Abstract

Background: There is a worthy position in a suitable reaction with patients' emotional intelligence, self - efficacy. The nurses who have more emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are able to draw patients and accompanier's, and help to cooperate and abiding the remedy and also will promote their satisfactory of remedy process.

Materials and Methods: In a study with cross- sectional approach to examine the relationship among emotional intelligence, nurse's self-efficacy believes with the patient's satisfactory of remedy process , The researcher chose 45 nurses who work at the private and non-private emergency at Rasht hospitals and gave them the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy questionnaires and asked them to complete them. To measure the patient's satisfactory of remedy process questionnaires. Then they analyzed the data with Pierson correlation and regression analysis.

Conclusion: The findings showed that there is a significant correlation among emotional intelligence and nurses self-efficacy and patients satisfactory (P (001/0>.

Abstract

Background: The organizational Citizenship behaviors in an appropriate and desirable in performing the duties among nurses is a valuable point. Most of nurses usually meet organizational citizenship behaviors which are enable them to attract other staffs and patients. It might be continues in job all togethersto treatment process with more productivity. Materials and methods: A descriptive study approach consisted of 130 female nurses who worked in the emergency, surgery, women, children and the heart wards in the Rasht public hospital were asked by standard questionaire throughtout the moral atmosphere of that hospital with institutional support, and behaviors in a civic organization to complete a demographic questionnaire. Data obtained with the correlation test, Regression analysis and ONE-way analysis of Variance were analyzed. Results: There are significant relationships between moral climate, organizational supports and organizational civil behavior among nurses in the Rasht hohospital (p<0/01). Regression analysis showed that the correlation between hospital ethics climates and organizational supports. Changing the moral climates of the hospital has been able to predicted variance related to the organization of civil behavior among nurses (p<0/01). Organizational supports failed to predict of civil behavior among nurses. Conclusion: Results showed that the moral climate affected in the organization citizenship behavior of nurses. It means that organizational citizenship behavior plays an important role to efficient conducting of the professional activities among nurses. Health care organizations could provide an appropriate training to enhance the ethical climate in their organizations to help ultimate nursing services in achieving to appropriate culture.

Abstract

Background and Aim: Hospital is organization which its performance improvement is very important. In order to do this, we must evaluate the allocated resources and performance of hospitals. Calculating hospitals efficiency is one of the possible ways to evaluate the performance of them. In this study, the efficiency of allocated financial and human resources of public hospitals by provinces is examined.
Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in 2017-2018. Data were collected from 31 provinces of Iran. Input (including: number of physicians, number of nurses and number of active beds per ten thousand population) and output (number of hospitalizations and number of outpatients per ten thousand people). Data were collected from studies. The efficiency analyzing of the provincial treatment department was performed with DEAP software.
Results: The input population (nurse, doctor, bed) is related to hospitals and health centers in Semnan, Yazd and Mazandaran provinces And the least amount of input was related to Sistan and Baluchestan, Khuzestan, North Khorasan provinces. The highest output (inpatient and outpatient) belongs to East Azarbaijan province and the lowest output belonged to Hamedan province. Efficiency score, variable return to scale and constant return to scale for all hospitals in the country are 0.565, 0.813 and 0.47, respectively.
Conclusion: proper and correct distribution of resources between provinces may increase efficiency of resource distribution.
