were presented with a clinical scenario about a patient suspected of having ascites followed by a list of clinical findings. Participants were asked to assign a weight (between 0 and 100%) to each clinical finding based on their perception of how much the presence of that finding changed the probability of ascites for the patient. Positive likelihood ratios of those findings were extracted from current best evidence. We investigated if the weights assigned by physicians were associated with the positive likelihood ratios of those findings.
Results: Significant differences were discovered between the weights assigned by the physicians and the positive likelihood ratios for each clinical finding. Significant positive correlation was observed between the weights assigned by different groups of physicians.
Conclusion: Physicians inaccurately estimated the importance of various clinical findings in the diagnosis of ascites. Further research is needed to determine if such inaccurate estimations would lead to any adverse clinical outcomes.

Abstract
Background: Diabetes produces free radicals and damages the liver. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Rosmarinus Officinalis leaf hydroalcoholic extract on histopathology and enzymes activity of liver in alloxan induced diabetic rats.
Methods: In this study, 50 adult male Wistar rats weighing 200 to 250 grams, were divided randomly into 5 groups of 10; non-diabetic control, diabetic control and 3 experimental groups (diabetic rats treated with the dosage of 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg rosemary leaf extract intraperitoneally for 14 days).
Diabetes was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of a single dose 120 mg/kg alloxan was done. At the end of the treatment period, blood samples were taken from the left ventricular heart of mice and aspartate aminotransferase (AST / SGOT), alanine aminotransferase (ALT / SGPT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serum were measured. Immediately liver was removed and histological samples were fixed in 10% formalin and then stained with hematoxylin-eosin technique (H & E).
Results: In diabetic rats, unlike control mice, the liver enzymes (AST, ALT and ALP) increases, because of damage of liver tissue (p<0.01).
The level of liver enzymes (AST, ALT and ALP) in rats treated with doses 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg of rosemary leaf extract showed a significant reduction in these enzymes compared to control diabetes (p<0.01).
Conclusion: Histological studies showed reduced inflammation in the liver lobule and the port in the experimental groups. The third experimental group had greatest impact on reducing liver inflammation and space ports showed lobule. Histologically, tissue changes were in line with biochemical changes.
The effects of Rosmarinus Officinalis leaf hydroalcoholic extract because of its high antioxidant properties, reduce free radicals and inflammation of the liver damage caused by diabetes by inhibiting the enzyme is reduced.

Abstract
Background: Adiponectin and resin; Adipocytokine relateted with insulin resistance. The purpose of this study was to the Effect of eight-week high intensity interval training and resveratrol intake on Serum Adiponectin and resistin in type 2 diabetic rats.
Methods: During this experiment 32 diabetic rats with High-Dieting Diet Sprague Dowley race with an average weight of 250 ±10 grams and an average age of 10 weeks, were randomly divided into four groups, including the “control group”, the “supplement group”, the “training group” and the “training and supplement group”. For up to 8 weeks, the “practice” groups participated in 5 training sessions weekly; session was 18 minutes under the influence of High-Intensity Interval training with an intensity of 90 to %100 VO2max. moreover, the supplement groups were given 10 milligram daily doses of resveratrol intake solution per kilogram of body weight Gavage was given for 8 weeks and three times a week. The outcome data was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and significance level of (P≤0.05).
Results: The results showed that eight weeks of exercise and resveratrol consumption increased on serum adiponectin, but did not have a statistically significant effect (P = 0.62). However, serum resistin decreased and significantly affected the training group (P = 0.001). Also, the mean values of fasting glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index decreased significantly in experimental groups (P = 0.001).
Conclusion: It seems high intensity interval training with resveratrol intake can lead to glucose control in type II diabetes by changing its insulin resistance factors.

Abstract
Background: Diabetic cardiomyopathy is the first cause of death in diabetic patients and angiogenesis is the most important mechanism for the recovery of heart blood flow in physiologic and pathologic conditions. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of eight weeks of moderate continuous and sever interval training on heart angiogenesis in Wistar male diabetic rats.
Methods: 32 Wistar rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups: healthy non-exercised, diabetic no exercise, diabetic + moderate continuation and diabetic + severe interval exercises. Two types of exercises were calibrated and the exercise intensity was determined based on the maximum oxygen consumption and 5 days a week. The pro-angiogenic (VEGF, MMP2, TGFβ1) and anti-angiogenic (TIMP2) agents of the left ventricle of the heart were taken from the rat after 48 hours of the last training session. Western blot method was used to evaluate the synthesis of proteins involved in angiogenic route. Data were measured by one-way variance analysis with repeated measurements (P =0/000).
Results: The results showed that the levels of proangiogenic VEGF, MMP2, TGFβ1 significantly increased, but the anti-angiogenic factor of TIMP2 decreased (P <0.05). In addition, the maximum level of oxygen consumed in both continuous and periodic training groups showed a significant increase.
Conclusion: Moderate and continuous exercise increases angiogenic factors in the heart of diabetic Wistar rats, which is a good way to reduce the mortality rate of diabetes.

Abstract
Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of high fat diet-induced obesity and interval and continuous exercise training on visceral fat SIRT1 and insulin resistance in male rats.
Method: Forty male rats were divided into two groups: high-fat diet (HFD; n=32) and standard diet (C; n=8). After 10 weeks inducing obesity, eight rats from the HFD and C groups were sacrificed, and rest of obese rats were randomly divided into three groups: obesity control (OC), moderate intensity continuous training (MICT) and high intensity interval training (HIIT). The HIIT and MICT protocols were performed for 12 weeks and 5 sessions per week. Visceral fat samples were collected to measure protein levels of SIRT1 by western.
Results: Induction of obesity was associated with a significant decrease in visceral fat SIRT1 and an increase in insulin resistance (P˂0.05). In contrast, both HIIT and MICT significantly increased visceral fat SIRT1 protein levels (P˂0.05), whereas HIIT effects were significantly higher (P˂0.05). Also, both HIIT and MICT protocols improved insulin resistance (P˂0.05).
Conclusion: Exercise training is likely to play an important role in regulation of visceral fat SIRT1 and because of that may be effective in improving insulin resistance. The increase in SIRT1 also appears to be dependent on the intensity of exercise training.

Abstract
Background: The proinflammatory cytokines of tumor necrosis factor alpha TNF-α and anti-inflammatory interleukin-10 have important roles in inducing and preventing systemic inflammation, respectively. The purpose of this study was to the synergistic effect of High-Intensity Interval training and resveratrol consumption on IL-10 and TNF- α in diabetic rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 32 diabetic rats 225± 10 g based on Cohen's sample size estimation table diabetic with combination of high-fat diet and streptozotocin (STZ) injection, were randomly divided into four groups: control(C), supplement(M), training (T)and training + supplement(TM). The training groups were exposed to high-intensity interval training with an intensity of 90 to 100% VO2max for 8 weeks, 5 sessions per week, each session for 18 minutes. The supplement groups received 10 mg / kg of resveratrol daily for eight weeks, three times a week by gavage. Blood samples were taken 48 hours after the last training session. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and SPSS software version 24 (ANOVA).
Results: Results showed that IL-10 increased in the experimental groups but was not significant (P=0.109). TNF-α levels decreased in the TM group, whereas it increased in the T and M groups, which was significant compared to the TM group (P=.000). Fasting glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index decreased significantly in experimental groups (P=.000).
Conclusion: Eight weeks of high-intensity interval training plus resveratrol can have a positive effect on inflammation and insulin resistance by increasing IL-10 and decreasing TNF-α.

Abstract
Background: In many years, finding modern and appropriate treatments for diseases, especially chronic diseases (such as chronic metabolic diseases) have been one of the most important issues. On the other hand, limitations related to organ transplantation have made a serious need for advanced therapeutic strategies. In this respect, researchers have recognized the benefits of stem cells as a suitable tool. Accordingly, the application of stem cells for the treatment of various diseases has been considered in many countries around the world especially Iran.
Methods: A review of the history of stem cell studies in Iran and the world was conducted and the Cell Therapy and Reconstructive Medicine Research Center was introduced as one of the leading centers in this field and a review was conducted on the activities of this center.
Results: The history of studies related to cell-based therapy in Iran back to 1990. Subsequently, the Cell Therapy and Reconstructive Medicine Research Center, by providing services based on GMP principles, has provided clinical services in accordance with international standards and has conducted various researches in this field.
Conclusion: The purpose of the current review is to examine the strategies and challenges around the research and treatment opportunities using stem cells in mentioned center.

Abstract
Background: the present study aims at investigating the effect of Stress coping techniques and self-regulation strategies on the blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
Methods: the research method was experimentally pretest – posttest with control group. this purpose, out of all those patients who had referred to the Diabetes Center of Bushehr City, 45 diabetic patients were selected randomly in two experiment groups (each with 15 patients) and one control group (with 15 patients) by purposeful sampling method with random replacement. The experimental groups were trained by the Stress coping techniques and self-regulation strategies in eight 90-minute sessions. In this study, the Accu-Chek Active Blood Glucose Meter was used to measure the blood glucose level. Data were analyzed by SPSS V.25. The follow-up phase was also carried out two months after the medical intervention.
Results: the training in two ways of stress coping and self-regulation strategies has reduced the level of blood glucose among the diabetic patients (P = 0.0001) of which the impact has remained been stable over the time (P < 0.05). There is also a significant difference in the effect of the Stress coping techniques and self-regulation strategies on the blood glucose level of diabetic patients (P < 0.05) such that training the Stress coping techniques has more impact on reduction of blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
Conclusion: results show that training the Stress coping techniques and self-regulation strategies can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic patients and treat the diabetes effectively.

Abstract
Background: Glycation is the non-enzymatic reaction between the carbonyl groups in sugar and free amino groups in proteins. this reaction leads to changes in structure and functions of proteins. Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) is the final stage in this process, which is highly oxidizing and destructive nature, causing many diabetic complications.
Methods: In the present investigation, the effect of fasting upon the glycation process of human Carbonic anhydrase II under physiological conditions (37 °C and pH 7.4) was studied recruiting various techniques including Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and CD Spectroscopy. To address this question, different samples of control carbonic anhydrase (without glucose and 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate), carbonic anhydrase with glucose, carbonic anhydrase in the presence of only 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) and carbonic anhydrase along with glucose and 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate were incubated for 35 days under physiological conditions.
Results: The results indicate that 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is greatly increased in the body during fasting, functions as an inhibitor of the glycation process and decreases the impacts of glucose binding to the protein and prevents the formation of AGEs and preserve enzyme activity.
Conclusion: Fasting can play an important role in maintaining the health of the body and eliminating the complications of the disease, with a significant increase in the production of 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate as an inhibitor of the glycation process.

Abstract
Background: The apoptosis process as a common status in heart injuries could be imposed significantly by hyperglycemia chronically. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effects of concurrent training and antioxidant supplementation individually and in combination on
biogenesis and function of mitochondrial in the heart tissue of
diabetic rats with STZ.
Methods: In this experimental study, fifty male Sprague Dawley rats were classified into five groups (n=10 each group): healthy rats as control, diabetic rats, diabetic combined resistance/endurance training, diabetic rats which consumed supplementation vitamin E and C, and the combined supplementation and training. Here, we calculated changes in genes expression based on artificial intelligence methods and evaluated genes expression in apoptotic influencing combined training and antioxidants vitamins consumption in heart injured models by streptozotocin via Real-Time PCR. Combination training including, respectively, resistance training, 5 days a week with increasing intensity of 5-45% of rat weight and endurance training on treadmill increasingly from 10-30 minutes and intensity of 40-75% of maximum speed during 8 weeks. Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA (P<0.05).
Results: the relative expression of PGC1α and Tfam were significantly decreased between healthy control and diabetes controls group. The results indicated that significantly increased of PGC1α and Tfam in the training(P<0.05), supplement(P<0.05) and combination groups(p<0.05). In addition, in this study, it was observed that supplementation and exercise had an increasing effect on the expression of PGC1α and Tfam genes. On the other hand, glucose concentration and weight of rats treated with supplementation and exercise were significantly reduced compared to other groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the results, interaction between antioxidant supplements and exercise reduced the glucose concentration and improved the mitochondrial biogenesis of heart tissue, while the combination of these two interventions compared to the effect of each alone, the effect has more.

Abstract
Background: Adipulin is a hormone secretd by fat cells that acts as a metabolic regulator with anti-inflammatory properties and is reduced through obesity, diabetes and inflammation. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effect of high and moderate intensity aerobic exercise on serum adipolin levels and some indicators of metabolic syndrome in obese women.
Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 36 people were randomly divided into three groups of 12 people (2 experimental groups and one control group). Aerobic exercise group with an intensity of 85-95% of maximum heart rate performed intermittent walking and running on the treadmill for 33 minutes per session and exercise group with an intensity of 50-70% of maximum heart rate walked continuously for 41 minutes. (Training duration for 2 groups was 8 weeks and 3 sessions per week, The control group was not active during this period). One-way analysis of variance statistical and Bonferroni post hoc tests were used at the significant level (P> 0.05).
Results: High intensity aerobic exercise significantly increased serum adipolin levels (P= 0.001) and decreased total cholesterol (P= 0.020), triglyceride (P= 0.021) and insulin resistance (P= 0.001). The results also showed no significant differences in the levels of high-density lipoprotein (P= 0.615), low-density lipoprotein (P= 0.604), and blood pressure (P= 0.269) in the three groups. Medium-intensity aerobic exercise had no effect on serum adipoline levels (P= 0.192), only glucose, (P= 0.025), triglycerides (P= 0.010), systolic blood pressure (P= 0.028) and insulin (P= 0.043) decreased and the levels of cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein did not change significantly.
Conclusion: In the end, it can be said that it seems that individuals can use high-intensity aerobic exercise to increase the amount of adipolin as an indicator of improving insulin sensitivity and also improving the indicators of metabolic syndrome.

Abstract
Background: Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of death in patients with type 1 diabetes, and cardiovascular risk remains high even in patients with type 1 diabetes with good metabolic control. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of six weeks of aerobic exercise on inflammation and damage indicators of heart tissue in type 1 diabetic male rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 19 male Wistar rats (mean weight 200-250 g) were randomly divided into four groups: aerobic training, sham, control and healthy. In this study, induction of type 1 diabetes was performed by injecting a single dose of streptozotocin dissolved in sodium citrate buffer intraperitoneally. Aerobic exercise program was performed with intensity of 50-60% VO2max, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. After anesthesia, an autopsy was performed and left ventricle of the heart was removed. Levels of Tumour necrosis factor α (TNF-α), Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator (PGC-1α) and Creatine kinase (CK) in rat heart tissue were measured by Western blotting. Data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc test at the P<0.05.
Results: The results showed that six weeks of aerobic training led to significant decrease in TNF-α and CK and significant increase in PGC-1α of the heart tissue in type 1 diabetic rats (P<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that aerobic training can help improve the inflammation and damage indicators of heart in type 1 diabetes.

Abstract
Backgrund: Saffron petals contain flavonoid compounds, glycosides, and anthocyanins. Considering the trend of increasing the use of medicinal plants in modern medicine in order to treat some diseases, the upcoming experiment was designed to investigate the effectiveness of the hydroalcoholic extract of saffron petals and alkaline water in comparison with the commercial drug metformin on the blood glucose level of diabetic rats.
Methods: In this experiment, 28 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups. 1) Diabetic animals (negative control), 2) Diabetic animals that received 200 mg of dry saffron petal extract daily, 3) Diabetic animals that had free access to alkaline water, 4) Diabetic animals that received 100 mg/kg BW metformin daily. They did the duration of the experiment was considered to be 28 days. During this period, feed and water consumption will be measured and recorded on a daily basis and weight on a weekly basis. At the end of the experiment, blood biochemical indices were measured.
Results: Weight and blood triglycerides were not affected by experimental treatments. While the feed consumed, water consumed, insulin, glucose, cholesterol, HDL, LDL and liver enzymes were significantly affected by the experimental treatments.
Conclusion: According to the results, the use of alkaline water and saffron petal extract positively reduced the blood glucose of mice and also had significant effects on feed and water consumption, cholesterol, HDL and LDL of animals. However, the definitive confirmation of the results of this experiment requires more studies and investigations in this field.

Abstract
Background: Type 2 diabetes is the most common metabolic disease, a chronic and progressive disorder that causes permanent complications and increased cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, peripheral vascular disease, nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy, diabetic foot, amputation and death in patients.The aim of the present study was to examine the predictor role of negative repeating thoughts, emotion regulation strategies and self-care in remedial acceptance and adherence of patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods: The method of the present study was descriptive, correlation type, and the population was from all the patients with type 2 diabetes who were members of Diabetes Association in Chahar-Mahal-o Bakhtiyari. Among this group, using the convenience sampling method, and on the basis of Morganʼs table, 300 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruitment. Using MackEuy and othersʼ negative repeating thoughts questionnaire (2014), Mans & Malouf emotion regulation strategies questionnaire (2009), Toobert & Glasgow self-care questionnaire (2000) & Modanloo acceptance and treatment follow-up questionnaire (2014), the experiment group was investigated. The data were analyzed by SPSS software.
Results: Our findings have shown that negative repeating thoughts, emotion regulation strategies and self-care predict the remedial acceptance and adherence of patients with type 2 diabetes significantly.
Conclusion: With pay attention to identify of the predictor role of negative repeating thoughts, emotion regulation strategies and self-care in remedial acceptance and adherence of patients with type 2 diabetes, and high prevalence of this disease too, it seems that psychological intermediations, with pay attention to role of mentioned variables to decrease of psychological problems and increase of adherence in them, pay attention to role of negative repeating thoughts too, compatible and incompatible strategies of emotion regulation and adhere to self-care could be taken as prevention of deterioration type 2 diabetes and better controlling.

Abstract
Background: Cardiac function in diabetic people is affected through different cellular mechanisms; One of these important cellular pathways is the c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs), whose dysfunction can lead to heart failure; Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the effect of moderate intensity interval training on total and phosphorylated content of c-Jun N-terminal kinases protein in heart tissue of type 1 diabetic rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 12 two-month-old male Sprague Dawley rats with an average weight of 300±20 grams were selected. Type 1 diabetes (blood sugar above 300) was induced to rats through intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (with a dose of 50 mg per kilogram of body weight) solution. The rats were randomly divided into two groups, diabetic training and diabetic control; The training group performed MIIT for four weeks at an intensity of 55-75% of maximum speed. Data analysis was done through independent t-test in GraphPad Prism software version 9.5. The significance level of the current research is P≤ 0.05.
Results: The intracellular content of JNK protein after four weeks of MIIT showed a significant decrease in both total (P= 0.01) and phosphorylated (P= 0.0001) forms. On the other hand, the ratio of total to phosphorylated intracellular content of JNK protein did not show a significant change after four weeks of MIIT (P= 0.23).
Conclusion: MIIT led to a decrease in the content of total and phosphorylated forms of JNK protein, which could possibly lead to less cell death in cardiac cells of diabetic subjects.

Abstract
Background: Diabetes is a global epidemic and the most common metabolic disorder caused by impaired insulin secretion and glucose metabolism. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of aerobic training on serum levels of asprosin and insulin resistance index in diabetic rats.
Methods: The statistical population of this research included 40 10-week-old mice with an initial weight of 250 ± 20 grams, which were randomly divided into four groups (10 mice in each group): diabetic-exercise group (DT), diabetic group - Control (DC), healthy-training group (HT) and healthy-control group (HC) were divided. The program of aerobic exercises was performed for 8 weeks (5 sessions per week) in the form of running on a treadmill. Independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey's post hoc test were used to compare the groups. All data were analyzed at a significance level of 0.05 using SPSS-25 software.
Results: The results of the present study showed that streptozotocin injection induced diabetes in mice (P= 0.001). Induction of diabetes caused a significant increase in the serum levels of asprosin and insulin resistance in mice (P= 0.048 and P= 0.012, respectively). Eight weeks of aerobic training decreased the serum levels of asprosin and decreased insulin resistance in diabetic rats (P= 0.001 and P= 0.036, respectively).
Conclusion: Induced diabetes causes insulin resistance and increase in serum levels of asprosine, which can be improved by performing aerobic exercises.

Abstract
Background: The present study aimed to investigate the changes in TRx-sh/TRx-s2 levels, GSH values, and total antioxidant capacity following 8 weeks of intense interval training with and without sodium citrate supplementation in diabetic rats.
Methods: In this semi-experimental and fundamental study, 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: healthy control, control control, selective - exercise, consumption-sodium citrate supplementation, and drink-sodium citrate supplementation. The training protocol included 8 weeks of HIIT training with an intensity of 90% of the maximum speed. The supplement and exercise-supplement groups received daily (764 mg/kg) sodium citrate supplement in the form of a solution in water, three hours before the exercise. 72 hours after the last training session, blood sampling was done and the ELISA method analyzed research variables. To compare study groups, one-way analysis of variance and LSD post hoc test were used in SPSS software (P≥ 0.05).
Results: The results showed that the levels of TRx-sh/TRx-s2, GSH, and TAC were significantly different among the five research groups (P= 0.001). Also, the results showed the levels of TRx-sh/TRx-s2, TAC, and GSH in the control-diabetic group (P= 0.001), diabetic-exercise (P= 0.001), and diabetic-supplement group (P= 0.001). and diabetic-supplement-exercise (P= 0.001) had a significant decrease compared to the healthy control group. The levels of TRx-sh/TRx-s2, GSH, and TAC in the diabetic-supplement and diabetic-supplement-exercise groups were significantly increased compared to the diabetic control group (P= 0.001). According to the difference in means, the increase of TRx-sh/TRx-s2, TAC, and GSH was higher in the diabetic-supplemented group.
Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be assumed that training and sodium citrate supplementation are effective in improving diabetes and this effect is probably exerted by increasing TRx-sh/TRx-s2, TAC, GSH.
