زمینه و هدف: توجه به عوامل روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی از جمله سبک‌های دلبستگی، اقدامی مهم در زمینه کنترل بیماری‌های مزمن به حساب می‌آید. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی و رفتار خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلب انجام یافته است .
روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی در مورد 180 بیمار مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی که در بخش‌های CCU و Post CCU بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در سال 1393 بستری بودند و به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند انجام یافته است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تجارب در روابط نزدیک ( ECR-R ) و پرسشنامه خودمراقبتی بیماران نارسایی قلب ( SCHFIV6.2 ) است. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS v.20 شد و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری تی‌مستقل، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .
یافته‌ها : نتایج نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در گروه بیماران با سبک دلبستگی ایمن (66/12 ± 89/62) به طور معناداری بیش از گروه بیماران با سبک دلبستگی ناایمن (11/16 ± 43/40) است (05/0> p ). همچنین مدل رگرسیون نشان داد که نمره ابعاد اضطرابی و اجتنابی دلبستگی و سن، پیش‌بینی‌کننده نمره رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران است .
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در این مطالعه و پایین بودن سطح رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران با سبک دلبستگی ناایمن، ضروری است اهمیت مداخلات روان‌شناختی در درمان طولانی مدت نارسایی مزمن قلبی مورد تأکید قرار گیرد .
