Abstract
Introduction: Nowadays, HEPA filters is used in hospitals, clean rooms, microbiology hoods, ventilation of surgery rooms, and Pharmacy for removing microorganisms and reduce health hazard. The aim of this study is to increase the efficiency of HEPA filters with UVC radiation to reduce the density of airborne microorganisms.
Material and Method: The closed–loop chamber was made to evaluate Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacillus subtilis bacteria and Aspergillus Niger, Penicillium fungi. The concentration of fungi and bacteria suspension Respectively was 106, 107 CFU/ml. After the suspension was prepared, it was sprayed into the closed loop chamber by nebulizer. Sampling was done with UVC radiation (1.8 mW/cm2 Illuminance) and no radiation (dark) that included time periods 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Microorganisms density was determined in term of CFU/m3.
Result: The result showed that there was a significant difference between UVC radiation and dark section for all the microorganisms (epidermidis, subtilis, Niger and Penicillium) at each time periods (P value< 0.05). This indicates that concentration of four microorganisms were decreased at all the time periods. UVC radiation could change the essential molecular substances for cellular factor. UVC can penetrate the cell walls of microorganisms. thus nucleic acids and other cellular vital material affected and will cause the destruction or inactivation of microorganisms.
Conclusion: UVC radiation is effectiveness to decrease concentration of four microorganisms. because UVC radiation could remove both bacteria and fungi. While the other studies in other countries, UVA radiation is only effective in reducing bacteria. Therefore, achieved greater efficiencies of HEPA filters, using HEPA filters with UVC will have a significant effect on reducing the density of microorganisms.

Abstract
Introduction: Quality of Work Life (QWL) is a new form of job satisfaction which involves ones feelings about all aspects of their job. The aim of this study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Persian version of WRQoL-2 questionnaire for use in the nursing community.
Material and Method: In this study, backward translation method was used in order to verify the linguistics stability. Then, the cross-sectional study was conducted among 270 nurses working in a hospital, affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Reliability and construct validity was investigated using test-retest and factor analysis, respectively. In addition, discriminant validity was assessed by comparing QWL mean scores of nurses satisfied with their salary and those who were dissatisfied.
Result: Regarding the reliability, it was observed that the repeatability coefficient were at an acceptable level for all dimensions of the WRQoL-2questionnaire. According to factor analysis, six components were identified with some questions in different groups compared to the original questionnaire. Considering discriminant validity, all components, except Stress at Work, obtained P-value less than 0.05.
Conclusion: Based on the acceptable level of reliability and validity of the WRQoL-2 questionnaire, use the questionnaire to assess the quality of work life of nurses is recommended.

Abstract
Introduction: Nurses, in comparison with other occupations, expose higher job stress; therefore, satisfaction in this job and its characteristics is very important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of occupational characteristics on job satisfaction and job stress with the mediation of emotional work among nurses in Shariati Hospital, Isfahan City.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among nurses of Shariati hospital in Isfahan city, in 1397. The population in this study was 180 people selected by Morgan method at about 118 nurses. The data were collected using the job characteristics, job styles, job satisfaction and emotional work questionnaires. The SPSS Ver. 20 and Smart pls 3.2.6 software were used for data analysis.
Results: According to the results, the dimensions of job characteristics such as importance, identity, independence, feedback, and verity of skills on job satisfaction were obtained. Also, the occupational stress by mediating emotional work (superficial and deep work), based on statistical results ( t-test), the value of 8.589 statistics for the impact of occupational characteristics on work emotional, the 6.381 effects of emotional work on job satisfaction and value of 17.382 for significant effect on emotional work on job stress were efficiently achieved with positive effect.
Conclusion: Based on mediating emotional work, the Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the nurses’ job satisfaction and job stress. Therefore, the hospital managers should pay more attention to the characteristics and satisfaction of job stress and emotion of the job. The management of job stress and job satisfaction was improved through the recognition of the features of work and emotional work as favorite policies.

Abstract
Introduction: Chemical industries often have risks for the environment and communities, due to the use of complex facilities and processes. Also, in the ammonia tanks, the probability of risk of explosion is high, owing to their specific characteristics. The aim of this study is to evaluate the risks of explosion scenario at the ammonia tank in the Kermanshah petrochemical complex
Material and Methods: To achieve the purpose of this study, the Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method was used to estimate the probability of reliability in the basic events. In this study, after drawing Fault Tree for identifying basic events, the probability of basic events was estimated by means of expert’s elicitation, and the probability of minimal cut sets was computed through Boolean logic gates.
Results: According to the results, the probability of occurrence of the top event was obtained equal to 0/054997. In the minimal cut set prioritizing, the failing of pressure safety valves identified as the most effective factor in the top event occurrence, and afterward failing the control valves and human errors were identified.
Conclusion: This study indicates that, based on expert elicitation, a fuzzy error tree method can be used to assess the risk of various scenarios in the industry. Overall, in assessing the risk of the explosion scenario in the ammonia reservoir, it was found that some minor defects, and even human error, could be considered as a major contributor to the explosion.
