Journal Title Change Announcement

In early 2025, "Journal of Tehran University Heart Center" has changed its title to "Research in Heart Yield and Translational Medicine (RHYTHM)" in order to extend the geographical area of audiences in clinical, diagnostic or experimental works or observations in cardiology and cardiovascular medicine. The new title reflects the growing international reach and broader scientific scope, encompassing basic and clinical cardiovascular research, translational medicine, innovative therapies, and their impact on patient care. RHYTHM represents the journal editorial board commitment to advancing cardiovascular science and improving health outcomes worldwide.

This change took effect with the first issue of 2025, published as Volume 20, Issue 1. The journal was assigned new ISSNs as 3115-7270 for Print and 3092-7587 for Electronic version. The journal's website URL has also been changed from https://jthc.tums.ac.ir to https://rhythm.tums.ac.ir. At present, both URLs direct users to the same new title journal website. The former URL will be discontinued as of January 1, 2027, with a permanent redirection to the new journal URL.
