Abstract
Background and Aim: Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) aims to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients with progressive osteoarthritis. When the indication of patients' disease is established, this type of surgery should be performed as soon as possible because patients' late attendance increases surgical complications. Therefore, identification of factors influencing the choice of this type of treatment approach is of great importance. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the choice of this treatment approach in patients using the Apriori algorithm in the form of Association Rules.
Materials and Methods: This study is performed on 233 patients referring to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran for a knee replacement surgery; the needed data have been registered at Bone and Joint Reconstruction Research Center. In this study, after the preprocessing stage, the important factors in decision making of knee replacement surgery have been identified by using the Apriori algorithm and by its implementation in the software environment of RStudio. After being extracted, these factors and the relationship among them are given to orthopedic practitioners for confirmation.
Results: In this study, flexion contracture above 20 degrees, deformity (varous-valgus) above 15 degrees, final flexion between 51-75 degrees, and medial cartilage destruction were, respectively, the most important factors in selecting patients for knee replacement therapy.
Conclusion: The results showed that data-mining Algorithms could be used to identify effective factors to select patients for this treatment approach.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to introduce a new model for indicator of letters in office automation of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an applied research and a developmental study in which old automation method has been modified to new model. Regarding to the dispersion of codes assigned to letters, there was no specific order in the codes of both old and new units defined in the system, and firstly, the letter indicators in the office automation system of university in combination with letters and numbers was done without classification, the decision was made to correct it in the office automation system. In new model, numbering the correspondence based on frequency of each university unit's subdivision was described and proposed model was presented.
Results: According to the new numerical model, integrated codes were assigned which were entirely numerical or the combination of numbers. Due to the abundance of units covered by the university, the research centers allocate the largest number to themselves. Therefore, a larger range of indicator codes for these units was considered than for other sections.
Conclusion: This model provides a new model for implementation of office automation indicator code in Tehran University of Medical Sciences and facilitates the search of letters based on the defined number.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Equitable distribution of health sector resources has always been one of the major challenges of this sector. Due to health care needs, equitable distribution of physicians is a determining factor in health system policies. The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of justice among the general practitioners and specialists in Khuzestan province.
Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive and cross-sectional study. Population data were collected through the Statistical Center of Iran and the number of physicians, through the Departments of Health, Human Resources Development and Human Resources, the Medical System Organization, and the Provincial Management and Planning Organization. Then using equity indices (population per 1000 population), Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve, equity in physician distribution was investigated. Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve were extracted using Excel software.
Results: Hendijan(0.5) and Hafttekel(0.49) had the highest proportion of general practitioner to population and Khormshahr(0.12) and Mahshahr(0.11) respectively. The highest ratio of specialist physician to population was in Karun city(0.75) and the lowest in Bavi(0.04), Hamidieh(0.05) and Lali (0.07). Gini coefficient of distribution of general practitioner and specialist in the province were 0.19 and 0.33, respectively. The gap between the distribution curves of general practitioners and specialists and the equality line in the Lorenz curve confirm these coefficients.
Conclusion: proportion of general practitioners and specialists to population is low throughout the province, the distribution of general practitioners and specialists was relatively Equitable.Provincial health policy makers and managers should pay particular attention to increasing the proportion of general Physicians and specialist.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Educating the audience is one of the things that can affect their mental perception of the usefulness and ease of utilizing technology. Due to the lack of knowledge about the unique features and ease of use of Tehran University of Medical Sciences website, some audiences prefer to use the old website and do not accept the changes on the university website well. This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the two methods of face-to-face training and clip training in accepting information technology changes on the university website and evaluating the audience’s awareness of branding features on the web.
Materials and Methods: There were 90 people who participated in this study, 45 of whom received face-to-face training and 45 of them received training about site changes through video clips. Research data collection was done based on Davis questionnaire and data analysis was done using SPSS and Padprism graph software. To compare a quantitative variable in more than two groups, one-way analysis of variance test or Kruskal-Wallis test and also, and also, one-way ANCOVA test were used to check the difference between groups before and after training.
Results: In face-to-face training, variables such as awareness, usefulness and perceived ease of use, as well as attitude and performance regarding the use of information technology before and after face-to-face training or clip did not have significant differences.
Conclusion: Examining the effectiveness of the teaching methods in this project will help the public relations of the university to act quickly for the changes that will occur in the field of web branding in the future, in terms of preparing and accompanying the audience.
