Abstract
Background and Aim: If organizational culture leads to stimulating organizational creativity, it will bring effectiveness and success to the organization. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and creativity of employees, taking into account the role of mediation of social capital in the development deputy of Mashhad university of medical sciences.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive - analytical study was conducted in 183 employees of management development and resources department of Mashhad university of medical sciences that were randomly selected. The data collection tool was a standard organizational culture questionnaire (56 questions), employee creativity (60 questions), and social capital (28 questions). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Method and with the help of the software Pls smart version two.
Results: There was a direct correlation between organizational culture and social capital (r=0.752) and between organizational culture and creativity of staff (r=0.464). Also, the social capital of the relationship between organizational culture and creativity of staff played the role of mediation.
Conclusion: Organizations can help to increase creativity by agreeing on the values and beliefs in the organization and aligning individual and organizational goals, and planners cannot plan the criteria for increasing creativity of individuals regardless of organizational culture. If managers act to strengthen social capital, they can strengthen organizational culture in their organizations and create a suitable platform for creating a commonality.

Abstract
Background and Aim: In today's challenging world, the ethical issues of work as a requirement in organizations have always been discussed and its relevance to organizational citizenship behavior as a kind of antitrust behavior has always been raised. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and work ethic among the staffs of the faculties of Tehran university of medical sciences in 2016-2017.
Materials and Methods: The present research was descriptive-analytic and the statistical population of the study was 426 employees of colleges. They were selected according to the Cochran formula as proportional sample and selected by random sampling. Organizational citizenship behavior inventory (1988) and Grigory, et al, Patty (1990) questionnaire, whose validity was assessed by the experts. The cronbach's alpha coefficient, organizational citizenship behavior inventory (0.793), and job ethics (0.764), represent the internal consistency of the questionnaire. For analysis of variables, descriptive statistics and spearman correlation test were used and kolmogorov-smirnov test was used to normalize the data.
Results: Most male respondents, aged between 20-30 years; in terms of graduate degrees, were in a professional contract with a record of 5-10 years. Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and work ethics (p=0.783).
Conclusions: Higher organizational citizenship behavior leads to higher levels of work ethics. Therefore, by training and strengthening organizational citizenship behavior, the level of work ethics among employees can be improved.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The starting point for any research is the problem-solving and Research Needs Assessment is needed to identify the underlying issues. This study was conducted to determine the research priorities of the Deputy of Health of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an applied study that was designed and implemented in five stages; 1. holding a workshop to teach nominal group technique; 2. Carrying out interviews and the primary extraction of research priorities; 3. Conducting the first round of nominating sessions; 4. holding the second round of nominal group meetings, 5. Finalizing research prioritization titles. Data were analyzed by Excel and Spss version 19 software.
Result: This study was conducted with the participation of 38 people. At first, 1039 minutes of interview, 258 original research titles were extracted. Initial research titles were scored during the 4 sessions. At the end, 75% of the participants rated the 21 study points as 7-9, which were considered as research priorities. The titles "Investigating the root causes of maternal death" was the most priority and "the assessment of the effectiveness of the screening of hypothyroidism" was the least priority.
Conclusion: According to findings, there is consensus among stakeholders on research priorities that require investment in generating knowledge related to health goals. Managing the research resources of the organization towards implementing these priorities will lead to a rational allocation of resources for the production of knowledge and applied products, and ultimately to improve the health of the population.

Abstract
Background and Aim: To provide effective care, health care providers need timely and appropriate information. Electronic records provide quick access and easy management of data. The aim of this study was to develop electronic health records for patients with hydatidiform mole and evaluation of completeness of medical records
Materials and Methods: This applied study was conducted in 2017. After verifying the minimum data set required for the system, data were extracted from patient records using a checklist and entered into SQL server. SQL server 2012 and Visual Studio 2013 to design electronic records and SPSS 20 for data analysis was used. Extent of data completion in patient records was also assesed.
Results: Data on the completion of paper records indicated that in 100% of cases, “address” item was filled in. The less completed data was related to carotene deficiency (%1.1). Our findings also showed that the eight most important items like age of first menstruation, first gestational age, interval between pregnancies, number of sexual partners, menstruation between pregnancies, contraceptive methods, social habits and radiotherapy, were not completed in all records.
Conclusion: Many of the important minimum data set for hydatidiform mole disease were either not completed or completed in limited numbers in paper records. By developing such health records, we can ensure better prevention and treatment, and regular follow-up for the patients and help them to save their time and costs.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Arthritis Rheumatoid is a progressive Chronic disease requiring constant care, and it is important to consult a physician for change in treatment, to see the progress of treatment, and to control the side effects of the drug. One of the information systems used to record information of diseases is the registry or registry system of the disease, which is a database that contains specific information about those who are suffering from a specific illness. Also it is an ideal tool for clinical study. The first step to design a registry is to identify the information needs of the system.
Materials and Methods: In this study, 40 randomly selected rheumatologists were entered. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire including general information, clinical involvement, clinical information, laboratory, imaging, hospitalization and death information; its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was estimated by test-retest.
Results: After reviewing the average scores, the importance of general information, clinical involvement, clinical information, laboratory, radiology, hospitalization and death information were obtained: 92.9%, 84.8%, 86.2%, 81.2%, 97.04%, 87.2% and 81.2%, respectively.
Conclusion: Based on the goals that registries follow, they record different data. Identification of information needs through the involvement of physicians as the experts of this field affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. The result of this study is the identification of information needs for designing a registration system for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This information is presented in seven categories.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Coronary angiography (CA) is a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure for cardiac complexity, that has a high dose and high fluoroscopy time. The effective dose of eye lens as a radiosensitive organ in long-term exposure to CA must be evaluated.
Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed with Siemens under-bed machine in Imam Hossein Hospital of Mehran, Ilam Province of Iran, in January and February 2016. In this study, TLD was used as personal dosimeter. To measure the effective doses, TLD was put on the external side of cardiologists’ eyes under lead glasses. Data were analyzed by spss22 at a significant level (p<0.05).
Results: The mean fluoroscopy time in the radial route was 3.17±2.11 and in the femoral route was 12.65±6.97 minutes (p=0.003). The mean effective doses of cardiologists’ right and left eyes in radial and femoral angiography were 0.003, 0.005 (p=0.02) and 0.008, 0.011 (p=0.748), respectively. The mean effective dose of eye lens in the use of radial route was obtained less than that of femoral route. The mean effective doses in right and left eyes were not significantly different in the use of radial and femoral routes.
Conclusion: Fluoroscopy time and the distance of source are the main factors of more radiation on cardiologists.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the co-occurrence of the terms of medical and laboratory equipment patents in the United States Patent and Trademark Office between 1984 and 2014.
Materials and Methods: This research was an applied study using scientometrics and co-word analyses. The statistical population of the present study included all patents of medical and laboratory equipment registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office database between 1984 and 2014. As a result, a total of 13424 patents were retrieved.
Results: The results revealed that in terms of frequency, the keyword "Menstrual Fluid" and in terms of co-occurrence, two keywords (Menstrual Fluid and Magnetic Resonance Image Apparatus) were the most frequent ones in medical and laboratory equipment studies. The results of hierarchical clustering with "Ward's method" led to the formation of eight clusters in this area including the following: General Equipment, Rehabilitation Equipment, Dental Equipment, Therapeutic Equipment, Emergency Equipment, Laboratory Equipment, Diagnostic Equipment, and Medical Consumables.
Conclusion: The analysis of the co-occurrence of words revealed the scientific structure of medical and laboratory equipment well. Accordingly, the scientific issues were extracted and the relationship between them was discovered. The maps of co-word analysis showed several changes, sustainability of concepts, and terms related to this field of science.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The liver, as one of the largest internal organs in the body, is responsible for many vital functions including purifying and purifying blood, regulating the body's hormones, preserving glucose, and the body. Therefore, disruptions in the functioning of these problems will sometimes be irreparable. Early prediction of these diseases will help their early and effective treatment. Regarding the importance of liver diseases and increasing number of patients, the present study, using data mining algorithms, aimed to predict liver disease.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed using 721 data from liver patient in zahedan. In this study, after preprocessing data, data mining techniques such as SVM: Support Vector Machine, CHAID, Exhaustive CHAID and boosting C5.0, data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Modeler 18 data mining software.
Result: The validity obtained for boosting C5.0 94/09, for Exhaustive CHAID algorithm 88/71, for SVM 87/09, for CHAID algorithm 85/47 prediction of liver disease. the boosting C5.0 algorithm showed a better performance of this algorithm among other algorithms.
Conclusion: According to the rules created by boosting C5.0 algorithm, for a new sample, one can predict the likelihood of a person for developing liver disease with high precision.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of knowledge management on innovation performance in the pharmaceutical industry, which leads to a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge management on innovation performance in Salamat pharmaceutical investment holding.
Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive-survey applied in terms of data collection method, The statistical population of this research included all the experts and managers of the Salamat Holding Research and Development Unit located in Tehran in the first half of the year 2018. Data were collected through a census, and tools used in this study consisted of standard questionnaire of innovation performance, knowledge management and dynamic capabilities of knowledge management. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and SMART PLS software.
Results: The results indicate that R & D, product innovation, process innovation and organization size have a significant correlation with innovation performance, which with R2=0.98 have been able to predict the behavior of the variable of innovation performance. R & D with ß=0.466 has the most positive impact on innovation performance. But the hypothesis about the significant effect of knowledge management on innovation performance and, consequently, the moderating effect of KMdynamic capabilities on knowledge management relationships on innovation performance was not valid.
Conclusion: Considering the results of this study, Thinking about the transformation of traditional business methods into new forms and the provision of a behavioral and cultural context in the implementation of knowledge management is significant.

Abstract
Background and Aim: This study was conducted due to the increasing importance of ethics in providing nursing care and also due to the role of nurses' moral intelligence in quality of care; meanwhile, the role of authentic leadership (AL) in enhancing the moral intelligence of nurses working in Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals was investigated.
Materials and Methods: This is a mixed methods research. In this study, after defining nurses’ moral intelligence model qualitatively, the relationship between nurses’ moral intelligence and authentic leadership (AL) was tested quantitatively.
In order to study authentic leadership, the AL standard questionnaire of Walumbwa & et al (2008) with a reliability of 0.917 was used; moreover, a researcher-made questionnaire was used for investigating moral intelligence with overall validity (81%) and reliability (0.961). The statistical population of the study consisted of 400 hospital nurses selected by stratified sampling method. SPSS20 and Amos24 software, and statistical methods of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis as well as structural equation modeling were used to analyze the research hypotheses.
Results: The results showed a positive and significant relationship between AL and moral intelligence of nurses (0.575). In addition, all components of AL, i. e., self-awareness (0.322), internalized moral perspective (0.360), relational transparency (0.408), balanced processing (0.394) showed a positive and significant relationship with moral intelligence.
Conclusion: Applying suitable strategies for enhancing moral intelligence of nurses and improving the quality of nursing care can have a positive effect on the quality of services. The AL in the hospitals' nursing system is one of the most suitable ways for developing the moral intelligence of nurses.

Abstract
Background and Aim: In our country because of the security of production and distribution of medicine, Pharmaceutical producers and distributors are known for profitability. The weaknesses in this industry include low productivity in the raw material supply, inefficiency in Pharmaceutical distribution and increasing corporate finance costs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the critical success factors in SCM and distribution of the pharmaceutical industry in the country to provide effective decision making in this field.
Materials and Methods: The research consists of two phases of library and surveying. In the first phase, by searching in scientific databases, CSFs in the supply chain and distribution were identified and were categorized in 25 dimensions. Based on the Pareto principle 9 dimensions out of 25 divided dimensions became the pairwise comparison in DEMATEL method to determine the impact and effectiveness. The statistical Society of this research is pharmaceutical producers and distributors in 2018. We have used 13 experts in marketing, SCM, and distribution of pharmaceuticals companies as samples. For data analysis, Excel and MATLAB software were used.
Results: Senior management commitments, use of information technology and government intervention were the first three influential factors and processes, service quality and trust were the first three effective factors. Also, the most challenging factor was the senior management commitment and the least interactive factor was government intervention.
Conclusion: Managers can not consider all the factors; they should invest in influential and challenging factors.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional disorders in the world, and it may affect the metabolism and function of a number of proteins, including the level of thyroid hormones. As such, fluctuations in the level of thyroid hormones may also affect the body's iron status. The present study aimed to evaluate the relationship between thyroid hormones and the status of iron stores.
Materials and Methods: The study populations included referral patients to laboratory of Shourideh clinic in Mashhad, Iran. Fe, Ferritin, TIBC (total iron-binding capacity), TSH, T4, T3, and CRP tests were performed with a physician's request. The target sample size was a total of 420 patients including 287 women and 133 men with an average age of 41.5 years. TSH and Ferritin test were measured by Elisa method, Fe and TIBC were measured by automated method.
Results: The results showed no significant relationship between the body's iron status and thyroid hormones level (P˃0.05). Interestingly, in subjects with lower iron level, TSH was at the highest level and T4 was at the lowest level. However, no positive relationship was found between iron status and T3 level.
Conclusion: Although, there was no significant relationship between iron status and thyroid hormones level in the present study, it seems that the fluctuations of each of them may affect somehow the other.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Hospital accreditation is an external evaluation strategy used to improve the quality and effectiveness of services. Accreditation surveyors are among the important factors affecting the validity of accreditation results. Since the effectiveness of an accreditation system depends on its surveyors, the aim of this study is to identify the evaluation criteria of hospital accreditation surveyors in Iran.
Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 2017 based on stakeholders’ views about the hospital accreditation program. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed by thematic analysis method. Then the framework was designed and finalized with expert opinion.
Results: Forty-four criteria identified for the evaluation of hospital accreditation surveyors in Iran were classified into six domains: personality, experience, knowledge, attitude, skills, and organizational citizenship behavior. Accreditation surveyors should have an acceptable combination of such criteria.
Conclusion: Evaluation of accreditation surveyors with these criteria will lead to their better performance and ultimately promote the validity of the accreditation results. These criteria also result in a native definition for “accreditation surveyor” that can be used by the directors of accreditation system of hospitals for the management of accreditation surveyors.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Today, small businesses can be considered as a good strategy for different parts of hospitals in the country. Therefore, the use of any new mechanism in the health system needs to be examined and adapted to local conditions. This study aims to investigate factors affecting the implementation of outsourcing from the viewpoint of managers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) hospitals.
Materials and Methods: The present research is a descriptive-correlational and applied study. Due to the size of the population (TUMS managers of financial and hospital affairs), sampling was done by census method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with two sections -- demographic information and factors affecting outsourcing in hospitals -- and was distributed among the subjects. Then, to run descriptive statistics for data analysis, SPSS version 18 was used.
Results: Fifty-eight percent of the participants had a long service record and 80% had postgraduate degrees. For successful outsourcing in hospitals, the following should be considered: formation of a strategic outsourcing team, checking out the quality of outsourced services, and managers’ close monitoring and mastery over outsourced principles.
Conclusion: Since outsourcing of services can achieve positive results in terms of improving the quality of services, satisfying stakeholders, reducing costs, generating income, and so on, using the perspectives of queue managers who have a long service record can be effective in the implementation of successful decisions.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Due to the high level of out-of-pocket payments for health expenditures and the importance of household health expenditure management, this study aimed to investigate socioeconomic factors affecting Iranian urban households’ health expenditures.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytic and applied study was conducted cross-sectionally at national level with microeconomic approach. The sample included 18809 urban households living in Iran's provinces in 2016; they were selected by three-stage sampling method. Data were collected by the household income-expenditure questionnaire of Statistical Center of Iran (SCI). The results were evaluated in Stata 14 software using Heckman two-step method.
Results: The results showed that socioeconomic factors such as increasing of income and insurance expenditures, having insurance, number of employed people, head's literacy, increasing of per capita expenditures of tobacco and education led to an increase in household health expenditures. Mother-headed households had lower health expenditures than others; and head of household’s age, household size, and the presence of elderly persons led to an increase in household health expenditures.
Conclusion: Household socio-economic factors not only affected the decision to enter health market but also influenced the purchase of goods and health services and inequality in health sector. Therefore, certain policies are essential to improve the socio-economic status towards reducing inequality in health sector; such a thing can be achieved through employment creation, growth of income, investment in education, and increase of insurance coverage.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Stimulants are among the most dangerous substances because of their physical and psychological side effects. The process of treating stimulant abusers is so complicated that makes the treatment very difficult. The aim of the current study is to identify the bits of information needed for the design and development of a mobile application system and a web-based application program to improve the treatment management of stimulant abusers.
Materials and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study in which the community and the sample are matched. All participators work at Iranian National Center for Addiction Studies(INCAS) as stimulant abuse care givers. The data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and its validity approved by experts. In addition, the reliability determined by Cronbach alpha method with the score 0/74 analyzed via SPSS.
Results: Items that got more than 50% of the participants’ acceptance were identified as the information needed for the system. The most influential items were education and motivational messages with 100% of experts’ agreement. Trauma history and medication therapy, however, got less than 50% and were removed. Other items were put into the study by gaining an average of more than 80% of the experts’ agreement.
Conclusion: Emerging technologies in the field of heath can play a significant role in the optimization of stimulant abuse treatment by facilitating the treatment process, increasing the patient participation in the process of treatment, and reducing the costs of patients’ lapse and relapse.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Recurrent pregnancy loss(RPL) is known as two or three pregnancy losses before 20th week of pregnancy. RPL accounts for 5% of abortions in women and has a devastating effect on the marital status of families. One of the reasons for RPL is hemostatic complications; thus, we studied the correlation between factor XI polymorphism and RPL in patients who referred to Helal Infertility Center(Rouyesh).
Material and Methods: In this case-control study, 144 patients with a history of miscarriages(at least two) and 150 healthy female with a minimum of one successful birth and no abortion were enrolled. DNA extraction was taken from leukocytes of whole blood. To investigate the polymorphisms, polymerase chain reaction was run, and the presence of polymorphism was analyzed using RFLP method.
Results: Regarding FXI polymorphism, TT, CT, and CC genotype frequencies were 59.7%, 36.1%, and 4.2%, respectively. In healthy control group, the TT, CT, and CC frequencies were 45.3%, 49.4%, and 5.3%, respectively.
Conclusion: TT homozygote genotype could be an RPL risk factor(p<0.05); however, in its CT heterozygote form, C allele could have a protective role against RPL.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) aims to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients with progressive osteoarthritis. When the indication of patients' disease is established, this type of surgery should be performed as soon as possible because patients' late attendance increases surgical complications. Therefore, identification of factors influencing the choice of this type of treatment approach is of great importance. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the choice of this treatment approach in patients using the Apriori algorithm in the form of Association Rules.
Materials and Methods: This study is performed on 233 patients referring to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran for a knee replacement surgery; the needed data have been registered at Bone and Joint Reconstruction Research Center. In this study, after the preprocessing stage, the important factors in decision making of knee replacement surgery have been identified by using the Apriori algorithm and by its implementation in the software environment of RStudio. After being extracted, these factors and the relationship among them are given to orthopedic practitioners for confirmation.
Results: In this study, flexion contracture above 20 degrees, deformity (varous-valgus) above 15 degrees, final flexion between 51-75 degrees, and medial cartilage destruction were, respectively, the most important factors in selecting patients for knee replacement therapy.
Conclusion: The results showed that data-mining Algorithms could be used to identify effective factors to select patients for this treatment approach.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Vermamoeba vermiformis is an opportunistic free living amoeba(FLA) that is ubiquitous in different environmental sources. This Amoeba can cause Amoebic Keratitis(AK) and Granulomatous Amoebic Encephlitis (GAE) in immunocompromised patients. This study was conducted to determine the rate of Vermamoeba vermiformis in stagnant water and soil in Arak.
Materials and Methods: In this Cross-Sectional study, stagnant water(60) and soil samples(36) were collected from Arak parks. The samples were filtered in 0.45µm nitrocellulose paper and cultured on to 1.5% NNA for the presence of free living amoeba(FLA). After DNA extraction, Vermamoeba vermiformis was identified by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) using primers NA1 and NA2. Eight isolates of Vermamoeba vermiformis were sequenced blasted and after confirmation, recorded in the Gene Bank. The data were recorded in SPSS.16 and analyzed using X2 and Fischer Exact test.
Results: Out of 96 environmental sources, 29.2% were positive for free living amoeba. The rate of FLA pollution in stagnant water and soil were 28.3 and 30.6% respectively(P<0.001). The contamination rate of stagnant water and soil with Vermamoeba vermiformis were 10% and 16.7%, respectively(P<0.001).
Conclusion: The results of the present study revealed ,that stagnant water and soil resources were contaminated to FLA and Vermamoeba. Due to the Pathogenic ability of this amoeba and the possibility of endosymbian pathogens in it, health education is recommended for controlling and preventing the disease, especially in susceptible patients, including those who use contact lenses.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Considering the effect of organizational climate on work motivation, not using the librarians who have a satisfactory feeling about their job can cause irreversible damages to the library. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of organizational climate of college and hospital libraries on the burnout of librarians working there.
Materials and Methods: This is an applied research and a descriptive-analytical survey. One hundred seventy-seven librarians from faculties and hospital libraries affiliated to Tehran, Iran and Shahid Beheshti Universities of Medical Sciences were surveyed by census method in 2019. Data collection instruments were Halpin and Croft's organizational climate and Maslach and Jackson job burnout questionnaires. The validity was confirmed by 3 experts and the reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, SPSS software, and descriptive and analytical statistics were used.
Results: The findings showed that the mean of organizational climate was at a desirable level (3.4) and the average of job burnout was 1.7; therefore, the job burnout status of librarians is desirable because it is a negative variable. Also, the components of organizational climate predict 41% of job burnout variable. Among demographic characteristics, job burnout variable varies only in terms of field of study, and organizational climate only in terms of the type of library.
Conclusion: In general, the organizational climate status and job burnout status of the studied libraries are desirable; also, organizational climate components affect job burnout.
