Abstract
Background: Hysterectomy is a common surgery as treatment for chronic and benign gynecologic problems. Eeach year more than half million women in USA undergo hysterectomy.
Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study, was done on 100 women who had underwent hysterectomy at least two years before the study and met inclusion criteria of study. During interview, the questionnaire were completed, then examination was done by gynecologist. Most of the information were collected from the patient’s files.
Results: In this study the most indication of hysterectomy was fibroma and the most common type surgery was total abdominal hysterectomy, and mostly were done without oophorectomy. 20% of cases were without or weak prior to operation and 80% with medium (or high) libido, after hysterectomy the figures changed to 41% and 59% respectively. After hysterectomy libido with P=0.001, frequency of coitus with P=0.001, and sexual satisfaction with P=0.013, significantly declined. Libido after hysterectomy declined with aging (P=0.01). There was no significant correlation between oophorectomy and libido.
Conclusion: Sexual function declines significantly after hysterectomy, with no association with oophorectomy and type of surgery.

Abstract
Background: Hyperhydrosis, excessive sweating, can profoundly affect the quality of life of the patient, with severe impairment of daily activities, social relationships and occupational activities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the outcome of thoracoscopic sympathectomy in patients with palmar hyperhydrosis.
Methods: In a clinical trial at Imam Khomeini, Milad and Velenjak Hospitals from 2003 to 2006, 33 patients older than five years of age with palmar hyperhydrosis underwent thoracoscopic sympathectomy of T2 and T3 ganglions. The variables regarding operation duration, length of hospital stay and early post-op complications were recorded. In addition, the quality of life of the patients was evaluated using the DLQI questionnaire, while the satisfaction of the patients was evaluated using the visual analogue scale before, immediately after and six months after the operation.
Results: The mean age of the patients was 23 years and 63.6% of our patients were female. The sites of hyperhydrosis were hand, foot and armpit in 72.7% of the patients. In 90.91% of the cases, disease onset occurred during childhood and 78.79% of the patients had a family history of hyperhydrosis. Hyperhydrosis impaired function and had social, interpersonal and emotional effects in 72.7% of the cases. The mean duration of the operation was 40.3 minutes and the mean hospital stay was 1.45 days. The most common early post-op complications were atelectasis (7.57%), short-term pulmonary complications (3.03%) and pleural effusion (3.03%). Compensatory hyperhydrosis occurred in 60% of the cases, while 18.75% experienced gustatory sweating. Palms were reported to be totally dry immediately after and six months after the operation in 81.82% of the cases, while 18.18% reported acceptable levels of perspiration. The mean level of satisfaction immediately after and six months after the procedure was 0.81. All patients felt improvement in all aspects of their lives immediately after and six months after the operation. In terms of quality of life, the mean of DLQI score was significantly lower immediately after and six months after operation (18.78 ± 501 vs. 1.60 ± 0.81 and 1.64 ± 1), indicating that symptoms had less effect on the patients' lives. All patients were willing to re-experience the operation if necessary.
Conclusion: Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective and safe therapeutic modality for palmar hyperhydrosis with a great rate of success and a slight chance of complica-tions. This operation results in a remarkable improvement in various aspects of the patients' lives. Willingness to re-experience the operation indicates the high degree of satisfaction.

Abstract
Background: This study attempts to examine the relationship between several
dismension of organization climate and medical facutly's job satisfaction in Tehran
University of Medical Sciences.
Methods: A survey composed of demographic items and job satisfaction indexes were
mailed to a stratified random samples of medical faculties (n= 405).
Results: The overall response rate was 45.1%.
Conclusion: The study indicates that score of job satisfaction was 56.5 with SD= 16.96.
In general 47.4% of the medical faculties were highly satisfied.
A significant statistical correlation have been found between sex (p= 0.008),
administrative position (p= 0.044), faculty rank (p= 0.007), marital status (p= 0.001),
employment status (p= 0.003) and job satisfaction.
The findings of this survey have implications for university administrative.

Abstract
Background: The perception of impairment of sexual function after childbirth in vaginal delivery (as a complication) makes pregnant women to request elective cesarean section. But this conception is more related to culture. Therefore we studied women's sexual health after childbirth to assess whether women who underwent cesarean section experienced better sexual health in the postnatal period than women with vaginal births.
Methods: A cohort study was conducted on 303 primiparous women who had delivered vaginaly and 315 primiparous delivered by elective cesarean section in seven private hospitals in Tehran, employing data of demographic characteristics like age, education, BMI, obstetric history (weight gain in pregnancy, history of pelvic pain and vaginal discharge), stress incontinence history (prepregnancy and during pregnancy) and effect of delivery on sexual satisfaction in several follow-ups until 12 months after delivery.
Results: Sexual satisfaction after delivery in vaginal group was significantly more than cesarean group. (76% vs 60%, p<0.0001). There was no relation between pelvic pain & delivery type (in several follow- up).
Conclusions: Instead of social conception of have more sexual satisfaction after cesarean delivery, outcomes from this study provide no basis for advocating cesarean section as a way to protect women's sexual function after childbirth. Therefore Request of cesarean section by mother for having more sexual satisfaction after childbirth is not logic.

Background: Mood
disturbances, such as anxiety, depression and psychological distress, are
common among women in menopausal period. Effect of long term estrogen
replacement on post menopausal mood
disturbances is curative but specifical studies has not done on the effects of
vaginal hormonal therapy in mood disturbances in menopause. The aim of this
study was objectives to clarify the effect extended by Hormon Replacement Therapy
(HRT) in improving post menopausal mood disturbances.
Methods: In a single
blinded clinical trial, the effects of a four months application of vaginal
esterogen (premarin) versus placebo (n=20) in each groups were evaluated on
mood status and sexual satisfaction, using the Hamilton depression score (HDS
score), and self assessment of sexual function and pleasure. Four months after
treatment completion (half applicator of nightly vaginal premarin or lubricant
vaginally) collected and analyzed with Statistical tests.
Results: Decline of
the mean HDS scores (depression score) was observed in the premarin group. The
mean HDS score (depression) after vaginal premarin decreased from (14.6±4.7) to
(3.4±2.3). (p≤0.001) also, The HDS score in placebo group increased from (10.6±3.1)
to (11±3.3), that significant difference between two groups before and after
treatment is seen. (p≤0.01). Vaginal premarin induced a greater improvement of HDS
score (p≤0.006). Mean anxiety score decreased after vaginal premarin (p≤0.000),
but is not significant difference in placebo group. (p=0.08). Sexual
Satisfaction in Vaginal premarin group is significantly higher (p≤0.001).
Conclusions: Vaginal
Estrogene directly or indirectly improved menopausal related mood and sleep
disturbances, increased and sexual satisfaction.

Abstract
Background: Personal characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, disability, age, goals and personal expectations and academic variables such as the number of classes and grades are among the factors that could have an important role in the development of student satisfaction. Besides these factors, the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and academic satisfaction has received little attention.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was done in Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, 2013. Cluster sampling was applied in this study. First, faculties randomly selected from Tehran University of Medical Sciences then randomly selected classes from the faculties. Self-report and Barr-On's emotional Intelligence questionnaires were used to collect data and measuring the variables of educational satisfaction. Questionnaires were completed by students. Overall reliability test using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.73. The cut-off point of questionnaires was considered 70. This means that scores below 70 points showed the low level of satisfaction and scores more than 70 points were considered as a high level of satisfaction.
Results: One hundred sixty eight students participated in the study. Average emotional intelligence was 3.25±0.45, the scale of consciousness 3.44±0.59, the self-control scale 3.90±0.59, scale spontaneous 3.17±0.46, Social skills 3.30±0.59, social consciousness 3.24±0.67, satisfactory academic 96.55±14.66 respectively. There was a significant relationship between self-consciousness and educational satisfaction (P=0.002) but self-control variable did not significantly correlated with educational satisfaction (P=0.249). The results showed that emotional intelligence on academic satisfaction can be explained. A change in the variance in one unit emotional intelligence was as much as five unit of the variance student satisfaction in based on standardized beta coefficient. There is a positive and direct relationship between them.
Conclusion: The promotion of education satisfaction will increase indirectly possibility of job satisfaction in students in the future. Our results showed self-awareness and motivation skills in students increase their educational satisfaction.

Abstract
Background: Sciatic pain in association with lumbar disc herniation may require surgical intervention in the form of lumbar discectomy. Yet, the optimal time for this operation has not been specified in medical literature.
Methods: In a Cross-sectional study, 147 patients (100 men and 47 women) with radiological and clinical signs of L4-L5 or L5-S1 disc herniation were entered to our registry prior to March 2009. They were all examined, diagnosed and operated on (lumbar discectomy) in Ghaem General Hospital, Mashhad, Iran. Patients were all subsequently followed for one year. The follow-up continued in a number of 126 cases, whose satisfaction was rated via phone interview for an extra year. The patients’ assessments were implemented employing three scaling systems, both before and following lumbar discectomy, to name the Modified Oswestry Disability Index (MODI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Prolo Functional Economic Outcome Rating Scale (PORS). The former two were used for pre-operative and post-operative assessments whereas the latter was applied during the first year of follow-up. The focus of the investigation during second year was on patients’ satisfaction.
Results: Mean age of our cases were 34±7.4 years. According to the duration of the sciatica, patients were divided into 4 groups. <3 months, 3 to <6 month, 6 to <12 months and >12 months. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference between patients having undergone lumber discectomy with a history of sciatica for less and more than three month before the operation in terms of pre-and post-operative visual Analogue Scale (P= 0.022). However, there could be found no such disparity in other clinical scores (P= 0.63 for MODI, P= 0.85 for Prolo scale and P= 0.73 for satisfaction).
Conclusion: Patients with less than three months of sciatica may seem to enjoy a better clinical outcome after one year, there could be found no correlation between the duration of sciatica and the satisfaction after two years.

Abstract
Background: Patient satisfaction is an important indicator of healthcare quality and effectiveness. Quality management as an organizational strategy enhances the quality of hospital services through continuously improving hospital structures and processes. This study aimed to examine the impact of quality management on patient satisfaction.
Methods: A participatory action research was conducted in respiratory intensive care unit, at Labafinejad hospital, Tehran, Iran, in 2013. A quality improvement team was established. Operational processes were improved using a quality management model. The quality improvement team standardized processes, identified quality goals for the processes and improved them until achieved quality goals. Patients’ satisfaction data was collected before and after the intervention using a valid and reliable questionnaire.
Results: Patients’ satisfaction was 75 percent at the beginning of the study. Patients were mostly dissatisfied with the nutrition services, amenities, lack of attention to their personal needs and lack of involving them in their treatment processes. An action plan was developed for improving patient satisfaction. After the quality management intervention, patient satisfaction reached to 81 percent at the end of this study. The quality management model improved the quality of services by 54.5 percent and consequently increased patient satisfaction by 7.2 percent. Almost half of the patients at the beginning of this study were definitely willing to recommend the hospital to their friends and relatives. This figure increased to 76 percent. The rest of patients stated that they may recommend the hospital to others.
Conclusion: Implementing an appropriate quality management model appropriately in a supportive environment helps improve the quality of services and enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and can have several profound effects on women’s life. Estrogen and androgens reduction cause sexual problems. Reduction of hormones produce problems such as vaginal dryness, vaginal and vulvar tissue thinning, loss of elasticity of the vagina, hot flashes and other problems. Depression in these patients is also a factor in reducing sexuality. Disruption at any sexual stage can cause sexual problems. In this article; we compare sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer and healthy people.
Methods: According to the women’s case-control study with simple un-randomized sampling method a total of 245 patients with breast cancer in Ghaem and Emam Reza and Omid hospital from july 2011 to july 2013 entered the study. All patients were on follow-up after therapy, and had a therapy portfolio. In order to achieve better results, questionnaires were distributed among 126 healthy subjects that matched our patient group in terms of age and other factors and were used as the control group. Female sexual function index (FSFI) questionnaire was filled out by an independent interviewer and all medical, personal and social ethics were applied. The data was then gathered and the score were analyzed with statistical tests.
Results: The study was performed on patients 20 to 50 years, mainly in patients aged 35 to 45 years (51.8%). The average age was 41.44±5.87 years. In our study, the most dysfunction was in sexual desire (57.6%), vaginal moisture (53.1%), sexual excitement (48.2%), orgasm (44.1%), and dyspareunia (52.2%) in breast cancer patients. There was significant difference between two group (P<0.001).There is no difference about sexual satisfaction between two groups (P=0.262).
Conclusion: Sexual dysfunction is common in breast cancer patients compared to healthy women. Dysfunction in orgasm, dyspareunia, reducing vaginal moisture and sexual desire were common in the breast cancer patient. The results of this study should be used to inform patients and physician about sexual problems. |

Abstract
Background: Sacrococcygeal pilonidal disease (PD) is prevalent in the young adults. The cause of PD is unclear, and there are different surgical procedures for the treatment. The Pilonidal sinus disease is an unpleasant, chronic relapsing condition that is difficult to cure. There is a wide variety of surgical treatments with sub-optimal results for it. The ideal treatment for the pilonidal sinus disease has yet to be defined. There are many surgical approaches described in the literature. In this study, the long-term outcomes of four current surgical methods for PD were evaluated and compared. We aimed to assess recurrence, satisfaction, complications rate and wound healing time in the four current surgical methods for PD.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the Department of Surgery at the Baqiyatallah University Hospital, Tehran, Iran, from April 2017 to September 2017. The study was carried out on 182 postoperative patients. Surgeries were performed in different methods such as; open, closed, semi-closed and limited excision. Diabetics, obese patients and patients with acute pilonidal abscess or prior PD surgery were excluded. All patients were followed for at least three years after surgery. During the follow -up period, patients were assessed for recurrence, satisfaction, complications rate and wound healing time. The outcomes were assessed by case notes analysis and follow-up telephone and postal questionnaires.
Results: In this study forty-four patients were operated via closed Method, 48 patients through open, 48 via semi-closed and 42 one's trough limited excision methods. The highest rate of recurrence was in the open group. There were no cases of recurrence in the closed group. There were also less postoperative hemorrhage and faster wound healing in the closed group. The average satisfaction of all patients was 88.9±8.7. The mean satisfaction rate in the closed group was 95.9±5.3 which was higher than other groups.
Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrated that in the non-recurrent cases of sacral pilonidal sinus, complete Excision and primary repair have fewer complications and shows higher satisfaction rate.

Abstract
Background: Although significant advances have been made in scientific and medical technology, but the rate of medical complaints has also risen. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of handling of medical malpractice cases in the hospital complaints committee on the reduction of patient complaints to law enforcement authorities.
Methods: In this descriptive study, patients complained about ophthalmology from April 2005 to December 2005 at Farabi Hospital, Tehran, were evaluated. The complainant's patients, if confirmed by the trusted doctors, were invited to complaints committee, and the subject of the complaint was examined and tried to obtain patient satisfaction.
Results: A total of 87 patients complained to ophthalmologists completed a complaint form 71 (81.7%) of the cases were male. Statistically, the number of complaints was significantly lower in those with lower education (P=0.02). The prevalence of primary disease, 52 cases (59.8%) was cataract and 14 cases (16%) due to refractive errors and refractory surgery. In the examination of complaints by trusted doctors in the hospital, 11 cases of ophthalmologic error were identified, with a mantle rate of 12.6%, and the cases were reviewed by the complaints committee. Of the cases of complained that confirmed by the committee, only one person sued the law enforcement, which represented 9% of the defaulted item. These statistics showed a significant decline compared to the past year at the same center, and the percentage of defaults to law enforcement was 37.5% (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Establishing committees to handle complaints of ophthalmologic failures in hospitals and providing a clear and honest atmosphere to hear the subject of complaints by patients and their companions, and then trying to get patients' satisfaction and helping them continue their treatment can lead to reduced complaints of patients to the authorities Legal, like forensics medicine department and medical council.

Abstract
Background: Sexual issues are one of the most important aspects of human life and sexual disorders are issues that can cause some problems in any society. Paying attention to sexual problems can help to deepen the couple's relationship by reducing potential problems. It is also important to note that communication problems between couples and their interplay patterns are effective in shaping sexual behavior between couples and can be a source of sexual behavior disorders for couples. The goal of this research was to determine prevalence of sexual satisfaction of participants and some related factors.
Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 564 married women between the ages of 18 and 55 under the cover of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (ZUMJ), Zanjan City, Iran, among whom referring to ZUMJ educational centers from March to August 2012. A simple random sampling method was used. The data collection tool was a 14-item changes in sexual functioning questionnaire (CSFQ-14) completed by the self-efficacy method.
Results: The results of this study showed that 79.5% of women studied had some degree of sexual dissatisfaction. The study showed that with increasing age, the degree of dissatisfaction with marital relationships increased from 3.1% in the age group of 14-19 years to 38.2% in the age group of 30-39 years. Also, the rate of sexual dissatisfaction increased with the increase in education, and the highest degree of dissatisfaction was in the group with diploma education and the next stage, those with university education. The results of the study reported the highest proportion of dissatisfaction with sexual relations in the housewife group, and dissatisfaction with sexual relations increased significantly with an increasing number of years of marital life.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the prevalence of dissatisfaction especially with respect to sexual orientation among women is higher than expected, which is a threat to the individual and social health of individuals. |

Abstract
Background: Discharge with personal satisfaction means the patient's withdrawal from the permission that had previously been given to the care unit for services. Discharge with personal satisfaction is initiated with the untimely termination of treatment by the patient or parents and in some cases leads to hospitalization or even death of the patient. This study aimed to determining the main causes of discharge with personal satisfaction in hospitalized patients.
Methods: The present cross-sectional study examines at hospitalized patients of Amiralmomenin Hospital in Zabol, Iran, to examine the reasons discharge with personal satisfaction in relation to the patient, hospital staff and the housing status of the hospital during the period from April 2017 to March 2018. All clearance patients with personal satisfaction entered the study. Demographic data, insurance status, type of insurance (social security, health services, resettlement, relief, armed forces, maternity, maternity, other supplementary insurance), number of admission days, hospital admission (morning, evening, night), type of illness or cause of referral (multiple trauma, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, neurology), the reason for possible re-admittance within the next two weeks and the main reasons for clearance with personal consent was collected and recorded using a pre-designed checklist.
Results: The most of the cases of which were due to neurological complaints (51%). 803 (80%) of patients referred back to the hospital due to self-correlated problems, 163 (16%) patients were hospital left with satisfaction due to the hospital-made staffing problem (P=0.001). The results of the study showed that the highest frequency was related to male (67%) and most of them were married (84%), while most of them had insurance (74%), especially army and municipality insurance (34%).
Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, most cases of discharge were patient related. Adequate recovery feeling and the desire to continue treatment in private centers were the main causes.

Abstract
Background: Long after the implementation of the “Health System Transformation Project”, no comprehensive assessment of patient and nurse satisfaction rate has been carried out in Iran based on available databases. Thus, this review study was designed and performed to answer this question: “How is the evaluation of the Health System Transformation Project in nurse and patient satisfaction dimensions.”
Methods: A systematic review of related studies based on preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines was performed via keywords such as “Health System Transformation Project”, “Transformation Project”, “health”, “Iran”, “challenges”, “physician”, “nurse”, “patient”, and “satisfaction” to search Iranian (Magiran and Scientific Information Database, SID) and international databases (PubMed, ISI web of knowledge, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ProQuest) with OR and AND operators from March 2014 to April 2019. Also the quality of studies was assessed using STROB checklist (special for cross-sectional studies). Then required information (for example type of studies, sample size, mean age of participants and satisfaction score) were gathered from studies.
Results: From 43 articles that were gathered from primary stages, 18 articles were selected after passing different screening levels. On average, the level of patiaent satisfaction with the Health System Transformation Project was acceptable. Ghazvin province was seems more successful in satisfaction of patients against of other provinces. However, various positive and negative reports were found about the satisfaction of nursing groups. Generally, it seems that Tehran province (at the center of Iran) was more successful in performing the Health System Transformation Project (from the aspect of satisfaction of different groups).
Conclusion: Based on obtained results, patient’s satisfaction was appropriate in most of studies and also in nursing group was under average level.

Abstract
Background: The health of pregnant mothers is one of the most important health indicators of each country. The midwifery clinic is one of the first places in which pregnant mothers become familiar with at the time they arrive. Providing health services at a desirable level and improving the quality of services in the midwifery clinic require an accurate understanding of the situation and its complications. This study aimed to assess how well pregnant mothers were satisfied with the midwifery services that they have received at midwifery to improve their quality.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 364 pregnant women who were referred to the midwifery clinic of Shariati Hospital in Tehran in August and September in 2018. Data were collected using a validated, pre-designed questionnaire and were analyzed using chi-square and multivariate logistic regression.
Results: Among the pregnant women referred to the clinic, 70.2% were satisfied with the care services received and 29.8% of them were not satisfied. This satisfaction level had a significant relationship with pregnancy (P=0.009) and mothers' age (P<0.001) while decreased by the increment in the number of pregnancies and age. Also, in this study, the least satisfaction was related to the crowds and waste of time and lack of access to the parking spot (P<0.001). In this research, the least satisfaction was due to crowding and waste of time, which can be addressed by improvement in the health services in the residential areas, appropriate referrals, informing about the expected time of arrival, and providing information on the alternative of the new hospitals in areas around the city with less traffic congestion and better parking sites.
Conclusion: The results of our study showed the detailed patient satisfaction factors of an educational medical hospital. In overall the satisfaction. |

Abstract
Background: One of the most important duties of a family physician is primary health care. The family doctor plan is one of the developmental measures to provide easy and low-cost access for patients to health care centers. The family doctor and her team are fully responsible for the health of the individuals and families covered. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the satisfaction of rural areas of Rafsanjan city with the family physician plan.
Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytical study that was conducted in rural areas of Rafsanjan from October to December 2018. The study population consisted of twelve randomly selected villages in Rafsanjan. The required sample size was examined according to the size of the statistical population of 480 people. In this study, to collect the required data, a researcher-made checklist was used, which was prepared by reviewing the texts of the questions. The sampling method was cluster random. To check the validity of the checklist, the opinions of 10 health education experts were used. To check the reliability, the checklist was provided to 20 villagers and the reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha method of 82%. The mean was used to describe the data and inferential statistics t-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data and analyzed by SPSS.
Results: The average satisfaction of villagers with the family physician program was relatively good. The Highest satisfaction is with diploma education and income below 1 million 2.21% and the lowest satisfaction score is 21-30 years old and income over three million 2.16%.
Conclusion: Satisfaction with the implementation of the family physician program in rural areas indicated that the health system reform processes were successful and to increase this satisfaction, we must improve the level of service and improve the quality of family physician services day by day because the health system with effective health care is an important element of family physicians.

Abstract
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and its treatment includes various surgeries. Breast-Q is a new patient-reported outcome instrument for breast surgery and it should be validated appropriately for clinical research. This study aimed to develop the Persian version of the Breast-Q and validate the reconstruction module to evaluate the quality of life and satisfaction of Iranian women with a previous history of breast reconstruction.
Methods: This study was descriptive and analytical cross-sectional. The study population consisted of women with a previous history of breast cancer and various breast surgeries referred to the outpatient clinic of Cancer Institute, Imam Khomeini Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019, using convenience sampling. After obtaining permission from the MAPI institute and translating all questionnaires into Persian, the validity, and reliability of the breast reconstruction module were evaluated. To confirm face validity, a questionnaire was given to patients to judge each item. To confirm the content validity of the questionnaire, two qualitative and quantitative methods were used. Content validity ratio (CVR) was calculated based on the expert opinion (Lawshe formula). Waltz & Bausell’s method was used to examine the content validity index (CVI). Finally, a new version of the questionnaire was assessed in 20 women who had undergone TRAM flap breast reconstruction at least 6 months ago.
Results: After translation of the questionnaire into Persian, and face and content validation process, the 116 items of the first questionnaire converted to 72 with an acceptable impact score greater than 1.5 and CVR and CVI. The internal validity of the breast reconstruction module was approved by Cronbach's alpha value of 0.94.
Conclusion: Considering the limitation of the specific questionnaires for various breast surgery procedures, the Breast-Q questionnaire can be an efficient tool for the evaluation of the quality of life and satisfaction in patients. Since the translation of the questionnaire has become valid and reliable, it can be used for future research by other researchers. |

Abstract
Background: Marital satisfaction is considered to be the feelings and understanding of the couple about their marital relationship and their two-way relationship. Many factors play a role in creating marital satisfaction, and on the other hand, marital satisfaction is one of the concepts that cause sexual health in a person. Sexual health has many dimensions and includes coordination and adaptation of physical, emotional, intellectual, and social aspects of sexual affairs in humans. This study was conducted to assess the marital satisfaction of working women in Iran through meta-analysis.
Methods: In this meta-analytic study, the issue of marital satisfaction amongst Iranian working women which has been published in local articles was evaluated. To find pertaining studies, Magiran, IranDoc, SID, Iranmedex, and Pubmed websites were used. Statistical society in this research consists of all studies in Iran in regard to the relationship between being a working woman and having marital satisfaction that has been accomplished since 2001-2018 and was indexed in one of the scientific informative websites.
To access desired articles we used the English keywords of ‘Sexual dysfunction’, ‘Iran’, ‘Sexual function’, ‘Marital satisfaction’, ‘Working women’ and ‘women’ and their Persian equivalents. After the selection process of articles related to the research objectives, 10 articles were selected and assessed as final samples.
Results: Collected data indicate that the average size of the influence of working on marital satisfaction in research samples was equal to 0.063. Point estimate based on Cohen scale shows low influence level.
Conclusion: The influence of being a working woman on marital satisfaction is not approved. Generally being a working woman can be effective on marital satisfaction at a weak level. However, regarding the impact of women’s work on marital satisfaction, research’s statistical society is also effective and should be considered. On the other hand, the positive impacts of being a working woman has become more significant over time.

Abstract
Background: Patient satisfaction is considered as one of the most important elements of the evaluation of healthcare centers. In this research, the level of satisfaction of infertile patients was evaluated.
Methods: This study is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The research population is infertile patients who referred to the infertility clinic (at least 4 visits) and hospitalized in four hospitals affiliated with the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The satisfaction questionnaire was valid researcher-made which included 56 questions in 9 areas, and were collected from May 2021 to September 2022. In order to comply with the ethical principles in research, hospitals were named 1-4.The results were analyzed using the chi-square test or Fisher's exact test for qualitative variables and analysis of variance for quantitative variables in SPSS software, version 24 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, US).
Results Three hundred–four infertile women in four hospitals were studied. The mean age of the participants was 33.8 years, with a standard deviation of 5.8 years. The average satisfaction with admission and discharge services, medical services, nutrition, accounting, and insurance services in the number-1 Hospital had the highest score, and the average satisfaction with nursing or midwifery services, diagnostic and therapeutic services (radiology/laboratory), hospital services, charter patient rights, management services, paid expenses in Hospital 4 received the most points. The mean score of satisfaction was the highest among those who visited the infertility clinic of Hospital 3 (161.54±21.41). Average satisfaction with admission and discharge services, medical services, nutrition, accounting, and insurance services in Hospital No. 1 had the highest score, and average satisfaction with nursing or midwifery services, medical diagnostic services (radiology/laboratory), hospital services, respecting the patient's rights, management services, paid expenses in hospital number 4 got the most points. The average of nursing or midwifery services, respecting the patient's rights, and hotelling in all hospitals received the highest score, respectively, and nutrition services and paid expenses received the lowest points (most dissatisfaction) (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The level of satisfaction of women referring to the infertility clinic in 35.9% of cases was considered to be at an appropriate and exceptional level, in 49.3% of cases it was at a partially appropriate level, and in 14.8% at an inappropriate level.
