Abstract
Introduction: IBioaerosols are usually defined as aerosols or particles with microbial, plant or animal origin. Textile industries are of the working environments in witch workers are exposed to bioaerosols. In textile industry, the highest contamination concentration is the belonged to carding step. Since, textile industry in iran is native and a large number of employers are working in this industry, this study was undertaken to assess bacterial bioaerosols concentration in a textile in industry in iran.

Material and Method: In cross-sectional study was done in different units and also outdoor environment of a cotton textile plant. The concentration of bioaerosols were sampled and measured according 0800 method presented by NIOSH, during summer. Diagnosis of type of colonies and bactories, grown on blood agar, was done using gram staining.

Result: The mean bioaerosols concentration obtained the highest and lowest values in outdoor environment (94±9.5 CFU/m3) and unit 2 (Ring site) (64±18.0 CFU/m3), respectively. The mean difference of bioaerosols concentration in unit 1 (Carding sites) and unit 2 (Ring site), was statistically significant in this study. The highest number of bioaerosols colony was for staphylococcus Epiderms (N=1743) and the lowest number was for streptococcus pneumonia (N=64) in the whole plant.

Conclusion: Although the bioaerosols concentration obtained in the present study is lower than those reported in other studies, these values are above the threshold recommended.

Abstract
One of the main goals of all societies whether in developed or developing countries is sustainable development and quality of life improvement. Both of the mentioned fields are known as critical subjects for urban planners, health care systems authorities, organizations and industrial sectors managers. Sustainable development is a global and human-centered approach. Also, ergonomics as a multidisciplinary science has a user center approach in which the quality of life plays a prominent role. The main objective of this article is developing a synergy between ergonomics and sustainability. This research consisted of two parallel phases. The first phase included a review in which two keywords of “ergonomics and sustainability” were considered in PubMed and EBSCO. After following the including and excluding criteria, 12 final articles were assessed. The second phase, was a descriptive study based on questionnaires among 38 participants. According to articles, in-depth evaluation and data gathering throughout questionnaires, it seems that to make a synergy between ergonomics and sustainability especially based on social aspects of both mentioned firms will be ended to effective and feasible planning towards industrial ergonomics and work-related quality of life.

Abstract
Introduction: This study aims to determine the amount of hand-arm vibration transmitted from heavy electric destruction tools and the effect of using chisel with different lengths and shapes when demolishing concrete surfaces.
Material and Methods: To evaluate the magnitude of hand-arm vibration on the left and right handles of two powerful electric demolition hammers commonly applied in Iranian construction work and urban services, 323 measurements were made (RONIX and NEC). The demolition procedure was carried out by two experienced users on 49 concrete slabs of the same grade (20 C) with thicknesses of 10 and 15 cm while utilizing standard tools, such as hammers with two different chisel head shapes (flat and point) and lengths (40 and 60 cm). Utilizing two SVANTEK vibration meters concurrently on each hammer handle, measurement and evaluation were according to the ISO 5349:1, 2 procedures.
Results: The mean effective (frequency weighted root mean square) acceleration (awrms) for the Vector Sum Values (VSV) in the hammer handles were 15.71 m/s2. The primary vibrational axis transmitted to the handle of tool was the vertical axis, at 13.60 m/s2. When employing flat and point chisel, the mean awrms were 16.59 m/s2 and 14.82 m/s2, respectively. The difference between the results of 60 and 40 chisel was a little more than 2m/s2. The dominant and harmonic frequencies of the tools were generally in the range of 25 Hz to 80 Hz and 200 Hz to 400 Hz
Conclusion: The mean results generally indicated that point chisel with shorter lengths (40 cm) accelerates at a lower rate than flat chisel with longer lengths (60 cm). In the frequency range below 40 Hz, the RONIX hammer produced a larger acceleration than the NEC hammer indicating that the NEC hammer had a higher safety competitive advantage compared to the another hammer.

Abstract
Introduction: The increasing advancement of technology in the field of digital technology and automation has led to a change in the line of work and job content, and it seems that organizations are pushing their employees towards harder and longer work, which affects the health of employees. This study investigated the impact of job demands and resources on overtime and work-related health through the mediation of workaholism and work engagement.
Material and Methods: The work is a descriptive survey in terms of purpose and nature. The study’s statistical population consisted of employees of Isfahan Metro Company (320 people), of which (175 people) were studied by Simple Random Sampling. To collect the required information, Spence and Robbin’s (1992) Addiction Questionnaire, Lodahl and Kejner’s (1965), Langseth-Eide’s (2019) Perceived Health-Related Questionnaire, and Bryson Bangers’ Caricature Content (1998) were distributed and supplemented based on a Likert scale. A Structural equation model (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses.
Results: The results showed that job demands on workaholism (β=0.394, T=5.969, P <0.05) and job resources had a positive and significant relationship with work engagement (β =0.502, T =7.832, p <0.05), and workaholism and work engagement on the relationship between job demands and resources over time and health. Mediating work-related perceptions (Z= 4.383, Z= 2.189, Z= 3.797). In addition, job resources did not moderate the relationship between job demands and workaholism (β= -0.049, T =1.333, p> 0.05).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there is a distinction between workaholism and work engagement as two different types of hard work (i.e., negative and positive) in the health process in the JD-R model.
