Abstract
In this paper, the author aims to study orthodox and protestant points of views on human cloning and investigate on their arguments for and against it. Both ideologies have abolished both reproductive and therapeutic cloning and put forward an argument against them. The only liberal view which allows therapeutic cloning, but refrains from explicitly commenting on reproductive cloning, is a cult of protestant religion. It can be concluded that although reproductive human cloning can't be prohibited by account of their reasons, therapeutic cloning can be forbade by the reason of protecting the life right. This perspective shows that there is a fundamental consistency in Christianity's teaching about both kinds of cloning, because this religion prohibited all sorts of it.

Abstract
Recent advances in cloning have offered hopes for disease treatment and resolving some other difficulties related to health, but this technology comes with social, legal, ethical, religious and other questions, and has caused different reactions worldwide. While some countries have enacted legislations on cloning, other countries have no clear law. Many countries and organizations, for various reasons including ethical concerns, have taken strong stand against reproductive cloning, and some even against research cloning. Some refer to the positive results of cloning and are in favor. Overall, most are in favor of cell and tissue cloning for therapeutic reasons and against reproductive cloning. In general, cloning is an important development in genetics and biotechnology that can be both lifesaving and destructive. Therefore, decision makers should be aware of its positive aspects for human health and prevent potential social and ethical problems through appropriate legislation In this paper, we present the opinions of opposers and supporters, and an overview of the position of countries and organizations regarding human cloning.

Abstract
The first definition of sexual harassment which comes to mind is a behavior with force and violence. But is sexual harassment restricted to these behaviors? Apparently, sexual harassment comprises of a wide range; a range with rape on its one side (article 224 of the Criminal Code) and using offensive words (article 619 of the Ta’zirat part of the Criminal Code) containing sexual concept on the other. The conduct and talk which causes harm to someone just because of his/her sex. This concept is consistent with the spirit and purpose of the tort law which is for protection of victims. Moreover, this concept makes our legal system in line with other legal systems’ movement. However, Sexual harassment usually happens without the consent of the victim and by the use of force. But sometimes despite the consent of the victim, this consent is considered null and void since it is the result of duress, fraud, or pressure. Sexual harassment causes different types of damages such as physical or mental which have to be compensated in accordance with the “no harm” principle. In our legal system, blood money and the sum of money which is paid for the loss of virginity and the criminal relish are considered as different kinds of compensation. Also, mental and moral damage is awarded according to article 1 and 9 of the Iranian Civil Liability Code, and 14 of Iranian Criminal Procedure Code. Knowing legal aspects of this issue leads to respecting of moral aspects. Additionally, in this article, the sexual harassment as well as its related damages and compensations under Iranian law are investigated.

Abstract
Recognizing diseases and their causes is one of the most critical issues in medicine, forming the foundation of treatment. Disease responses and complications might differ among individuals, with some exhibiting more resistance to certain illnesses due to genetic or environmental factors. Furthermore, we are currently witnessing the emergence of new diseases for which definitive treatments have yet to be developed. This evidently underscores the need to explore the fundamental causes of diseases. Evolutionary medicine has been discussed in Western medical discourse for less than half a century. Grounded in Darwinian principles, this theory examines the issues humans have faced, both naturally and as influenced by social conditions, throughout our evolutionary history. Research in evolutionary medicine indicates that human health and illness are shaped not only by immediate biological and environmental factors but also by the long history of human evolution and the transformations that have occurred over time. Accordingly, this study introduced 13 key indices of evolutionary medicine, highlighting its significance and application in medicine and healthcare. Moreover, it emphasized the necessity for greater attention to this concept from both medical science and interdisciplinary perspectives.
