عنوان فارسی مدل‌های مدافعه‌ی پرستاری: مروری بر کارکردهای نقش حمايتی پرستار
چکیده فارسی مقاله يک مدل نمايش مختصری از واقعيت است. مدل‌های مربوط به سلامتی ارزش‌ها، استنباط‌ها و ادراکات مختلفی از روند مراقبت بهداشتی و درمانی نشان می‌دهند. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل‌های مدافعه‌ی پرستاری و کارکردهای نقش حمايتی پرستار انجام گرفته است. در اين مطالعه‌ی مروری جهت جست‌وجوی مقالات و مستندات، از پايگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed،Science Direct ، Proquest و Google Scholar هم‌چنين، پايگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی شامل Magiran ، Medex Iran ،Scientific Information Database و هم‌چنين، موتور جست‌وجوی عمومی Google استفاده شد. جست‌وجو بر اساس واژگان کليدی، مدافعه (advocacy) و مدل مدافعه‌ی پرستاری (nursing advocacy model) انجام پذيرفت. در اين مرحله در مجموع 89 منبع از سال 1991 تا 2014 شامل کتاب، مقاله و پايان‌نامه مرتبط با مدافعه‌ی پرستاری به‌دست آمد. پس از بررسی منابع جست‌وجو شده، در مرحله‌ی دوم از نتايج تعداد 43 منبع جهت نگارش مقاله‌ی مروری استفاده شد. از اين مطالعات تعداد 8 مدل که همخوانی بيش‌تری با موضوع و اهداف مطالعه داشتند، استخراج گرديد. با توجه به يافته‌های پژوهش حاضر و تأکيد بر فوايد انجام نقش مدافعه‌ی پرستاری، پيشنهاد می‌شود مدلی طراحی شود که بتواند يک روش عملی را برای اجرای نقش مدافعه‌ی پرستاری در ايران فراهم کند. در اين مدل بايد محدوديت‌های قانونی، عوامل و ارزش‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگ سازمانی، موقعيت پرستار در نظام مراقبت بهداشتی - درمانی و محدوديت‌های سياسی و اقتصادی در نظر گرفته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Nursing advocacy models: A review of nurses’ protective role
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله A model is a summarized representation of facts. Health-related models show values, perceptions and various understandings of health care. This study investigated the nursing advocacy models and the nurses’ protective role. In this review article, related literature and documents were searched in PubMed, Science Direct, Proquest, Google Scholar, Magiran, Iran Medex, and Scientific Information Database, using the general search engine Google. The search was performed by keywords “advocacy” and “nursing advocacy model”. In this stage, 89 sources including books, articles and dissertations on the subject of nursing advocacy written between 1991 and 2014 were collected. In the next stage, 43 sources were chosen for the review article. Finally, 8 models that were more consistent with the topic and objectives of the study were extracted. Considering the findings of this study and the benefits of nursing advocacy, we propose to design a model in order to promote the advocacy role of nurses in Iran. In this model, legal constraints, social factors and values, organizational culture, position of the nurse in the health care system and political‌ and economic considerations should be taken into account.
