Abstract
Background And Aim: Nowadays university websites are very important in information services. There fore university has designed website for categorizing and availability of mass of information . This study accomplish to purpose evaluated of Tehran university of medicine sciences website base on webometrics criteria on 2008 .
Materials and Methods: This survey have been used link analysis methods by four criteria : visibility , size , rich file and google scholar . The situation of Tehran university of medicine sciences website has surveyed . Data gathering tools at webometrics survey are search engines . Data are gathering at google , yahoo, live search and exalead search engine . For data analysis used Excel software.
Results: Findings showed that , visibility of Tehran university of medicine sciences website with 9562 inlinks are weak , nevertheless published research at google scholar with 12100 articles , have suitable ranked in region and world. also size of university website depended to indexing of search engine , web of university often indexing at google and yahoo , less than at live search and exalead .10813 pages published at Rich files format on google , website of university tend to publish rich files as format of .pdf and then .Doc and .ppt . Average load time for tums with 4.2 second is not desirable.
Discussion and Conclusion: Number of papers and citations for tums domain at google scholar is very good at world and middle east. Number of pages recovered from Google, Yahoo in Persian language are optimum but pages from Live Search and Exalead in English language is not favorable . The total number of unique external links received to tums website from Iranian university website is good but from international and information institution is low .

Abstract
Background
and Aim: Due to the
role of websites in delivering e-services, this study aims to benchmark
rendering healthcare services at medical universities' websites based on
Chandler and Emanuel’s four-stage e-government maturity model.
Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional
study which was conducted using content analysis and benchmarking to evaluate the delivery of healthcare services through medical universities websites towards e-government maturity including Information, Interaction,
Transaction and Integration services in 1390.
Results: The
results of the study revealed that type I universities were moderate in giving information, and
type II and III universities were poor in this regard. Websites of type I, II and III universities were
poor in interaction with scores 1.4±0.73,
1.3±0.75 and 1.2±0.62, respectively. The score of all universities was
weak in transaction and integration of
healthcare services (mean 1 ±0).
Conclusion: Medical universities' websites have lagged
behind to render e-services. Due to the
challenges of health services and information, realization
of
e-government in healthcare arena requires special consideration. Adopting
e-government in other settings, detecting barriers, and formulating related
laws and policies can pave the way to achieve e-government in healthcare arena

Abstract
Background and Aim: Considering the elements of knowledge management (availability, creation, and transfer of knowledge) is very important in digital libraries websites and makes the performance better. So this paper aim to identify the knowledge management criteria in Iranian selected digital library's websites and study of observance scale
Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive survey and from applied research type. Data collecting has been based on check list according with K-ACT model (Knowledge- Access Creation Transfer). The population of this study was 7 digital library websites, including Noor, Payame noor, Islamic Parliament, Tebyan, DID, National Digital Library of Iran and Astan Quds Razavi that were selected based on accessibility.
Results: This research findings showed that use of knowledge management criteria in the selected digital libraries websites is moderate and the access to website criteria is highest and lowest is online participation criteria. Tebyan DL earned first rank among seven libraries with 56 percent compliance with the standards of knowledge management in the digital library's web sites.
Conclusion: Study of knowledge management criteria in the selected digital library websites has shown that these criteria has not been favorably applied that it stems from criteria incompatible with the principles, rules and standards. Due to these problems, designers of digital libraries can be effective in promoting these websites and enhance the quality of digital library services with aware of users’ needs and attention to use of these criteria.

Abstract
Background and Aim: As a new educational innovation, "MOOC" refers to Massive Open Online Course which provide the chance of training for the public. Regarding the importance of MOOC production for improving health literacy knowledge in the medical field, the purpose of the present study was to comparatively investigate the MOOC presented on the Maktab Khaneh website based on quadruple indexes focusing on the field of medicine, determining and explaining it.
Materials and Methods: This study was descriptive and an applied research, which has been conducted in January 2016. Statistical population was all of the educational course presented by the Maktab Khaneh website. Data were collected using direct observation of the Maktab Khaneh website and courses was studied according to quadruple indexes of MOOC, universities cooperation and the education field. The collected data was analyzed after being entered into the statistical software Excel using descriptive statistics.
Results: Based on obtaining data, courses presented by the Maktab Khaneh website were Massive, Open, Online, But some of them were the Courses. Major cooperation was from Sharif University of Technology, Khan Academy, and then Tehran University. Whereas, cooperation of other universities was low.
Conclusion: Despite the necessity of MOOC production in the medical field, MOOC production rate in the medical filed was very low. Faculty members of different universities and institutes are suggested to exploit this new educational innovation and take effective actions for introducing MOOC.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The application of information technology for the delivery of library services through websites has removed many temporal and spatial limitations. This study aimed to identify the available services and resources on the websites of central libraries at universities of medical sciences in Iran.
Materials & Methods: The population of this descriptive study comprised 36 central-library websites of medical universities in Iran. A researcher-made checklist was used to collect data, which were then analyzed through descriptive statistics using SPSS 18.
Results: According to the findings, “electronic mail”, “access to services via mobile” and “how-to-use-a-library instructions” were mentioned as modern technologies in 83.3%, 2.8% and 77.8% of websites, respectively. However, nothing was found on “e-learning copyright”. Concerning librarianship and library publications, 69.4% of websites included “new library sources and references”.
Conclusion: Considering the daily development of information technology, it is essential to regularly revise library websites and employ new technologies to enhance them.

Abstract
Background and Aim: A hospital website is an appropriate system for exchanging information and connecting patients, hospitals and medical staff. The purpose of this study was to identify and classify desirable web-based services in websites of Iran's hospitals based on Kano’s Customer Satisfaction Model.
Materials and Methods: This was a survey study. The statistical population of the study consisted of hospital website users, of whom 120 were randomly selected. The data collection tool was a questionnaire based on Kano model. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the information science and health information technology (HIT) professors. Data were analyzed using Kano model evaluation table, Excel software, and descriptive statistics. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine reliability (a=0.82).
Results: First, the desirable web-based services of the hospitals’ websites were identified. Then, 67 identified services were classified into mandatory criteria (29 services), one-dimensional criteria (15 services), attractive criteria (14 services) and indifferent criteria (9 services). Most services were mandatory, attractive, one-dimensional and indifferent in content components.
Conclusion: Most services identified in this study were on the websites of the world's leading hospitals; HIT designers and professionals and hospital managers are expected to use such services in designing hospital websites. Although the comments of site designers and experts were practical in some cases, they attracted a limited number of users due to their unfamiliarity with specialized website design topics.

Abstract
Background and Aim: One of the essential methods of evaluating academic libraries’ mobile websites is the usability analysis method; websites’ usability means their ease and simplicity of use. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the mobile website of the libraries of top medical universities in Iran. This study aims to evaluate the usability of mobile websites of the libraries of top Iranian universities of medical sciences.
Materials and Methods: This study was done by the descriptive-survey method. The study’s statistical population includes mobile websites of the libraries of the top 50 universities of medical sciences in Iran, which have gained the highest rank in universities’ webometrics ranking in January 2019. The tool used in this study was a checklist. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and analytical statistical methods and SPSS software.
Results: The data analysis showed that in terms of usability of the mobile websites of university libraries, Kerman, Birjand, and Tehran universities of medical sciences were in the first to third ranks with 89.23%, 84.62%, and 81.54%, respectively. Neishabour, Gonabad, and Semnan universities of medical sciences were the last ranks with 40%, 43.08%, and 44.62%., respectively. The evaluation of the research components showed that “system visibility status,” “assisting the user in identifying, detecting and compensating for errors,” and “guidance and documentation” were in the best situation, and components of “error prevention,” “flexibility and system efficiency,” and “User control and freedom” were in their worst condition.
Conclusion: Given the increasing influence and popularity of smart cell phones in the professional life of academics, it is necessary for administrators and designers of mobile websites of academic libraries to consider the applicability and effectiveness of mobile websites of the research community, taking into account the practical findings of the present study.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Educating the audience is one of the things that can affect their mental perception of the usefulness and ease of utilizing technology. Due to the lack of knowledge about the unique features and ease of use of Tehran University of Medical Sciences website, some audiences prefer to use the old website and do not accept the changes on the university website well. This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the two methods of face-to-face training and clip training in accepting information technology changes on the university website and evaluating the audience’s awareness of branding features on the web.
Materials and Methods: There were 90 people who participated in this study, 45 of whom received face-to-face training and 45 of them received training about site changes through video clips. Research data collection was done based on Davis questionnaire and data analysis was done using SPSS and Padprism graph software. To compare a quantitative variable in more than two groups, one-way analysis of variance test or Kruskal-Wallis test and also, and also, one-way ANCOVA test were used to check the difference between groups before and after training.
Results: In face-to-face training, variables such as awareness, usefulness and perceived ease of use, as well as attitude and performance regarding the use of information technology before and after face-to-face training or clip did not have significant differences.
Conclusion: Examining the effectiveness of the teaching methods in this project will help the public relations of the university to act quickly for the changes that will occur in the field of web branding in the future, in terms of preparing and accompanying the audience.
