Abstract
By the ever-increasing discovery of pharmaceutical and chemical substances, their adverse effects will be considered too. To evaluate adverse effects, animals are used, and factors like standardization of species and breed, storage condition and biochemical system will be effective for animal selection. In Islamic education, animal issues are important. The principles of keeping animals, using them and prohibition of animal abuse are mentioned in this article. The information were gathered from electronic and non-electronic resources including articles and books. Based on this, the following issues need specific attention:
- 1- Infrastructure of rights: In Hajj and Nahl chapters of Quran (verses 18 and 49) it is mentioned that animals will bow down to God. This is the basis of animal rights.
- 2- Animal rights for keeping them: For this case Sheikh Tousi and martyr Saani mentioned that it is necessary for the owners to feed and water the animals enough.
- 3- The exploitation rights: In the Holy Quran, it is said that the power and the hygiene of the animals must be considered and it is major to exploitation.
- 4- Rights of animal's damages: It is advised to keep and defend the animal species and human beings are forbidden to harm and kill animals. Therefore, from Islam point of view, although animals lack the speech power, they must be treated emotionally and their owners have some responsibilities, too.

Abstract
Nurses encounter challenging ethical issues in practice that can make decision making tough for them. The purpose of this study was to determine the moral sensitivity of critical care nurses in clinical decision making and its correlation with their caring behavior in teaching hospitals of Bandar Abbas in 2012.This research is a descriptive analytic study with intensive care unit nurses as its participants. A demographic and background questionnaire, a standard questionnaire of the nurses’ moral sensitivity, and a caring behavior questionnaire were used to collect information. Data were analyzed using SPSS16 software, descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis, and Spearman’s correlation.The mean score of the nurses’ moral sensitivity was 70.15 ± 6.90 (maximum score was 96 and minimum score was 49) that was moderate in 85.6% of the nurses. The mean score of the nurses’ caring behavior was 108.90 ± 10.62 (maximum score was 120 and minimum score was 69). There was no significant correlation between moral sensitivity and caring behavior scores, but both scores were significantly associated with the place where the nurses were working. The dimension of respect for patient autonomy had a significant relationship with participation in medical ethics seminars or workshops.The moral sensitivity of the nurses in this study was moderate and did not have a significant correlation with caring behavior scores. In view of the fact that nurses deal with serious situations in patient care that call for adequate ethical abilities for decision-making as well as good performance, it is necessary for them to be familiar with and sensitive to ethical issues related to their profession.

Abstract
Lack of knowledge of the medical team about the regulations and laws of abortion can endanger mother’s health and also faces the medical community with serious problems. The aim of this study was assessment of knowledge and viewpoint of midwifery students in Tabriz Azad Islamic University and Tabriz University of Medical Sciences toward abortion. This study is a descriptive study which was conducted in 2013 on 300 midwifery students in Tabriz Islamic Azad University and Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. A four-part questionnaire was used for gathering data parts 1 to 4 included the personal, social, educational particulars of midwifery students and studying the students’ knowledge about the I. R. Iran’s regulations and laws regarding abortion, studying the students’ viewpoints toward legal and illegal abortion. Our study showed that 26.7% of midwifery students have proper knowledge about abortion, the knowledge of 53.7% of them was in the medium level and 19.7% of students have weak knowledge toward it. The positive viewpoint toward legal abortion was observed in 89.3% of the students and 10.7% of students had negative viewpoint. Our analysis showed that there is no statistically significant difference between students’ knowledge about abortion (P≤0.76), students’ viewpoint toward legal abortion (P≤0.44) and students’ viewpoint toward illegal abortion (P≤0.081). Although in our study midwifery students’ knowledge about abortion regulations was not sufficient, there is the high probability of their encountering with judicial problems. Therefore, it is recommended to raise the midwifery students’ level of knowledge about the authorized cases of abortion and regulations which may decrease the fines of criminal abortions in the future.
