عنوان فارسی مديريت اجرايی اخلاق در پژوهش های علوم پزشکی: نتايج يک کارگاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمينه و هدف: در حال حاضر يکی از مشکلات عمده در زمينه اخلاق پژوهش به ويژه در تحقيقات علوم پزشکی، چگونگی اجرايی کردن کدهای اخلاقی و التزام محققان به اجرا کردن آن مي­باشد. به منظور اجرايی کردن کدهای اخلاقی، در اين مقاله سعی شد جزئيات فعاليت های هر يک از عناصر دخيل در مراحل مختلف تحقيق ، به صورت تفصيلی پيشنهاد شود.

روش­ کار: جهت تدوين دستورالعمل­های لازم برای اجرايی کردن کدهای اخلاق پزشکی در حيطه­های مختلف مديريتی و اجرايی در دانشگاه­ها و مراکز تحقيقاتی علوم پزشکی،  يک کارگاه 2 روزه با حضور شرکت کنندگانی از دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی تيپ 1، 9 دانشگاه دارای مراکز تحقيقاتی، انستيتو پاستور، شبکه­های تحقيقاتي  مولکولی و سلول­های بنيادی و در نهايت اعضاي  کميته کشوری اخلاق در پژوهش ترتيب داده شد.

بحث و نتيجه گيری: اعضای شرکت کننده با توجه به نوع تخصص و حوزه مديريتی به 5 کار گروه تقسيم شده، نسبت به تدوين  شرح وظايف اقدام کردند. اين 5 کار گروه شامل: 1) شرح وظايف کميته اخلاق در پژوهش در دانشگاه­ها، 2) شرح وظايف معاونان و مديران پژوهشی دانشگاه­ها و مراکز تحقيقاتی علوم پزشکی، 3) شرح وظايف اساتيد راهنما، مجری طرح، مدير و معاون پژوهشی گروه و شورای پژوهشی گروه، 4) شرح وظايف کميته روابط بين‌الملل دانشگاه­ها و 5) شرح وظايف کميته انتشارات بودند. با توجه به اهميت رعايت اخلاق پزشکی و دخالت عوامل محيطی، جامعه شناختی، فرهنگ بومی هر منطقه و امکانات اجرايی موجود، اجرايی کردن کدها نيازمند همکاری جمعی و عزم ملی محققين، دست اندرکاران امر پژوهش و مديريت کلان کشور مي­باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Executive management of bioethics in medical researches: The results of a workshop
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Backgrounds: Nowadays one of the major problems in research ethics, especially in medical researches, is how to make bioethics codes practical and how to oblige researchers to perform them. In this essay, we have tried to suggest all detailed activities of different management sides which have a role in different phases of performing a research project, to make codes more practical. Materials and Methods: In order to provide a practical guideline in medial research ethics issue from different points of view, a workshop was held by the presence of some representatives from type1 medical universities, 9 research centers, Pasteur Institute, molecular research and stem cells networks, and members of national research ethics committee. Results: Participants were divided into 5 groups based on their proficiency and management scopes and edited the task's descriptions. These groups included: 1) task's description for ethics committee of universities; 2) task's description for research executive managers and research deputies of universities and research centers; 3) task's description for professors, executors, managers, research deputies of departments and research council's department; 4) task's description for international relationship committees of universities; 5) task's description for publishing committees. These 5 groups were chosen deliberatively. Conclusion: Considering importance of bioethics, interference of environmental and sociological factors, local area culture and existence of executive facilities, providing practical codes of ethics needs group assistance and researchers' national impetus, research affairs accomplishment and massive country management.
