Abstract
Background and Aim: Due to the impact of health literacy on how people decide about their health, such literacy is considered as one of the important issues in improving community health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of social networks and the health literacy of Ilam public library users.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a practical research conducted based on descriptive-survey method in 2018. Sample size was selected by stratified random sampling. Besides, a three-part questionnaire was applied for data collection. Moreover, SPSS software was used for data analysis: Aanalysis of the mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient.
Results: According to the average scores, public library users have had good results in health literacy components, with the aim of understanding, assessment, reading, decision making, and access to health information. Also, there was a significant relationship between the use of social networks and users' health literacy; in other words, if there was an increase in the use of social networks, health literacy level would increase.
Conclusion: Since social networks have been instrumental in enhancing the health literacy of public library users as a source of health and sanitary information, appropriate social networking can be provided to share experiences and increase the level of users' health literacy by taking into account the security of users' information and the accuracy of the given information, thereby providing new opportunities and conditions for users, doctors, patients, and planners of this domain.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the main cause of death from cancer in women worldwide. Technologies such as data mining, have enabled experts in this area to improve decision making in the early diagnosis of the disease. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop an automatic diagnostic model for breast cancer by employing data mining methods and selecting the model with the highest accuracy of diagnosis.
Materials and Methods: In this study, 654 available patient records of Motahari breast cancer Clinic in Shiraz" were used as the sample. The number of records was reduced to 621 after the pre-processing operation. These samples had 22 features that ultimately used ten were used as effective features in the design of the model. Three types of Decision tree, Naive Bayes and Artificial neural network were used for diagnosis of breast cancer and 10-fold cross-validation method for constructing and evaluating the model on the collected data set.
Results: The results of the three techniques mentioned all three models showed promising results in detecting breast cancer. Finally, the artificial neural network accounted for the highest accuracy of 94/49%(sensitivity 96/19%, specificity 86/36%) in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the decision tree, the risk factors such as age, weight, Age of menstruation, menopause, OCP of records duration, and the age of the first pregnancy were among the factors affecting the incidence of breast cancer in women.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The online social networks as new and widespread sources of information have been able to facilitate the accessibility of people to health information. The aim of this study was to determine the use of online social networks and their role in sharing health information among pregnant women.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in Kerman in the winter of 2017. The study participants were the pregnant women referring to 21 gynecologists’ private offices in Kerman city. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by 4 medical informatics and health information management specialists, and its reliability (71%) was estimated with Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed by SPSS using descriptive statistics and analytical tests.
Results: In general, 89% of pregnant women used online social networks and more than 80% of them used it daily. Moreover, more than 57% used these networks for the related information about health and pregnancy period care, and almost 68% of pregnant women considered these networks useful.
Conclusion: This study showed the widespread use of online social networks among pregnant women in Kerman city. If accurate and trustworthy information bits were shared in such networks, they could provide an appropriate platform to improve the awareness, knowledge and health literacy of pregnant woman, and facilitate the exchange of information and experience among them.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Workplace bullying around the world is a work-injury factor, a mental health alarm and a global disaster. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and workplace bullying among employees at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences taking into account the mediating role of organizational health.
Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive - survey. Research instruments chosen for the purpose of this study included The multifactor leadership questionnaire as the standard instrument for measuring transformational leadership behavior Bass & Avolio with(0.79) reliability, Graham Lowe’s standard questionnaire of organizational health questionnaire with(0.79) reliability and for organizational bullying a researcher-made questionnaire with(0/83) reliability was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of 265 university staff who were selected by simple sampling method. The research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS and Lisrel 8.8 softwares and descriptive statistics and path analysis.
Results: The results showed that the components of transformational leadership affected workplace bullying indirectly and negatively through the mediation of organizational health. In addition, among the components of transformational leadership, idealized influence had the highest indirect effect(-0/19) on workplace bullying. Among the components of organizational health, vibrant workplace had the highest level of direct effect(-0/27) on workplace bullying.
Conclusion: A good leadership style creates a healthy organization and reduces workplace bullying. Therefore, organizations need to develop organizational health and provide training, especially to managers of organizations.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the health literacy of patients referring to specialist physicians' offices in the city of Kermanshah.
Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive analytical cross-sectional study. The population of the study (patients and their companions) included those referring to specialist physicians' offices. In 2017, 380 people were randomly selected and were studied during three months. The data collection tool was Health Literacy for Iranian Adults Assessment Questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by specialists and its reliability turned out to be 0.89 by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed by statistical tests (Spearman's correlation, Mann–Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test) using SPSS software.
Results: The findings of the study showed that the health literacy of patients and their relatives, referring to physicians' offices in the city of Kermanshah, was relatively favorable, i.e., more than average. The three sources of "the Internet", "questions asked from doctors and medical staff" and "radio and television" are the priorities of information or health literacy. The results showed that people's health literacy was different in terms of age, sex, education, and occupation.
Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that often those people who have low and limited health literacy are among vulnerable community groups (having old ages, low educational levels, and low income). So, considering the health information needs and health literacy of vulnerable groups and designing simple and targeted education using the appropriate media are recommended.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to introduce a new model for indicator of letters in office automation of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an applied research and a developmental study in which old automation method has been modified to new model. Regarding to the dispersion of codes assigned to letters, there was no specific order in the codes of both old and new units defined in the system, and firstly, the letter indicators in the office automation system of university in combination with letters and numbers was done without classification, the decision was made to correct it in the office automation system. In new model, numbering the correspondence based on frequency of each university unit's subdivision was described and proposed model was presented.
Results: According to the new numerical model, integrated codes were assigned which were entirely numerical or the combination of numbers. Due to the abundance of units covered by the university, the research centers allocate the largest number to themselves. Therefore, a larger range of indicator codes for these units was considered than for other sections.
Conclusion: This model provides a new model for implementation of office automation indicator code in Tehran University of Medical Sciences and facilitates the search of letters based on the defined number.

Abstract
Background and aim: A Library is a safe place to research and study for some students, but it creates anxiety for others. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the library anxiety among Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences(KUMS) residents in using information sources and electronic services based on five factors of Bostick scale.
Materials and Methods: The study was a cross-sectional survey. The sample size was 197 persons who were selected using simple random sampling. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.809. The questionnaire consisted of 41 questions on a five-point Likert scale. The library anxiety questions were designed and localized based on the five factors of the Bostick scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation and analytical statistics by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS 23 software.
Results: The mean score of library anxiety was 78.32, the mean score of familiarity and usage was 32.08 and 29.54. Mechanical and emotional factors had the highest mean of library anxiety factors. Mean library anxiety was not significantly different between male and female residents(p>0.05). There was a significant relationship between residents' library anxiety and their skills in using information resources and e-services.
Conclusion: The results indicate a level of library anxiety among the assistants. Accepting this fact can be a positive step in solving the problems associated with the use of information and electronic resources.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Pelvic floor disorders are a common disease which, with varying degrees of severity, disrupts daily life and also decreases the quality of life of the individual. This disease can be cured by lifestyle modifications and self-care education; on the other hand, smartphones have become a good platform for health services and therapeutic interventions. The aim of this study was to identify information and educational components for the self-care application of women with pelvic floor disorders.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed in Yas Hospital affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. According to Morgan table, 30 gynecologists who were randomly selected were included in the study. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which its validity and reliability were confirmed (α=0.85) and its content was provided by reviewing the scientific sources.
Results: The results of the analyzes showed that from the experts’ point of view the interventional section including reminders, daily activities diaries and targeting with an average score of 4.14 has been of great importance. Since then, the applied and self-care section with an average score of 4.364is ranked second in priority.
Conclusion: According to a survey by experts who play a major role in the management of the disease. The essential components of this application were identified in three main sections consist of: electronic records, the interventional section and the practical and self-care and their subsections.

Abstract
Background and Aim: In today's complex work environment, organizations need a strong link between strategy and effective strategy execution. The purpose of this research is to integrate Balanced Scorecard model with Kaizen management to meet this need and increase innovation efficiency in organization and create sustainable competitive advantage.
Materials and Methods: This study was a descriptive study in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, in three stages. Two researcher-made questionnaires(validity and reliability of 0.852)were used perform this applied research in Shahroud hospitals. The first is identify factors using the Delphi method by 16 experts and The second was to confirm the indices, which were completed randomly by 829 hospital beneficiaries and analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. Structural-interpretive model was used to determine the effect of indicators on each other. In order to determine the cause and effect relationships between the goals and the two models Quality Function Deployment matrix was used by expert opinion.
Results: This study showed that in order to achieve the goals of learning development perspective in BSC model, one needs to use "mura" in Kaizen model. Also, to achieve internal process goals, the muri dimension must be used, to achieve the financial perspective objectives of the "deletion"(muda), and for the customer perspective goals, the "mura" dimension must be applied.
Conclusion: Integration of BSC and Kaizen models can provide a suitable framework for continuous improvement of performance, because it has been successfully Performance in Shahroud hospitals, this research has shown that it seeks continuous improvement and increased productivity in the hospital.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Nowadays, the application of Information and Communication Technology is becoming increasingly prevalent in our daily lives, and especially in organizations. One of these phenomena is employees' use of the organization's Internet for personal purposes during work hours, which is referred to as cyberloafing. One of the important organizational variables that can strongly be influenced by this technology is the level of entrepreneurship in the organization. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the relationship between cyberloafing and organizational entrepreneurship(OE) in Babolsar Healthcare and Treatment Network(HTN).
Materials and Methods: The present research is an applied study. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Babolsar HTN. Using simple random sampling, 165 employees were selected as sample. In this study, standard questionnaires were used to measure cyberloafing and OE. Finally, the data were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL softwares.
Results: The findings of this study showed that there was a significant and inverse relationship between OE and cyberloafing(P<0/001). There was also a significant inverse correlation between organizational entrepreneurship and cyberloafing in structural equation modeling test. On the other hand, the values of the fit indices were RMSEA=0.022, NFI=0.96, GFI=0.97 and χ2/df=1.07, that all indicate the suitability of the model.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that cyberloafing phenomenon in Babolsar HTN had an adverse effect on OE. Based on these results, it is suggested that HTN managers teach their employees how to use cyperloafing effectively.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Due to the presence of ionizing radiation sources in the environment and their potential to enter the food chain, the natural radiation in the rice product of Mahmoud Abadu residents of this area should be evaluated.
Materials and Methods: Using standard sampling methods, the number of sampling points and locations (about 10 points) was determined. After recording the geographical location of the sites, 2 kg of soil and 2 kg of rice were removed and 20 samples were coded. 950 g of soil and rice were milled and transferred to standard Marinelli dishes with 50 mesh. The samples were completely sealed and after about one month, they were visualized with ultra-pure germanium detectors (HPGe). Subsequently, specific radionuclide radiosensitivity in soil and rice soil samples, radionuclide transfer factors from soil to rice, annual effective dose and risk of cancer due to rice consumption were measured.
Results: Effective total dose of nuclei studied in #value, lifetime cancer risk of U238 from #value to 0.00019, Ra226 from #value to 0.00008, U235 # value, Th232 from #value to 0.00027, K40 From 0.00014 to 0.00082 and finally for zero cesium.
Conclusion: There is no harmful effect on the people of the region regarding the radionuclides of rice.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Timely diagnosis and treatment of abnormal thyroid function can reduce the mortality associated with this disease. However, lack of timely diagnosis will have irreversible complications for the patient. Using data mining techniques, the aim of this study is to determine the status of the thyroid gland in terms of normality, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
Materials and Methods: Using supervised and unsupervised methods after data preprocessing, predictive modeling was performed to classify thyroid disease. This is an analytical study and its dataset contains 215 independent records based on 5 continuous features retrieved from the UCI machine learning data reference.
Results: In supervised method, multilayer perception(MLP), learning vector quantization(LVQ), and fuzzy neural network(FNN) were used; and in unsupervised method, fuzzy clustering was employed. Besides, these precision figures(0.055, 0.274, 0.012 and 1.031) were obtained by root mean square error(RMSE) method, respectively.
Conclusion: Reducing the diagnosis error of thyroid disease was one of the goals of researchers. Using data mining techniques can help reduce this error. In this study, thyroid disease was diagnosed by different pattern recognition methods. The results show that the fuzzy neural network(FNN) has the least error rate and the highest accuracy.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Transmission of pathogenic bacteria from animals to humans is possible directly or through the consumption of meat and milk or their products. The aim of this study was to identify and diagnose Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (E. coli) by molecular method in cows' milk in Boroujerd city.
Materials and Methods: In a descriptive cross-sectional study, 150 milk samples were sampled from dairy farms in Boroujerd and its suburbs in four months from the beginning of November 2016 until the end of February 2017. After enrichment, culturing and biochemical tests on EMB agar and IMVIC differential tests, and doing linear culture on Sorbitol McConkey Agar medium to identify negative sorbitol isolates and confirm them by serological testing and eaeA gene identification, milk samples were analyzed by PCR test.
Results: Out of 31 isolates of Escherichia coli species, 6 were isolated as negative sorbitol (19.4%). Of these six isolates, five (16.1%) were identified as negative beta-galactosidase (MUG-) on chrome agar medium. In serological test, all 5 isolates were confirmed by O157: H7 antiserum antibody; besides, in molecular analysis, they had eaeA gene.
Conclusion: The outbreak of 16.1% of enterohemorrhagic E. coli in milk can be of great importance as one of the factors causing diarrhea in the community. Therefore, the outbreaks of consumption of this foodstuff in areas of the country that traditionally still put raw milk in food basket can provide valuable results for the prevention of diarrheal diseases.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Despite the implementation of effective preventive and therapeutic programs, no significant success has been achieved in the reduction of tuberculosis. One of the reasons is the delay in diagnosis. Therefore, the creation of a diagnostic aid system can help to diagnose early Tuberculosis. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the role of the Naive Bayes algorithm as a tool for the diagnosis of pulmonary Tuberculosis.
Materials and Methods: In this practical study, the study population included Patients with TB symptoms, the study sample is recorded data of 582 individuals with primary Tuberculosis symptoms in Tehran's Masih Daneshvari Hospital. The data of samples were investigated in two classes of pulmonary Tuberculosis and non-Tuberculosis. A Naive Bayes algorithm for screening pulmonary Tuberculosis using primary symptoms of patients has been used in Python software version 3.7.
Results: Accuracy, sensitivity and specificity after the implementation of the Naive Bayes algorithm for diagnosis of pulmonary Tuberculosis were %95.89, %93.59 and %98.53, respectively, and the Area under curve was calculated %98.91.
Conclusion: The performance of a Naive Bayes model for diagnosis of pulmonary Tuberculosis is accurate. This system can be used to help the patient and manage illness in remote areas with limited access to laboratory resources and healthcare professional and cause to diagnose early Tuberculosis. It can also lead to timely and appropriate proceedings to control the transmission of TB to other people and to accelerate the recovery of the disease.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Due to the variety of herbal medicine products and brands, competition among herbal medicine manufacturing companies has become a scientific and tactical competition. Herbal medicine companies by identifying the problems of pharmaceutical distribution companies can evaluate them and find solutions to their problems and finally, they can maintain their competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the marketing channel problems of herbal medicine from the perspective of pharmaceutical distribution companies.
Materials and Methods: In this research, with exploratory interviews, the marketing channel problems of herbal medicine were identified from the perspective of distributors and analyzed using content analysis method. The statistical population of this study was pharmaceutical distributor’s managers in Tehran provinces, among which 16 persons were selected through the judgmental and snowball sampling method.
Results: The results showed the marketing channel problems of herbal medicines were categorized in Product, Prices, Place, Promotion, Physical Evidence, Process and People.
Conclusion: The government and the laws, in addition to the marketing can affect the marketing channel problems of these drugs from the perspective of distributors.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The Fog Computing is a highly virtualized platform that provides storage, computing and networking services between the Cloud data centers and end devices. Fog computing fits the characteristics of real-time health monitoring systems. In such systems, a large amount of data is acquired from a multitude of bio and environmental sensors. On the other hand, its distribution and open structure makes it vulnerable and weak to security threats. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to identify the security challenges in healthcare.
Materials and Methods: This applied research has been done in three phases using mixed-method approach in 2019. In the first phase, security codes from library resources by content analysis was identified. In the second phase interpretation of experts by Delphi method, Panel of IT experts consists of twelve members who work on healthcare sector was evaluated. Finally, we used Analytic Hierarchy Process method for ranking security codes.
Results: According to fuzzy AHP results attacks(0.31), secure communications(0.23), authentication and access control(0.19), trust(0.15) and privacy preservation(0.12) are the most important criteria in security challenges of fog computing.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, secure communications and network attacks are the major challenges in fog computing, because fog nodes are usually deployed in some places with relatively weak protection. They may encounter various malicious attacks. As a result, policymakers should be aware of the role of secure communications and network attacks in fog computing implementation.

Abstract
Background and aim: Strategic planning (SP) is the art and science of strategic analysis of an organization, forecasting changes in an organization’s internal and external environments, setting strategic goals, developing suitable strategies, and allocating optimal resources to achieve competitive advantage. Strategic planning plays an important role in promoting hospital success. However, it has encountered various challenges in Iranian hospitals. This study aimed to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) of the strategic planning process in Iranin hospitals.
Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was performed using semi-structured interviews with 47 members of strategic planning committees of 17 hospitals in Tehran, Iran, in 2016. For data analysis, thematic analysis was used. Overall, 44 CSFs were identified for strategic planning and were grouped into 8 themes and 23 sub-themes.
Results: Managers’ belief in SP usefulness, SP justification, top managers’ commitment to and involvement in SP, setting up a competent SP team, using an appropriate SP model conducive to hospitals’ structure and culture, promoting teamwork and creativity, empowering employees to involve actively in SP, providing necessary financial and physical resources, and stablishing information management, process management systems, and patient centeredness are key factors in SP success.
Conclusion: The SP success depends on strong leadership and management, coherent planning, conducive organizational culture, organizatioanl learning, and effective management of employees, customers, resources and processes.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The incidence of osteoporotic fractures, which leads to morbidity and mortality in the elderly, is increasing worldwide. Mobile health application could empower patients to engage in managing their own health. This has a significant impact on improving health outcomes in chronic diseases. For this reason, this study was conducted to develop a mobile-based self-management application for patients with Osteoporotic fractures.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-developmental study, initially, the data required in this research were collected through searching in library resources, clinical guidelines and application review. Then, a questionnaire was applied by physician to validate and determine the significance of these elements and the rational design of application was provided with the obtained elements. Finally, the application was developed in Android Studio environment and then evaluated.
Results: The main application parts include: Disease prevention information, fracture risk assessment tool and information for self-management in osteoporotic fractures care which was divided into two parts: Hip fracture and other fractures. Moreover, provides functions like exercise program adjustments, reminders and patient records. The application functions were evaluated and was able to meet the expectations.
Conclusion: This is a mobile application with validated content and can be used to help patients with osteoporotic fractures to manage their disease and to obtain self-management skills.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the scientific outputs of the faculty members of the information science and science departments of Iranian state universities in the Science Research Network and its impact on their scientific outputs in databases and search engines.
Materials and Methods: This study was applied in terms of purpose, survey methodology and Altmetrics approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 118 faculty members in the field of information science and social sciences active in Social- Scientific Network from 29 Governmental universities in the country. Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test, Kruskal-Wallis were used for data analysis.
Results: The findings showed that the authors of Isfahan, Tehran University of Medical Siences and Shahid Chamran of Ahvaz Universities are the most active members of the faculty in ResearchGate in terms of Altmetrics characteristics. In terms of RG score, faculty members with associate's degree perform better than the others. There is also a positive correlation between the Altmetrics indicators of ResearchGate network and the scientometric indicators of Scopus citation database and Google Scholar.
Conclusion: Since there was a positive correlation between Altmetrics indexes in ResearchGate with Scinientometrics indexes in Google Scholar and Scopus, so this leads to the visibility of their scientific work and their improvement of citation indexes in databases.

Abstract
Background and Aim: When clinical decision support systems are developed, implementing solutions that enable these systems to be -used on a large scale can reduce the production costs associated with the creation, maintenance and by sharing these systems, producing multiple clinical decision support systems will be prevented. In recent years, one of the approaches used for this purpose in combination with clinical decision support systems is the service-oriented architecture approach. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and importance of service-oriented architecture in delivering scalable architectures of clinical decision support systems focusing on different approaches to this architecture.
Materials and Methods: This article is a simple review article. Bibliographic databases of IEEE Explore, Science Direct, Springer, Web of Science, and Scopus were reviewed. The keywords "Service Oriented Architecture" and "clinical decision support systems" were used as keywords along with related terms for searching these databases.
Results: The clinical decision support systems based on service-oriented architecture brings benefits such as Facilitate knowledge maintenance, reducing costs and improving agility. Point-to-point communication, enterprise service bus, service registry, clinical and engine guiding engine, and service choreography and orchestration are general architectural designs that are evident in the use of web-based clinical decision support systems based on a service-oriented architecture approach.
Conclusion: Service-oriented architecture is a potential solution for delivering scalable platforms for clinical decision systems.
