Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of the present study was the investigation of the published articles in sport and Persian peer- reviewed journals in the field of exercise metabolism during 2011 to 2015 years.
Methods: In this regard, 9 out of 27 published journals on sport sciences were selected and were extracted by referring to the related websites, Jahad Daneshgahi and the country Information Database for Articles. 766 articles were investigated during the process.
Results: According to measured indicators, 223 articles were placed in the field of exercise metabolism. The Most articles have been published in the Journal of Metabolism and Exercise. 53.57% of the published articles in this journal were in the field of exercise metabolism. The average number of authors for each paper was 3.28. State Universities’ share in the production of the articles was 78% alone and 17% in partnership with Azad University. The Most independent variables used in the studies, were aerobic training (endurance) which 29.09% of all variables used in the study were included. From of 223 investigated papers 89 papers have been investigated the responses to exercise and 134 papers have been investigated the adaptation to exercise Training. The most of the study subjects were students and mice, with 16.5 and 16.14%, respectively. The number of the study subjects used in each article was 23.62 people on average. Almost 60% of the articles did not investigate on any performance or physical indicators. Among the measured metabolic markers, the oxidant and antioxidant markers was in the first place (16.69%).
Conclusion: Regarding the above-mentioned results, coordination, prioritization and policy making in the field of exercise metabolic researches seems necessary.

Abstract
Background: There are many research have been done so far about the effect of exercise training on diabetic type 2 related risk factors. But in this regard there is no study performed in Iran. So, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of endurance exercise training on some diabetic type 2 dependent variables in the form of systematic review and meta-analysis of studies that were performed in Iran.
Methods: In this research PubMed, Embase, Cochran, Scopus, ISI, Google Scholar, Science direct, Sid and Magiran databases were searched for Persian sources. Data analysis were done using STATA software version 12.0.
Results: Generally, 242 articles were founded in primary search, which 24 articles were included in this research. Finally research were evaluated 592 Iranian's peoples which 294 peoples as a control group (96 male and 198 women) and 298 peoples as a training group (97 male and 201 women).The results indicate that there were significant association between endurance exercise and blood glucose levels (P=0.0001,-1.016,-0.656;95%CI), insulin (P=0.0001,-1.042,-0.682;95%CI), insulin resistance (P=0.0001;-0.563,-0.217;95%CI).
Conclusion: Generally, this systematic review and meta-analysis study was demonstrated endurance exercise could be related with decrease diabetes type 2 related risk factors. So, it is recommended that sport and medicine experts use endurance exercise as a non- pharmacological intervention for treatment of diabetes type 2 patients.

Abstract
Background: According to the World Health Organization, cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death. Behavior modification to improve lifestyle habits can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the health promoting lifestyle in Patients with cardiovascular disease in 2014.
Methods: After approval of the study, 352 patients with cardiovascular disease in Gonabad city were enrolled 2014. Data were collected using Health Promoting Lifestyle Promoting (HPLP2) questionnaire. Then analyzed using SPSS software and the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests. The significance level of P value was considered to be less than 0.05.
Results: Three hundred and fifty-two patients (232 females and 120 males) were recruited, with a mean age of 61.89 ± 1.34 years. The highest mean score of lifestyle was 24.45 ± 8.05 in personal relationships and the lowest was 12.65 ± 5.60 in the area of stress management. All structures had the direct impact on the lifestyle that the most direct impact was social relations (R2= 0.329) and the least direct impact was stress management (R2= 0.164) and the strongest predictor of lifestyle in the mechanisms related to physical activity with the overall effect 14.38 was based on the pattern walker.
Conclusion: Considering, life style has a significant effect on cardiovascular disease. It is possible to improve the lifestyle of patients by providing steps to prevent and control this disease.

Abstract
Background: Insulin is first choice for gestational diabetes control, but its needed to frequent injections; one thing that is difficult for pregnant women, so interest to metformin consumption is increased. Metformin easily crosses the placenta and its fetal blood levels is equivalent to the level of the mother's blood. Metformin also easily cross the brain barrier and enter the brain. Possible side effects of metformin compared to insulin on fetus brain development was concerned to design of present study.
Methods: In this cross-sectional prospective trial, gestational diabetes women were recruited randomly to insulin (64 patients) and metformin (64 patients) groups and compared for pregnancy and neonatal outcome and also six-month-old infancy developmental indexes. The results considered significant if P value was ≤ 0.05.
Results: Six-month body mass index of insulin group women was significantly more than metformin group(P=0.05), but there was not any significant difference in cesarean section, preterm labor, dystocia, preeclampsia and still birth rate between two groups. Also neonatal characteristics, need to admission and six-month-old infancy developmental indexes according to Ages stages questionnaire were no different between two groups.
Conclusion: Metformin consumption in compare to insulin was not associated with maternal, neonatal and six-month-old infancy developmental indexes side effects.

Abstract
Background: Nesfetin-1 is known as the peptide which interfere in appetite and glucose hemostasis. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of two kinds of acute exercise to nesfatin-1 gene expression of diabetic rats.
Methods: In this study, has utilized the diabetic vistar staggy rats with STZ (12 week-age, 220-240 gr-weight). Animals were divided into four group: high DIABETIC MALE RATSintensity interval exercise (HIIE-0), control (C-0), (witch immediately has murdered after the exercise) and high intensity interval exercise (HIIE-2), and control (C-2), (which has murdered 2 hours after the exercise). HIIE group activated on the treadmill with 25 and 14 meter/minute in the 12 interval-one-minute period.
Results: After removing hypothalamus and extraction of RNA, has down RT.PCR. The Independent T test analyzed and level of significance has been considering at 0/01 The exercise activity caused the significant increase of gene expression in the HIIE-0 group (P=0/001). But there was not significant increase in the HIIE-2 group (P=0/234).
Conclusion: The results of this study displayed that one session of high intensity interval activity caused an increase immediately after the exercise in the hypothalamic nesfatin-1 gene expression of vistar staggy rats.

Abstract
Background: Zinc-Alpha 2-Glycoprotein (ZAG) has recently been implicated in the regulation of adipose tissue metabolism due to its negative association with obesity and insulin resistance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of eight weeks HIIT on level of ZAG in plasma and adipose tissue in type 2 diabetic male rats.
Methods: Twenty one male rats were divided into the three groups of sham control (healthy), control (diabetic), and interval training (diabetic with training). The training group received 8 weeks of training sessions each with 5-12 repetitions of high intensity training for 15-30 seconds at the speed of 27-34 meters per second on a treadmill followed by one minute of active rest. Twenty four hours after the training session blood and body fat samples were taken to measure ZAG levels. The data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey’s post hock test at the significance level of 0.05 (P<0.05).
Results: There were significant differences between the sham control and the control with respect to ZAG contents in adipose tissue, which was lower in the diabetic control group (P<0.001). Moreover, significant differences in ZAG contents of adipose tissue were also observed between the sham control and the group receiving the training, with the sham control having higher ZAG contents in adipose tissue (P<0.005). The eight-week HIIT significantly increased the amount of secreted ZAG in adipose tissue compared to the control diabetic group (P=0.003). No significant differences were recorded between the groups in ZAG plasma levels.
Conclusion: The HIIT increased ZAG content in the adipose tissue of the male diabetic rats. This can reduce insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes.

Abstract
Background: Adiponectin and resin; Adipocytokine relateted with insulin resistance. The purpose of this study was to the Effect of eight-week high intensity interval training and resveratrol intake on Serum Adiponectin and resistin in type 2 diabetic rats.
Methods: During this experiment 32 diabetic rats with High-Dieting Diet Sprague Dowley race with an average weight of 250 ±10 grams and an average age of 10 weeks, were randomly divided into four groups, including the “control group”, the “supplement group”, the “training group” and the “training and supplement group”. For up to 8 weeks, the “practice” groups participated in 5 training sessions weekly; session was 18 minutes under the influence of High-Intensity Interval training with an intensity of 90 to %100 VO2max. moreover, the supplement groups were given 10 milligram daily doses of resveratrol intake solution per kilogram of body weight Gavage was given for 8 weeks and three times a week. The outcome data was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and significance level of (P≤0.05).
Results: The results showed that eight weeks of exercise and resveratrol consumption increased on serum adiponectin, but did not have a statistically significant effect (P = 0.62). However, serum resistin decreased and significantly affected the training group (P = 0.001). Also, the mean values of fasting glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index decreased significantly in experimental groups (P = 0.001).
Conclusion: It seems high intensity interval training with resveratrol intake can lead to glucose control in type II diabetes by changing its insulin resistance factors.

Abstract
Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 weeks of high intensity training on IL-
6, GLP-1 and lipid profiles in type 2 diabetic patients
Methods: 80 participants (40-50 years old) volunteered to participate in the study and divided into eight groups (four groups of severe periodic exercises and four uncontrolled control groups). Blood samples were collected and analyzed for measuring IL-6, GLP-1, lipid profile and glycemic index before and after weeks 4, 8 and after the training program.
Results: After 12 weeks of training, the effect of time and interaction between time × group on GLP-1 and IL-6 variables was statistically significant. Also, there was a significant difference between groups based on 12 weeks of training in these indices. Lipid profile was significantly improved in type 2 diabetic and glycemic control in obese and non-diabetic groups that had 12 weeks of high intensity interval training.
Conclusion: Overall, high intensity interval training, through changes in various mechanisms, lead to improvement in lipid and glycemic disorders, inflammation and appetite in obese people with type 2 diabetes. Hence, according to the findings of the study, researchers suggest that performing high intensity interval training can lead to significant improvements in obese subjects (with and without type 2 diabetes).

Abstract
Background: Type 1 diabetes is one of the most common metabolic abnormalities in childhood, with one in every 400 to 600 children affected by the disease. The aim of study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on emotional regulation of children with type 1 diabetes.
Methods: The research design was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up and control group. The sample of 25 children aged 8 to 13 years with type 1 diabetes was diagnosed by endocrinologist. They were randomly assigned control (n = 15) and experimental (n = 10) groups. Subjects completed an cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (Garnefski et al., 2007) in a pre-test, post-test, and one month and a half follow-up. Data were analyzed using repeated measure analysis of variances.
Results: The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of emotional regulation in pre-test, post-test and follow-up (P <0.01). Also, there was a significant difference between emotional regulation in the experimental and control groups (P <0.05).
Conclusion: Cognitive-behavioral therapy can be considered as an effective intervention to regulate the excitement of children with diabetes.

Abstract
Background: For nearly 100 years, amniotic membranes have been used to treat various types of skin wounds. Amniotic extract is one of the derivatives of amniotic membrane that contains all the properties of amniotic membrane. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety of the amniotic membrane extract in the treatment of diabetic ulcers.
Methods: This study was an Open labeled clinical trial without control group. A total of 10 patients with Wagner Grade 2 diabetic foot ulcers were selected in both sexes. The extract was used every 48 hours in the first week and every 72 hours from the second week until the end of the wound treatment. Patients were followed up weekly until wound healing.
Results: In this study 80% of patients were men and 20% were women with mean age (56.7 ± 8.7) years. The ulcer duration was 8.9 ± 2.12 weeks. The mean area of ulcers at the time of entry into the wound group ≥ 500 mm2, 977.5 ± 201.9 and in the wound group ≤500 mm2 was 145.6 ± 36.4. At 4 weeks post treatment, the wound healing rate in the wound group was ≤500mm2 ,98.9 ± 2.40 % and in the wound group ≥mm2 500 was 92.1 ± 7.23%. in sixth week of treatment, ulcers were complete closure in both groups.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the use of amniotic extract can be effective in the healing of diabetes foot ulcer without any side effects.

Abstract
Background: The mTORC1 pathway is one of the important pathways for protein synthesis in the heart, which can lead to physiological or pathological hypertrophy. Diabetes can lead to defects in this pathway. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of 4 weeks’ aerobic training on the content of mTORC1 signaling pathway proteins in heart tissue of type 1 diabetes rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 16 Sprague-Dawley male rats (mean weight of 300 ± 20 gr) were selected and after induction of diabetes by STZ was randomly assigned into two groups: diabetic training and diabetic control. The experimental group performed HIIT training for 4 weeks’ accordance with the training program (each session 42 minutes, 10-20 m/m) for 4 weeks, while the control group did not have any training program. Dependent t-test and independent T-test were used to analyze the data
Results: Significant increase was observed in the content of AKT1 (p<0.015), mTOR (p<0.001), P70S6K1 (p<0.006), 4EBP1 (p<0.05) proteins in the aerobic training group compared to control group.
Conclusion: Aerobic training for 4 weeks enabled to activate the pathway AKT1/mTOR/P70S6K1 and AKT1/mTOR/4E-BP1 in mTORC1 pathway; therefore, due to cardiac complications in type 1 diabetic patients, aerobic training can lead to protein synthesis and physiological cardiac hypertrophy through mTORC1 pathway.

Abstract
Background: Interleukin-6(IL-6) and Tumor Necroes Factor-alpha (TNF-α) are secreted by adipose tissue and are potential regulators of low grade inflammation and metabolic disorders in Obesity Type 2 Diabetes (OT2D). hence, present study examined the effects of interval training with different diet on low grade inflammation and some of metabolic indexes in OT2D.
Methods: forty-five OT2D men were randomly assigned into a High intensity interval training(HIIT) plus normal diet group (ND+H), low carbohydrate diet plus HIIT group(LC+H) or HIIT plus low fat diet group(LF+H) that involved adherence to a 1200-1500 kcal/day(ND+H: 28% fat, 54% carb and 18% protein; LC+H: 42% fat, 40% carb and 18% protein; LF+H: 20% fat, 62% carb and 18% protein) while participating in a supervised HIIT (3 d/week for 12 weeks). Anthropometrics, physiologic features and fasting blood samples were obtained at 0, 8(8 weeks diet only), 16, 20(12 weeks HIIT plus diet) and 24(4 weeks diet only) weeks.
Results: Maximum Oxygen Consumption (VO2max) after 24 weeks of intervention, the LC + H group (P = 0.001, F = 2.195) and LF + H group (P = 0.014, F = 3.548) showed a significant decrease Compared to the pre-test, this decrease was not observed in the ND + H group. The decrease in IL-6 index with other variables (except for maximum oxygen consumption) showed a significant relationship, but the VO2max index had a significant reverse relationship [for LC + H group (p = 0.001, r = -0.54); For LF + H group (p = 0.019, r = -0.41 =), they showed IL-6. In line with changes in IL6, there was a significant difference in TNF-α index in all stages of the study. After 24 weeks of intervention, the LC + H group (P = 0.001, F = 5.541) and LF + H group (p = 0.001, F = 9.654) had a significant reduction compared to the pre-test , But this decrease was not observed in the ND + H group. Significant increase in VO2peak with significant decreases in insulin, HOMA-IR and HbA1c was observed in all groups. Also, there was a significant decrease in IL-6 and TNF-α in LC + H and LF + H groups. Changes in IL-6 and TNF-α showed an inverse association with peak oxygen consumption. Pearson's analysis revealed meaningful relationships between changes in lipid profiles with peak oxygen consumption. VO2peak significant increases in all groups with significant decreases in insulin, HOMA-IR and HbA1c in all groups. Also, IL-6 and TNFα significant decreases in LC+H and LF+H groups. Changes in IL-6 and TNFα significantly Inverse correlated with VO2peak. Pearson analysis revealed significant correlations between changes in lipid profile to VO2peak.
Conclusion: Results support contentions that diet and exercise affects low grade inflammatory and fitness, lipid and glycemic profiles that changes in IL-6 and TNF-α be correlated with some of these changes.

Abstract
Background: Increased expression of HDAC5 reduces the expression of GLUT4 in slow-twitch fibers, and this mechanism has not been studied in diabetes. Therefore, the purpose of study was to investigate the effect of six weeks endurance training on protein levels of GLUT4 and HDAC5 in soleus muscle in diabetic rats.
Methods: For this purpose, 32 male Wistar rats (weight: 245±9.4 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups: diabetic, diabetic and training, training, and control. At 8 weeks of age, diabetes was induced by streptozotocin. The endurance training was carried out five times per week for 6 weeks. 24 hours after the completion of the protocol, the mice were sacrificed and their soleus muscle was extracted. Then, the protein levels of GLUT4 and HDAC5 were measured using ELISA method. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the data at a significant level of P<0.05.
Results: Results showed significant differences between control and training (P=0.008), training and diabetic training (P=0.004), and training and diabetic (P=0.0005) groups in GLUT4 levels. But, in HDAC5, results showed that there is not significant differences only between control and training groups (P=0.99), and there are significant differences among other groups (P<0.05). Also, there is a significant inverse relationship between the protein levels of GLUT4 and HDAC5 (P=0.012, r =-0.439).
Conclusion: It seems that six weeks moderate intensity endurance training increases protein levels of GLUT4. But endurance training only can decreases protein levels of HDAC5 in diabetes.

Abstract
Background: Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a complication type 2 diabetes mellitus that can lead to cardiac muscle autophagy through the proteins FOXO3a and Beclin-1. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of 8 weeks High intensity interval training (HIIT) on the content of FOXO3a and Beclin-1 proteins in heart muscle tissue of Sprague-Dawley rats with type 2 diabetic rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 12 two-month-old Sprague-Dawley rats with a mean weight of 270±20 g were selected. After diabetic induction with STZ and Nicotinamide, rats were randomly assigned to two groups, diabetic training (6 heads) and diabetic control (6 heads). The training group trained for 4 days a week in accordance with the training program (each session 42 minutes, 10-30 m/m) for 8 weeks, while the control group did not have any training program. Also, rats did not receive any insulin treatment during the study period. The independent t-test was used to analyze the data. Significance level is considered p≤0.05.
Results: Eight weeks of HIIT training resulted in a significant decrease in FOXO3a (P=0.008) and Beclin-1 (P=0.002) proteins content in diabetic training group compared to diabetic control group.
Conclusion: It can be said that eight weeks of HIIT training decreased the FOXO3a/Beclin-1 autophagy pathway by decreasing FOXO3a and
Beclin-1 protein content. Therefore, the use of HIIT exercises may be useful for diabetic subjects who are prone to diabetic cardiomyopathy.

Abstract
Background: Diabetes and obesity are associated with a decrease in sexual function and sexual activity due to changes in sex hormones. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Independent and interactive effect of Tribulus terrestris supplementation and resistance training on testosterone, FSH, LH and erectile function in obese men with type 2 diabetes.
Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 40 obese men with type II diabetes (41.97±8.01 years old, BMI 31.97±1.87 kg/m2) were divided into four groups: 1) Resistance training+ placebo 2) Tribulus terrestris 3) Resistance training+Tribulus terrestris 4) Control. Subjects in the first and third groups performed a Resistance training protocol for 8 weeks. Also, the subjects in the second and third groups received Tribulus terrestris 1000 mg daily (two 500 mg capsules) and the first group received the same amount of placebo. Blood samples and questionnaires were collected in two stages before and after the test to assess the biochemical values and erectile function. Statistical analysis of data was performed using t-test, one way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc test at a significance level of 0.05.
Results: Results showed that erectile, testosterone, FSH and LH values increased significantly in the three groups of resistance training, tribulus terrestris and resistance training+tribulus terrestris (P≤0.05). Also, were observed significant difference in all variables between resistance training+tribulus terrestris group whit resistance training and tribulus terrestris groups (P≤0.05).
Conclusion: It seams that eight weeks of independent Tribulus terrestris Consumption and performing Resistance training increases sexual and erectile function. But it seams, combining these two, causes more sexual and erectile dysfunction in obese men with type 2 diabetes.

Abstract
Background: Peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common problems in diabetic patients. The increased risk of Diabetic Foot Ulceration (DFU) and amputation would be a complication of diabetic neuropathy. The aim of this study was to compare the DFU healing in different severity classification of neuropathy.
Methods: This is a retrospective study that was conducted over a two-year period from April 2016 to March 2018 according to the information of patients records with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) referred to clinic of diabetes and metabolic disorders of Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Wound healing criteria including area, depth and healing duration were studied. Accordingly, changes in the area and depth of wounds were evaluated and reported during the first, third and sixth months after baseline. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software version 16.
Results: The results of the study of patients with neuropathic ulcer showed that males and age group of 56 to 65 years had the highest frequencies. In addition, most of these patients suffered from type 2 DM (79%). The rate of wound healing, which was measured by area and depth of wound in three time periods, differed in different severity classification of neuropathy; at mild level of neuropathy the area and depth of wound decreased faster but in severe neuropathy, duration of wound healing in both mentioned criteria has increased. Regarding to the increase in the duration of DM, the healing time increased too. However the rate of wound healing decreased with increased age (p-value = 0.001).
Conclusion: Evidence suggests that early identification of neuropathy can reduce the incidence of DFU and amputation. Due to the slow healing of the size and depth of the wound in diabetic patients with severe neuropathy, it is necessary to prevent DFU by conducting preventive care and educational interventions.

Abstract
Background: Obesity and type 2 diabetes can impair the function of important cellular pathways. Activation of the mTOR pathway results in regulation of the SREBP1 protein for metabolism and regulation of adipose tissue. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 4 weeks of high intensity interval training on the content of
mTOR and SREBP1 in adipose tissue of type 2 diabetic rats.
Methods: In this experimental study, 12 to 2-month-old male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 300 20± 20 g were selected and after being diabetic by induction of STZ and nicotine amide, randomly divided in two groups, diabetic training (6 rats) and diabetic control (6 rats). Exercise group training 4 days a week for 4 weeks according to the training HIIT; The control group had no exercise program. Independent t-test and dependent t-test were used for data analysis.
Results: There was no significant change in mTOR protein content (p=0.12); But the SREBP1 protein content (p=0.001) increased significantly. The weight of control group (P=0.0001) and HIIT group (P=0.010) showed a significant increase. Blood sugar in the control group also increased significantly (P=0.0001), but HIIT mice did not show a significant change (P = 0.14).
Conclusion: 4 weeks of HIIT
training did not significantly change weight, blood glucose and mTOR protein content. But it did increase the SREBP1 content, so factors such as duration and intensity of training should be adjusted in order to achieve the best results when administering HIIT.

Abstract
Background: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of HIIT training and supplementation of black grape seed extract on Wnt and Β-catenin gene expression in pancreatic tissue in male rats with type 2 diabetes.
Methods: In this experimental study, 40 male Wistar rats, with average weight of 250 ± 20 gr, after induction of diabetes by STZ, were randomly divided into 5 groups: training- supplement, training-placebo, supplement and diabetic-control and base control. After becoming diabetic, rats were familiarized with protocol for one week and then trained for eight weeks, five days a week. They ran on treadmill with 90% of VO2 max. Intragastric injection of GSPE extracted from black grape seed (Cabernet sauvignon) once a day for 8 weeks (250 mg/kg, proanthocyanidin content >96%). 24 hours after the last session of training, pancreas tissue was extracted, and the level of gene expression was measured by Real Time-PCR. In all statistical analyzes, the statistical significance level was considered to be 0.05.
Results: Eight weeks and supplement significantly increased the mean expression of Wnt and Β-catenin genes in pancreatic tissue of type 2 diabetic rats but the effect of exercise with black grape seed extract on the expression of Wnt genes in the pancreas of diabetic rats was not significant.
Conclusion: It seems that regulating the expression of Wnt and Β-catenin genes through exercise and consumption of black grape seed extract is likely to improve and maintain the function of pancreatic beta cells, especially in diabetic samples.

Abstract
Background: Diabetes is a chronic and progressive metabolic disorder that leads to more severe cardiac complications. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of Berberine chloride at a dose of 50 mg / kg on the heart tissue of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats with aerobic training.
Methods: 56 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups (n = 8): control (C), sham (S), Aerobic training control (TC), diabetes mellitus (DM), diabetes-berberine (BDM), diabetes mellitus. Aerobic training (TDM), and aerobic training-berberine (TBDM) were divided. Diabetes was induced by injection of streptozotocin in male rats. The training groups performed aerobic exercise program (10-18 m / min, 10-40 min five days a week) for six weeks on the treadmill for histological evaluation using hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), Masson trichrome and staining Immunohistochemicals were used to measure diameter change, cardiomyocyte rupture, change in nuclei, and collagen deposition in cardiac muscle fibers using one-way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc tests with SPSS 21 software.
Results: The results showed that DM group did not induce cardiomyocyte fibers rupture and collagen deposition and reduction of filament diameter in group C, S and TC and its damage in heart tissue was less in TBDM group than in BDM and TDM groups.
Conclusion: The results showed that berberine supplementation reduced these effects and synergized with aerobic training and reduced the cardiac cardiomyocyte muscle fibers diameter and decreased collagen deposition and better order of nuclei.

Abstract
Background: Diabetic foot is one of the main complications of diabetes, which is caused by a significant proportion of patients with diabetes and which imposes costs on the family and the health system around the world. This review aims to summarize the latest findings in the field of diabetic foot based on clinical guidelines.
Methods: In this review study, in order to achieve the best clinical guide in the field of diabetic foot by determining the search strategy and inclusion criteria, all related clinical guides were searched in the databases and websites of clinical guidelines. Clinical guidelines related to diabetic foot care were searched and retrieved from January 2000 to early 2019 and screened separately by two researchers to select the selected clinical guideline.
Results: Based on the study criteria, the clinical guide of the International Diabetic Foot Working Group was selected as the most complete guide in the field of diabetic foot. This summary is based on the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) Guidance 2015, consist of five documents including prevention of foot ulcers in at‐risk patients, footwear and offloading principles, diagnosis, prognosis and management of peripheral artery disease, foot infections in patients with diabetes and enhance healing of chronic ulcers of the foot in diabetes.
Conclusion: This Summary Guidance for Daily Practice is intended to overview of the main aspects of the prevention and treatment of foot problems in patients with diabetes. This summary guidance is adviced at healthcare providers and specialists in foot care throughout the world.
