Abstract
Background and Aim: Designing, presenting and implementing a model for assessing work-related risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders and subjective pain, using a combination of Quick Exposure Check (QEC) and the Body Mapping Questionnaire in Babol city in 1382.
Nowadays, Work-Related (WMSDs) are considered to be the most common occupational disorders in Iran. Because of their debilitating potential, it is necessary to find a quick, user-friendly and valid technique to assess risk factors for WMSDs in this country.
The city of Babol has a larger number of industrial centers in comparison with other cities in Mazandaran province. Therefore, it is surprising that there are virtually no reports of WMSD cases in the city. There is a need for a tool capable of showing the real number of cases and evaluate WMSDs in the city.
Material and Methods: It is hoped that the Quick Exposure Check and the Body Mapping Questionnaire, when used in combination, will constitute a highly effective tool for the detection and prevention of a wide range of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
In this survey we try to show the utility and usability of a designed job assessing combination model in a factory in Babol city with at least three results.
Results:
1) We show that not only the number of WMSD cases in the city is not zero, but that there is indeed a substantial amount of disease among industrial workers.
2) According to these findings and other subjective findings of pain, it is urgent to determine the severity of the problem and to recommend appropriate ergonomic interventions (according to QEC’s action level score) accompanied by Body mapping Questionnaire as soon as possible.
3) Considering the significant correlation between QEC action level and subjective findings of pain in the Body Mapping Questionnaire, (Spearman’s rho > 0.5), the model is very useful in periodic examination of workers in factories.
Conclusion: We hope that this highly valid model (QEC/Body mapping) will prove useful in improving the health and thus the quality of the current workforce in the country.

Abstract
Background and Aim: One of the most prevalent occupational diseases and conditions is musculo-skeletal disorders (MSDs) that impose expensive medical-recompense expenses, organic damages, and work-time wasting. The aim of this study was to detect spine curvatures (cervical, back/ low back, lumbar) and prevalence of musculo-skeletal disorders in assembly workers of Bahman automobile company, Tehran, Iran.
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study 160 assembly workers of Bahman Automobile Manufacturing Company (vans, cars), Tehran, Iran were included. In the descriptive part data were collected on the demographic characteristics of the subjects. In the analytical section associations among the dependent variables, as well as between the dependent and independent variables, were determined. The Nordick Questionnaire, a scale, and a flexible ruler were used for data collection. The SPSS software was used for data analysis.
Results: Although the mean age of the participants was low (30.89 yrs), the prevalence of MSDs was high (69.4% 1.58). The most prevalenct of the MSDs was in the lumbar part (n=83 %51.9) and the least in the hip and femoral region (n=9: %5.6). Significant associations (p < 0.05) were found between MSDs prevalence and independent factors (age, years of working, marital status). However, cervical, back, lumbar curvatures and the Delmax index were not statistically related with MSDs.
Conclusion: This study shows that associations exist between muscleo-skeletal disorders and age, years of working, height, and marital status. The findings also reveal that there is no relation between MSDs and the vertebral curvatures (cervical, back, lumbar), except the neck curvature in the car (not van) assembly workers. It may be concluded that genetics and environmental conditions can adversely affect the musculo-skeletal health. We cannot control the genetic factors. However, one can provide more favorable environmental conditions. For example, employing younger workers may help decrease the musculo-skeletal disorders.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Child abuse is a social problem that affects the lives of children. The purpose of this study was to design a valid and reliable Persian questionnaire to measure the status of child abuse.
Materials and Methods: Content validity was measured with search of relevant electronic databanks, preparation of the first draft of the questionnaire and determinant of its relevancy and clarity. Reliability was measured with Cronbach’s alpha, and repeatability was measured with intra cluster correlation through test-retest with two weeks interval.
Results: The mean of clarity and relevancy of the tool were 80.36% and 92.5%, respectively, and rang of these two measure were 90.14 - 97.2, also. The average of intra cluster correlation (ICC) and Cronbach’s alpha were 0.95 and 0.92, respectively.
Conclusion: The new tool has acceptable validity and reliability and is suitable for child abuse studies in Iran.

Abstract
Background and Aim : Diagnostic tools for chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome questionnaire, created for research and clinical investigations in order to use it as a management tool for monitoring patients with this syndrome. The questionnaire is very comprehensive using a self-reporting system and all internal and external definitions according to the America's Center for Disease Control has been covered. It also assesses current and past activity levels and symptoms of fatigue and malaise after routine daily activities to ensure that these items are evaluated as well. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of diagnostic questionnaire for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
Materials and Methods : In the discussion of content validity and reliability of survey studies, chronic fatigue syndrome questionnaire, prepared by the Department of Psychology, DePaul University, and was elected a full copy of the correspondence received from the questionnaire ratings. The questionnaire that was translated content validity was assessed by the 20 members of the faculty. However, re-translated from Persian into English for reference, was prepared with modifications, the validity of its validity was confirmed by the authors. Then, 30 nurses were selected to determine the reliability of the questionnaire chronic fatigue syndrome who was working in a Hospital. Inventory management under center and full justification of the researcher and the participants in the study by researchers at the distribution has been completed. The survey was carried out again after 15 days.
Results: The instrument showed good reliability and validity. In discussing the content validity of the Persian translation tool by 20 people associated professor of internal review, and its content validity was determined with respect to two of CVI and the results of CVR , and (CVR=0.7 and CVI=0.85) represents CREDIT the content is good . According to the results, the reliability of the questionnaire CFS, Cronbach's alpha to assess the results of the questionnaire showed very good reliability. Two step test reliability coefficients (ICC = Mixed & and Confidence Interval = 95%) also showed a significant relationship among questions as well. However, the internal correlation coefficient obtained for the 8 criteria CFS, showed high internal cohesion.
Conclusion: This study suggests the CFS questionnaire as a reliable instrument for all levels in research and clinical applications. Using this tool can help with background checks and even in advanced levels to be effective, it has enough power and accuracy in the diagnosis of CFS sufferers.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Cancer is the third cause of mortality in Iran, killing more than 30000 persons annually. The Motivation Theory is a useful approach for predicting and planning intervention programs to change behaviors related to cancer prevention and early detection. Considering the absence of a valid and reliable protection motivation theory questionnaire for cancer early detection in Iran, this study was conducted to design such a questionnaire and assess its psychometric properties in Yazd
Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. A questionnaire was designed based on similar questionnaires currently in use and its validity and reliability were determined. The reliability coefficients were calculated by Cronbach α and intraclass correlation coefficients. To determine the validity of the scale, two methods were used, namely, face validity and content validity. Confirmation factor analysis was used to determine factorial validity using Amous 21 software .
Results: The CVR for all items of the questionnaire, CVI, ICC and internal consistency of the questionnaire were found to be 1, 0.97-1.0, 0.71-0.98, and 0.65-0.93, respectively. The confirmation factor analysis revealed that the questionnaire fitted the Iranian population. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the questionnaire constructs varied between 0.71-0.98 and 0.65-0.93
Conclusion: The validity and reliability of the Persian version of PMT scale for cancer early detection are acceptable and suitable, so it can be used in similar research.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Ergonomics climate indicates employee perceptions of the extent to which the organization emphasizes and supports the design and modification of work, so that both performance and well-being of the personnel are improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of the Persian version of the ergonomics climate assessment questionnaire in order to create a suitable tool for determining the overall values of an organization in connection with ergonomics and climate assessment.
Materials and Methods: First, the ergonomics climate assessment questionnaire was obtained from the Colorado State University of America, where it had been developed. The back-translation method was used to confirm its language suitability and precision. The content validity of the questionnaire was assessed by 10 relevant experts, followed by a cross-sectional study using a sample of 50 employees of a power generation plant using Cronbach's alpha to determine its reliability.
Results: The content validity ratio (CVR), content validity index (CVI) and reliability of thequestionnaire were found to be 0.90, 0.94 and 0.96 (a for the 59 items), respectively. These resultsindicating that the questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool.
Conclusion: Considering the acceptable validity and reliability of the ergonomic climate assessment questionnaire, it can be used as a valid and reliable tool to assess and analyze the status of ergonomic climate in different industries and organizations in Iran.

Abstract
Background and Aim: In the household appliances industry, due to doing such work operations as manually moving pieces, there is the probability of occurring musculoskeletal disorders and muscle fatigue. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate muscle fatigue and its relationship with the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among personnel of a household appliances factory. Data were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical and logistic regression tests.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study, including 150 employees of a household appliances factory, was conducted in 2016. Data about the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and muscle fatigue were collected using a standard Nordic and muscle fatigue assessment (MFA) questionnaire, respectively, and analyzed using the logistic regression test.
Results: The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in the lumbar region, knees and neck was 33.3%, 25.3%, and 21.3%, respectively. In addition, the results of MFA showed that reduction of the risk of muscle fatigue in the shoulders, wrists and arms needs corrective action as a top priority in 28.7%, 28%, and 26.7% of the employees, respectively. Statistical analysis showed no significant relationship between muscle fatigue and the frequency of musculoskeletal disorders.
Conclusion: Considering disorders in the lumbar region and risk of fatigue in the shoulder region, the risk can be reduced by proper corrective actions, such as increasing the height of pallets, using tables with adjustable heights, and layout of the parts in a normal access range.
